This hotel has won many awards for quality and service and would stay here again. We had attempted to upgrade to a suite due to extra family members joining us but the pullout sofa was not large enough for two people.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in Valley/West Point because we were visiting family. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I had stayed here on one other occasion. I really like the cleanliness of this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel, part of the Hilton family, is a warm, comfortable place to stay in an off-the-beaten path area. Close to a fabulous Mill Store outlet that has great buys on linens and conveniently located to Auburn/Opelika, should all those hotels be sold out. Really clean facility, accommodating and helpful staff, and nice, well-rounded breakfast. Good value for the money.

The staff notifed me of the potential of cell timezone changes at checkin. Due to this I set the in room alarm to be safe. unfortunately the time on the room clock as off by 12 hours so when i set the alarm to 6:0 am it didn't go off because when i awoke at 7 am 30 minutes late the clock showed 7pm. Note as well my cell had flipped to central time over the night so it also didn't go off at the correct time.

Expected to stay at this hotel two separate nights over a three day period, but cancelled second night after discovering the shower had very noticeable mold in several places, including the shower head and the entire back wall of the shower was covered in short, dark hairs. Definitely not up to standard. Would not recommend at all.

I always stay at a Hampton when I travel. I can always depend on comfortable beds, great service, clean room and an awesome breakfast. They go over and beyond to make sure guests are satisfied. I highly recommend them.

High quality service begins at the front desk and continues in the sleeping areas and breakfast area. The front desk personnel both at check-in and check-out were outstanding and efficient with personality plus! Breakfast was far better than the normal "freebie" and the breakfast hostess was very accommodating and interested in giving good service. The location is very convenient and remote enough off I-85 to be quiet and comfortable. Good marks on all points! Thanks.

Stayed here on a quick overnight just to get away. This Hampton was close to the interstate and quiet. Halie welcomed us warmly, was very chatty with recommendations for supper and areas to view. Room was clean and mostly to Hampton's standards, just a bit of stuff missed in the bathroom cleaning. We would certainly stay here again.

Great experience, comfortable bed. Our suite was roomy and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stopped here because it was near the half way point of our drive, but we would definitely return to this hotel when we are in the area again.

I am so happy that for the last 60 miles so many hotels were sold out. Weather turned bad on I85. Found it on trip advisor by searching "near me". This property is fairly new, beautiful decor in lobby. I want those chandeliers!! The receptionist took 2 calls while I checked in. It was late, I was annoyed-just wanted to get my key and go. She apologized and was efficient once I had her full attention. More than a dozen people were waiting. She asked about snack, informed me about property,b... Read more

Clean, comfortable, quiet stay in a nicely kept hotel with friendly staff. Staff was polite & courteous, front desk was very helpful as well. This hotel is about 25 minutes from Auburn but the value was worth the little extra driving distance.

I have stayed at this hotel many of times before and never had any issues. But this trip, there was a spider crawling from my ceiling in my hotel room. Not a fan of spiders and then in the bathroom a black bug was crawling around and I thought it was just dirt to begin with until I went back to the bathroom later and it mysteriously moved. Both Elevators smelt like wet dog so it seemed like the longest ride up to the 5th floor every time. They paved the parking lot last two nights I was... Read more

I had not stayed at a Hampton Inn prior to my stay here. I was met with a smile and a pleasing clean room after a long drive. The Comp. Breakfast was basic, but very filling. The Hotel being on I85 made it an easy travel to other restaurants (within 30 min). I will stay at this chain in the future.

The rooms are clean and the staff is awesome. Always friendly and cheerful. The beds are comfortable and I love that they wash the comforters between guests. So, the reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the breakfast is not bad but not great. Most Hamptons are the same when it comes to breakfast but this one chooses to put out bulk cereal and carafes of milk instead of individual ones. I have often seen children playing around and touching the the parts of the carafe and cereal dispe... Read more

This nice, clean hotel doesn't have much nearby such as restaurants, so it is very quiet. The room was very large and clean. I don't think I've had a ceiling fan in a hotel room before! The staff was very nice and it was a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

Needed a place to stay overnight on a 13.5 hour drive. The room rate was less than staying in Atlanta. I used digital check in who he'd saved time at the front desk. The staff was friendly and had everything ready for me. My room was clean. Worked out great!

The personal is very kind, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is not very varied, but is good. The only area is not clean is the laundry room. They don't sweep it frequently, but the laundry machines work well. The parking is ok. Our time is this hotel was comfort.

This hotel is a pretty standard Hampton Inn. It is clean and well kept. The location is a little away from the things you might need, but most things are one exit north on I-85 (restaurants and such). The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Now the bad points: I tried to use the hotel laundry service, but was unable to use it as the place they use was closed for the holidays. I ended up having to do my own laundry, but the hotel gave me free laundry soap and dryer towels to make up for it. The s... Read more

Had a long weekend to stay with lots of time to kill. The hotel has discontinued it's subscription to any premium movie channels such as HBO, Showtime, or the like. In addition, the hotel is a pretty isolated location. There is not a lot of nearby places to eat.

The Hampton Inn in Lanett, AL off I-85 at exit 77 is a wonderful hotel to stay while traveling. The rooms were clean, breakfast delicious and the staff very attentive and friendly. Linda who works serving breakfast was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I will definitely be staying again.

I visited this hotel for an Auburn football game when I had flown in from ATL. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The GM, Terrie, was visiting with every guest she came in contact with and knew most of them by name. Her staff said wonderful things about her over the weekend and they were all friendly and helpful during our stay. It was just what we needed during our visit.

We nearly always look for Hampton Inn when traveling, because the experience is generally predictable and high quality. The Hampton Inn in Lanett, AL exceeded our expectations in every way. I was hesitant to post this review because I really wanted to keep this place a secret. But that wouldn't be fair to the super nice staff and folks at this Hampton Inn. I stay at a lot of hotels for business, I stayed here prior to a visit to Auburn University. The hotel is newer, large, and very nice. The front desk staff were some of the nicest I've ever come across but the room was one of the most disgusting I've ever been in. There was urine on the door handle in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty, the door didn't close all the way and people in the hallway could see into the room.

For a relaxing place, that is clean, well kept, and accommodating, this is the place. We could also add quiet! If you need a handicapped room, this is the real deal, roll in shower, and the room is sizeable for a wheel chair, which is hard to find.
