Hotel was exactly what we wanted. Close to many eating places, hotel staff very friendly and quick to assist, room was very clean, fresh, bath was clean and plenty of towels. All around very good stay.

This was a very nice hotel. The only negative comment would be they need to use king sized top sheets on king sized beds not queen sized top sheets. It makes it difficult for two people to keep the sheet over them when there is very little sheet at the edge of the bed. this seems to be a problem in many hotels... what's up with that? Too cheap to buy sheets that fit the beds?

Everything was great. Clean rooms, friendly people. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. There wasn't much to it, but most of the time the continental breakfast is like that everywhere. Other than that it was a great experience.

I highly recommend this hotel. Located right off of I-65. Very clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms for business travelers or recreational travel. Located next to many good restaurants, and the free hot breakfast was very good. Yes we will stay at this Hampton any time in this area.

Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Staff could have been more available to answer questions or offer concierge service. I prefer Marriott hotels over Hilton based on quality. The driveway was a little difficult to get into. Nice area.

Check in was easy. Booked online in advance and the guy at the desk was nice and polite. But the rooms need updated and ours had a musty smell. The biggest downfall was the breakfast. Eggs were terrible and potatoes mixed with peppers and onions yuck sausage links and oatmeal was empty the whole 20+ minutes we were there. Don't stay here for the breakfast it's not worth the extra money.

We were traveling to Florida for a family vacation and wanted to stop for an overnight stay. The room and services were very good as usual. When traveling we always try to stay at a Hampton because of the consistently high quality of services in all aspects of the facilities.

A nice hotel conveniently located adjacent to several restaurants (Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday, etc). They are literally located within walking distance of the hotel. The room itself was clean and front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast was decent and they had free coffee and tea throughout the day that they constantly refreshed. I would rank this hotel a little above average and definitely will stay there again when we go to Cullman for a baseball tournament.

I just stayed in this hotel this week and while the hotel is nice, the room I stayed in was terrible. The lack of air conditioning left everything in my room damp. The carpeting was so filthy that my feet were black and I literally stuck to the floor when I walked on the carpet. The breakfast was typical hotel fare. Would not stay again.

Five of us stayed overnight in two rooms on our way to Panama City Beach. Check-in was seamless, and the staff was professional and polite, especially Dwight, the person on duty when we arrived.. The hotel was clean and the interior appeared new and clean. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We were very pleased with both the facility itself and the staff, a very nice stay.

We did not get the rooms promised (adjoining) and the AC units in both rooms were horribly loud. We have stayed at this hotel MANY times in the past but this was our last stay. The staff admitted a mistake had been made in assigning rooms but they made no effort to correct the situation.

Right off highway, seems older but lobby has been updated, very clean rooms and staff was very courteous and helpful. While I consider it to be an a average hotel and would normally give it an average rating, compared to the other hotels in the area that we have stayed in the cleanliness bumps it up a notch.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was wonderful as always at Hampton. My only teeny tiny complaint is that when I requested toiletries I had to get dressed and go down to get them; they didn't offer to bring them up. But other than that it was a great stay! Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Very helpful. The room was immaculate and clean. Each morning was a different warm home cooked breakfast or for a busy morning a grab and go sack breakfast. Breakfast was different each day. We stayed for 5 days due to medical treatments at a local specialist office. They ARE indeed in the middle of a remodel (which they desperately need). It is clean and doesn't smell like smoke (which most other bottom dollar hotels smell like). Hampton inns are always clean and comfortable and this one is no different. It just needs some updating. Breakfast was ok. It's free breakfast so I won't complain. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The cereal and other things at breakfast were good but the Cactus Jack was just nasty and we could not eat it. The Mexican restaurant nearby and Logan's are good places to eat as is the good Cracker Barrel.
