Although pricing during peak is outrageous . We could've gotten a condo for the price we paid during our 4 night trip . That's our mistake however . I would still recommend this hotel for shorter visits .

Great Stay. Thank you for being right next to Cracker Barrel. Also was impressed by the staff member having a pair of tweezers when my fiancé needed a pair. We thought we were going to have to purchase a pair but the staff was jimmy on the spot. Thank you. #SmallThingsCount

The staff was lovely. Located across from Big Lots, Hobby Lobby and just down the road from the outlet malls. It sits next door to the Cracker Barrell, so eating is quick and easy. About ten miles from the beach, it is where I will always stay when I go there.

We paid $169/night for a small room with a shower only. Pillows were flimsy. It was overpriced in my opinion but it was very clean, staff was nice & it's close to shopping and food. Not the beach. The rooms felt "cold" because of the blacks and greys that were used to decorate. That's not my personal taste. Again the room was also very small and I prefer a little more room. I don't feel that it was a good value for $169/night. Next time I'll move further towards the beach and pay a little extra ... Read more

I will say that for the most part, the hotel and rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff was nice. There were a lot of big groups that chose to stay here that were rather rowdy and loud, and the hotel staff is not allowed to tell them to be quiet until after 10pm, or at least that's what we were told. Floors are very thin-- you will be able to hear your upstairs neighbors even just walk. It is not a bad drive from the hotel to Gulf Shores/Orange beach, just be prepared for all of the red... Staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good and everything seemed clean in that area as well. Could hear the person in the floor above stomping around but that could just be pretty heavy walkers I suppose and not the hotels fault. Overall a good hotel.

There were some issues with the reservation, number of family members travelling with me, but the front desk staff when I checked in on the 1st of July were very accommodating, were able to offer an upgrade, and provided a roll away bed. Very last minute and not at all convenient for them but they seemed happy to do it and made us feel welcome. Was a HUGE welcomed end to the drive from Tennessee to the beach and was a fantastic family vacation thanks to the staff. HIGHLY recommend this property... Read more

Overall, this was a great hotel. Clean rooms. Front desk staff were excellent and went above and beyond to be helpful. However, both Saturday & Sunday mornings, the breakfast area was very ill prepared and stayed out of pretty much everything from the hot breakfast items to condiments. When food was brought out, it took an incredibly long time to replenish and was never enough for the crowd of people already waiting, much less anyone who came later.

Good visit. The staff was very friendly. There were a few issues but the overall stay was good. The rooms were a bit overpriced. I guess the price was because of the location. The breakfast muffins and Danish felt as if they were just taken out of the cooler.

We booked this hotel last minute for a weekend on the beach in the heart of the busy summer season. It is right next to the newly opened Tanger Outlet and plenty of dining options (sit down and fast food). Most importantly it is 8 miles from the the Gulf Shores Public beach (15-45 minutes drive depending on traffic) and parking for the day is $10. This location is new, clean, and surprisingly quiet. We'd definitely stay here again.
