Everything was a great experience other then the breakfast. The breakfast layout and selection was not as good as other Hampton's that I have stayed at. Other than that it was a great stay with wonderful hotel staff.

Room was very clean...had refrigerator and micro which was nice, however the bed was not as comfortable as many. Compared to other breakfast, this one was lacking in variety but area was clean and attractive. Overall...would not pay the price to stay here next time if passing thru the area.

Stopped here on 11/26/16 on return trip from Thanksgiving. Hotel was dated in terms of Hamptons in terms of layout, but room was clean, and there were upgrades in the rooms. Eating area was smaller than usual and the breakfast had a couple of things missing from their normal menu, but all in all it was a nice stay. I would not want to stay too long in this hotel (4+ days), but for a few days it works great.

Nice hotel clean , our room was a non smoking room but smelled like old smoke. Mattress was hard but that is a personal preference. We were traveling through for a Alabama football game and just stayed one night hotel was very quiet and clean

We enjoyed our family stay at this location. The rooms were nice, spacious and very clean. The location of this Hampton Inn was extremely easy to get in and out and close to the interstate. We would recommend this to others!

The entire process from check in to check out was a normal business trip. Facility was nice, clean and quiet .The lobby was too quiet at night I am used to having a little "meet & greet" atmosphere when I travel .

This hotel is reasonably priced, extremely well maintained, and offers a delicious breakfast. It's a perfect place to spend the night if you're looking for a hotel in the Fort Payne area. They also offer complimentary wifi to their guests. I always expect a comfortable and restful stay at a Hampton Inn hotel. Also, for those handicapped or just need a bit of an assist they have handle/safety bars in some of their showers if you request a handicap accessible room. It can be a great assistance to ... Very accommodating and comfortable. Desk employee and reservation over the phone employees were very attentive, prompt and informed. Beds were great, nice location for restaurants. Only complaint was the female employee who was serving breakfast and cleaning bathrooms in lobby. This was on Sunday, October 16. Very rude. We encountered her two times, once in breakfast area and once in bathroom in lobby. Rude, dismissive, acted very annoyed to be working. Snapped at both myself and my husband. Oth... Read more

The hotel was clean except that the floors smelled like they'd just been carpet cleaned and the smell was quite strong. The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. She told us about the local Sock Museum (open only on weekends) and the band Alabama's Fan Club Headquarters as well as some nice waterfalls in the area. Good night's sleep and ready for the next day's driving.
