This is such a beautiful hotel with a nice selection of breakfast every morning. The service is great with friendly staff especially the dinning and room service staffs were so excellent. It's worth your budget and you get what you paid for. Wifi was ok and we had a nice view from our rooms.

Lauren Miller-thank you for your quick response and generous offer to return my valuable belongings I overlooked when packing and leaving. All staff from the moment I arrived, Dennis (the Menace, his words???), the chef preparing omelettes, the dining staff offering additional help because my arm was in a semi-cast. Not to mention Craig, the masseuse at the Botanical Spa. The spa hostess was so courteous as she showed me around. Craig was simply amazing, gentle as I told him I normally do n... Read more

We stopped here on our way to New Orleans after a day of driving through pouring rain. As soon as we stepped inside, we were warmly greeted by helpful staff. Our suite on the seventh floor was clean and spacious with one of the biggest room fridges I've seen in a hotel. The furnitue in the sitting room was comfortable, the TV big and fairly new, and the electronic safe a welcome addition. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom also had a flat-screen TV. This property is a nice place to stay. Rooms and surroundings are great. No problems with staff or van shuttle to/from airport. Was prompt. What I DON"T understand is the weak managers reception of snacks. They need to take a hint from some of the several ES like the one in Brunswick, Ga. If you're going to offer something relaxing like that, then I shouldn't have to remind the staff what about snacks ;45 min into it. (As there were nine out)

As usual, this hotel did not disappoint. We live in the city and my daughter and her friends wanted to swim. This time we upgraded to the premium suite. This gave the kids 24 hour access to snacks/drinks. Totally worth every extra cent! The kids (teens) were able to enjoy the pool while I enjoyed the even reception! The breakfast was excellent, like always. Would definitely recommend this hotel and upgrade to a premium suite. You will be pleased.

However, at the Manager's Reception there were several large groups that took over the entire area and would congregate right in front of the bar area. It made it very difficult to get drinks to the point where we had to ask them to move and allow others to get drinks. They would stand there and drink and reorder over and over for themselves and others in the party. When we mentioned it to an employee we were told that we just had to stand in line and wait like everyone else. That is fine bu... Read more

We couldn't check in until exactly 4:00, and there were lots of people waiting, probably because of the concert at the connected Von Braun Center that evening. Embassy Suites is one of my favorite hotels. Good breakfast! Always clean and first class service. I have stayed here previously and will stay again in the future. Huntsville is a great place to visit with lots of great places to eat and shop. Lots of unique venues for family gatherings. We were here for my daughters wedding and reception.

Excellent location and a beautiful hotel with amenities and restaurants. Easy walking distance to downtown, plus the hotel shuttle to take you further if you need. Ample parking with a safe lot. We kept our bicycles on the rack overnight with no concerns.

We had a wonderful time connecting with friends from college. We even connected with a friend form England and was able to connect via video stream with him and his wife. It will be something that we will never forget and will do on a yearly basis. The Embassy Suites helped MAKE IT HAPPEN!

My niece got married at the VBC which is directly next to The Embassy Suites. The wedding was in the evening so I booked a one night stay. When I first entered to check-in, there was only one front desk employee to assist customers. Eventually two other gentlemen assisted and I assume it's because the line grew. I must say I waited a little bit before the other gentlemen can to assist customers. Once entering my room, it did meet my expectations in appearance and size. I do wish last minute deal... Read more

This hotel was the preferred hotel of the wedding we were attending. It so happens that I am a Hilton Honors member so it worked out well for me. Upon arrival, the staff we super nice and allowed the group of us to check in early. Our suites were ready, roomy and blocked together. When one person in our party was booked on a different floor, the front desk changed rooms with no hassle. We ate at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for dinner on a Friday night and the food was delicious! Nothing special, nothing great, expectations for Embassy Suites nationwide will continue to be simply average. Rooms are worn with some carpet stains, furniture is old & AC trickled out air that never go my room temp cold enough. Bed is fine, bathroom is fine (did not participate in breakfast or the evening reception). Connection to the Von Braun Center is great for accessibility, having a conference there for a few days. Attended The Small Market Meetings Conf. and the Embassy was the host hotel. Room was immaculate, bed was so clean and crisp. I ordered room service from the restaurant and the corn chowder was delicious. Prompt service and delivery. Not disappointed at all. I usually try and stay at the host hotel for the group price. Embassy is always a good choice..

I used the mobile check in for the first time and it worked great! I had my room number and was ready to head to my room but I decided to check at the desk to be sure I was on the right track. (old habits die hard) I'm so glad I did because the front desk crew were so very nice and welcoming. They were light hearted and made me laugh. I ended up getting a key from them as well. The mobile check in is great but sometimes that personal connection with staff shows off the hotel's personality. ... Read more

The rooms are nice and clean. The pool smelled chlorinated and the hot tub was comforting. Enjoyed the light snacks each evening and the morning breakfast selection. There is a courtesy shuttle available within a 2 mile radius for the hotel. Nice place to stay. We were there for 5 days. The hotel attaches to the VonBraun Center via a skywalk. This is a nice feature for events there.

I'm a Diamond Honors member and as always, I used the Hilton app on my phone to make the reservation. After a long week, I was looking forward to relaxing with a couple of drinks at the Manager's Reception. I was shocked to discover they were serving N/A punch because they were "in between liquor licenses". Was told everything should be back to normal in a day or two. That was no solace to me since I was there only overnight. I also had chosen this particular property for the Ruth's Chris Steakh... Read more

Travelled to Huntsville for a Conference and used the Hilton app to check in and the electronic key, two features that are now my favorite thing about Hilton properties! The staff here was awesome, from helping me find a sharpie to having tooth paste ready for me 2 minutes after I called, even though it was a large conference they were able to give personalized service.

We stayed here for a wedding so had a group rate which was reasonable at $119 a night. Hotel is conveniently located on edge of downtown area with rapid access to major roadways. Room was spacious and clean. Wide choices at free breakfast including hot made-to-order selections. Only problem was that check-in staff did not give welcome bags to wedding guests, even though they were right behind the counter - we had to ask for them.

Room was more like a low quality hotel. Bath tub as nasty with huge gaps in the seams. The bed had obviously been warn out. Each side was sunk in so it was really hard to sleep on. Carpet had stains everywhere. Felt dirty just walking on the floor. This is not what I would expect from an embassy suites hotel. Overall not a god experience. Check in and out seemed to be an inconvience for the employees. They did not seem interested in helping at all.

Every room is a suite with a living room bathroom and bedroom. The decor is pretty nice. The cool thing about this hotel is that it actually connects to the Von Braun Center. So if you're attending a convention or concert then you can book a suite, walk over, and not have to worry about driving home. It is expensive, but this hotel is worth it. They also have a beautiful fountain in the main lobby.

Pros: Clean and comfortable; quiet; good breakfast Con: Normally when I stay at Embassy Suites I receive 1,000 points as a Diamond HHonors member. I also receive a bag with water, chips, and candy. This time, I was asked which one I preferred. I chose the bag since it came with water. There were two of us (cleared stated on the reservation) but only one candy bar. Diamond membership is slowly becoming less and less positive.
