Great accommodations! Beds were comfortable but pillows were lumpy. Very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was horrible. Although it boast "hot breakfast" none of the food was hot. Eggs were discolored and there was "sausage gravy" for the biscuits minus the sausage. Actually there wasnt any meat available. I like to end on a good the location is close to a few stores and restaurants. It is also very accessible from the main hwy. Overall a pretty good p... Read more

Hampton Inns have consistently meet a good standard of service and comfortable rooms. This hotel is on the high end of this standard. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Price in Hilton Points was excellent. Breakfast was standard Hampton options. Overall a very good place to stay. We will stay again when in the area.

This is definitely the place to stay in the Ozark area! The hotel is clean and very comfortable, and the staff is amazing! I booked two rooms, one through a discount site and one through the Hilton website to use my HHonors points. The front desk staff was so helpful to me in fixing a problem the discount site had made with my reservation, and I would not have been able to resolve the issue so quickly without their assistance. They definitely went above and beyond!

Excellent in everything way. Their friendly staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable, clean and new looking room, tasty complementary breakfast. That's what you can expect at any Hampton Inn anywhere, as I have stayed at many of them.

The staff was great! The room was clean the hotel is relatively new. My room needed repairs and those problems cause me an inconvenience. It's embarrassing to have to tell my guests to "shake " the hande on the toilet when you flush. The pool being closed for painting was also disappointing. I should get a credit or partial refund!

Very friendly staff. Modern clean facility. Will definitely stay there again. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and items served were not the same every morning. The workout room was very nice and clean. The kids loved the pool. The free internet was more than enough to accommodate all our devices.

We were traveling with a group of teenage boys (baseball team), and the customer service was excellent. Mara was very efficient in getting us checked in and settled. Rooms were very nice, clean, and beds were extremely comfortable. A/C worked great & pool was clean and inviting to our group! Location was convenient to area restaurants & attractions. Excellent Continental-style breakfast, also. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean property and up to date. More equipment in the fitness room than most Hampton's which is a plus for me. The value for the room was exceptional as most places are $100+ per night. We were visiting our son in AIT at Ft Rucker so it was conveniently located for us to access. Plenty of AC in the room and throughout the hotel as AL in the summer is HOT.

Great location - away from traffic lights. Breakfast was a little disappointing - Breakfast Pizza is not a "hot" breakfast. The property is just north of Ozark. Beds were a little stiff and the walls thin. Great exercise room and a convenient business center.

Stayed one night at this Hampton on our way to Florida. The hotel is located next to the highway just outside of town. It appears to be a newer property and was very nice and clean. The desk clerk was nice and helpful. The town (Ozark) is south of the hotel and offers many food options. This is a nice property and would recommend it.

Just passing through on my way from FL to TN. Location was was kind of off the beaten path, next to a campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit older and could use a deep cleaning. They were clean enough but grout could be scrubbed, etc. Big breakfast set up but not a lot of variety (lots of sweet stuff...waffles, French toast, muffins, no eggs).

Waited 10 minutes for a staff member to appear to check multiple guests in. Finally got my room and the toilet didn't work. I had to use the ice bucket to flush the toilet. Had a sand like substance in the sheets at my feet. And still had to pay for the the night. What happened to the 100% satisfaction promise? I guess you only get that at other locations. If you get room 212, you may want to stay elsewhere.

I rated this motel very high. We were spending the day in Troy for a band day. Troy motels raised their rates almost double because of a game that night. This motel was 30 miles away but worth the drive with the staff, breakfast, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Their rates were better than if we had stayed in Troy before their rate increase. There is nothing else around so make sure you have food before you get there. Fast food and restaurants are a little drive away.

Ozark has been our stopping point for years 20 plus years when traveling to North Alabama we've had a few "go to" hotels during that time frame but once we begin to see the decline of the facility we scope out new lodging.
