We got a great rate at this hotel and even though we??d booked it less than an hour before we arrived our reservation was ready to go when we arrived. We got a great AAA rate to boot. I had a work emergency while staying here so the business center was a life saver. There is a dedicated business center that is quiet with plenty of desk space. All of the machines have the Microsoft office suite so you can easily edit your documents. (Believe it or not, this isn??t standard at hotels.) The bre... Read more

This is a nice hotel. We had 2 rooms & only stayed overnight. The hotel is located in a nice section of town right off the interstate. There a lots of restaurants to choose from nearby as well as Walmart. Our rooms were both clean & the beds were soft as well as the pillows. The boys loved using the outdoor pool. I was a little disappointed that there weren't towels provided near the pool area but it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast really didn't have very many options compared to other places w... Read more

My wife and I were making a last minute visit to the area to attend a funeral. We arrived to the area way before check-in time but decided to at least check to see if there was a clean room on a Saturday morning that would allow us to check-in early. The lovely young lady was very kind and found us a room. The room was so very clean (room 422)! The view was of the parking lot and a neighboring hotel. Night check in staff professional and friendly, breakfast staff was AMAZING (and had a great sense of humor with the signage "May the Forks Be With You" was our favorite). Nice Hampton Inn that is close to Interstate. It is a short drive into Gadsden and right down the road from Gadsden's only Starbucks. The breakfast attendant was especially cheerful at 6 am when we checked out. Don't want to put anything negative on this review, but I just need to say- I absolutely hate the Hampton a/c units. It's Antartica or Satans Foyer! There is no in between. I dream of the day they get better a/c units. Aaah, what a lovely nights sleep on a Hampton bed.
