We were glad to find this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the nacho's and cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast was also very good. The room was clean but in need of a remodel. The shower was weak and the bedding was clean but probably needed to be replaced.

I've been coming here for several years, it's now my go-to place when in the area to visit family. I tried another place for a while, to save money, but I returned here, and I'm so glad I did. On this most recent visit, I noticed it was quiet, the beds super comfortable, housekeeping excellent. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but I wish they had more choices, especially more variety of fruit.

Even though this inn has a few years on it, it is very well kept and the staff was extreme friendly. They offered a 5:30 pm mixer in the lobby with snacks and beer, which is a first for me! Rooms are very clean and decently decorated. It is very accessible to the interstate but very handy to several excellent restaurant choices just down the road.

Just average hotel, with bland breakfast, comfy beds, convenient location, clean rooms. Hampton Inn in Opelika, AL much nicer, but stayed in this one this year for convenience. Would not stay here again. Lobby hot, hallways very cold. Tub/ lavatory drained SLOW. Refrigerators not standard in doubles room. Who does that anymore??? On positive note - all hotel staff very helpful and courteous.

We on a field trip with my Granddaughter to six flags over GA.we stayed at the Hilton as usual. We like this facility because it is in a good location for us. It is close to good restaurants , walmart, University of Auburn for sports, malls and other stores and facilities. My Granddaughter lives here so we get a chance to come here to visit her quite often and we use this Hampton Hotel for our lodging while were here.

The room was clean, the pillows were exceptional! Even the quilt was comfortable, not the scratchy kind. :-) Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly, and overall the place was well kept up. I was very satisfied. They did have some kind of reconstituted eggs that were a little gross, but the other breakfast items were great, they even had hand cut sausage... shout out to the cheerful kitchen staff, y'all are great. :-)

We stayed here over a year ago and I wrote a review. At the time, the rooms needed upgrading. We returned for a wedding, with family members, on May 20. Avery, front desk staff, greeted us, and went above and beyond to assist us in obtaining rooms that were close to each other, and assisting us with unexpected needed items, such as safety pins and a glass of milk. He gladly met all of our requests (even the safety pins). Our room was indeed updated from the previous trip -- new mattress, very c... Read more

Staff was rude-seemed bothered that they had to do something. Had to wait to check-in on arrival over 20 minutes because no one was at front desk-just a sign that said someone would be back. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the location is close to the university and town center. But, the facility is showing its age and the public areas could be better maintained. There are many reviews complaining about the age of this hotel. But, one has to add context to the experience. Auburn is a college and football town. The Hilton properties provide a good clean and friendly environment. But don't expect much if you want to use your rewards after you have been a loyal customer.
