"When we arrived at the Rental office they were extemely nice and very helpful. Our condo was nice and roomy, we had no problems while we stayed there and I would recommend the Seawind to my friends for their next rip to Gulf Shores. The only problem I saw was the cleaning fee of $110.00 dollars, when we had to empy the trash and make sure the dishes were clean and put away, we kept everything clean as we went each day but when you pay that kind of money for someone to clean after you leave then it should be their responsibility not ours to clean up before we leave, after all that is waht we pay the money for. I don't agree paying that much for us to clean."

"The room was great, very clean except one of the sheets. We washed it and it ended up being stained not dirty. The only two things that upset me were the check in procedure and the cleaning fee. I didn't know that we did not check in and out at the condo itself. I couldn't find that information anywhere in any of the paperwork. We arrived and had to turn around and go back to find the rental place. I don't mind paying a cleaning fee but I would expect that fee to be in the total that I'm told I have to pay not in the terms and conditions box."

"Overall it was a nice stay. The condo was clean. Bedding was okay but all the pillows were awful (flat...no firmness at all and no support at all; might have well been no pillow at all) and we wished we had brought some from home. Not enough to keep one from staying though. Plan your 'go out to the beach time' carefully as the elevators become packed.

they forgot to include our parking pass and the staff was dismissive and rude about the whole thing. The Security Guard suggested we see the front the next morning about obtaining a pass and when we did it was very apparent that they were not going to lift a single finger. They apologized and had one of their staff deliver it within 1-hour of our call."

"Facility, room, and everything about this condo rental was awesome. The only issue we had was the day we were leaving. Upon arrival to the rental office (not on site) we were required to pay a $110.00 cleaning fee. This is understandable I guess. However, as we were leaving the hotel, my wife was instructed by the housekeeping staff to return to the room to empty our trash and remove the ALREADY WASHED (2 cups and one plate) dishes in the dishwasher. Our trash was emptied every day when they came into the room to clean and we washed anything we dirtied in the kitchen - there was one bag of trash in the kitchen - nothing out of the ordinary. I am still very upset over the fact that we paid the $110.00 'cleaning' fee for, in my opinion, nothing. Neither me nor my wife have EVER encountered anything like this and we travel regularly. I think it was very inappropriate, unproffesional, as well as obsurd, for the actual HOUSEKEEPING STAFF (whom both were smoking cigarettes at the time this occurred) to instruct my wife to return to the room to do THEIR job......"
