Stopping over for the night on very long road trip we pulled into this behemoth of a hotel. It's obviously very new and exceptionally clean. We almost didn't check in because there was an extremely loud karaoke party in the lobby. It was so loud that the front desk attendant had to walk around to my side of the counter in order to hear me. But after checking in with multiple reassurances that our room would be quiet we were very pleased. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our recent trip to the graduation ceremony at the Ramp School of Ministry. I was a bit dismayed at first because there is very little in the surrounding area, but it made a great central spot between my brother in Hamilton and Tupelo, MS where my parents were staying. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and attention to detail. We paid for our breakfast in advance, and found it to be very good. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant o... Read more

We stayed in this beautiful hotel on our way back from Florida and were thrilled with the looks of the lobby, the friendliness of the staff, the fantastic breakfast and the beautiful pool and patio area. This would be a great place to have an event or reunion. We had the pool to ourselves and liked the cleanliness and the little fountain in it. Also it was private, not on the street like some hotels. The room was very clean and spacious. Only one problem, the bathroom door squeaked very loudly a... Read more

Fantastic roadside hotel. Absolutely perfect. 1. My home wifi is no faster. Didn't have to log in everything I turned my phone on! Never got kicked off once...never waited for a download. Not once. 2. Peaceful. Completely quiet. Never heard road noise. Never really heard other guest. Never heard phones. Just perfect. 3. The shower was wonderful and big. No tub! Yes!!!!! 4. Rooms were beautiful. It looked and felt expensive but our rate was just a walk in rate and very competitive. 5. MO... Read more

This motel is quite new and just off the interstate. The person checking us in was very pleasant ( Breanna I think). We were very impressed with her. There isn't much else in the area but there was no need. The restaurant inside was very good. The waitress was fantastic. Groups of graduates came unexpectedly and our waitress handled all patrons with ease. The room was very clean.

I stayed for 1 night at the end of May and enjoyed the room and the restaurant. It's a nice hotel and the restaurant was good enough to keep me from driving into Guin. I would stay again. The rate was reasonable and the staff was efficient and helpful. It is located right by the freeway and is convenient.

We took a group of children to The Ramp for Kids Ramp in Hamilton, Alabama. The prices for the rooms for the convention were excellent! The room was large. Hotel and grounds were very clean and well kept. Front desk help was very friendly at all times. They did include breakfast in our rooms which was helpful but the selection could have been better or more varied. Pool was clean and clear. Surrounding area was very well kept. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Hamilton!

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I have to let people know how disappointed I was with our 1 night stay. There was a group of kids (maybe church camp) that stopped here and although you never know who is going to be at the hotel when during your visit... This was really bad. They were roaming the halls, slamming doors, running up & down, shouting, playing, etc. you would think they were all toddlers but they were at least in high school. This went on until after 2:00am!! I had to go out ... Read more

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! If ever in the area ill stay again!! Price was also great for the room I got!! The only part I don't like is not being able to give a review with out using 200 words. Not much in the town. They do have a nice pool which there you need it bc its extremely hot! They also have a nice sitting area. Even though staff can't help it the other guest were slamming doors all morning long. Which kept waking me up! Beautiful friendly place.

Every time I've walked into this hotel, I've been greeted with a smile and great customer service. The lobby is gorgeous! When you walk in, its such a surprise for a hotel that seems to be in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk go above and beyond to serve and the Grille 22 has a great breakfast buffet and dinner menu.

The hotel was really nice and so was the front desk (plus they had peppermints) plus, you can bring your pet with you for a relatively cheap price of 30$ per pet. The rooms were nice too, and they had free HBO on the tv's with on demand too. The diner in the hotel was great however, breakfast was not free and menu items were pricey. I didn't go in the pool, but it looked nice. Beds were comfortable too. The main problem is that the hotel is easy to miss especially at night since there is no sign... Read more

Great hotel just recently built. After riding a motorcycle for 18 hours I was desperate to find any port for the night. They were having a Christian youth conference and even though the front desk was overwhelmed they still made time for me and gave me a king size bed that is one of the best I have ever slept on. Breakfast in the morning was both buffet and custom order. Very reasonable and the staff was super friendly. I did not expect to find a five star hotel masquerading in the middle... Read more

This would be our second time at this place, we were here for a youth conference. The hotel staff is so inviting and kind. The house keeping is the best I've ever seen, they will speak to you every time with such sweet words, and the rooms are spot less! This place is new and a wonderful place to stay!

Brand new hotel, really nice staff. They are pet friendly. I should note that they showers instead of tubs. I didn't see that declared anywhere. I know people say Hotel is not always the best, but that does not apply here. I had a Hamburger that was one of the best I have ever had. I had a small issue with my final bill and they took care of it immediately and gave me an additional credit for the problem. Excellent customer service, they know how to run a Hotel.

Newly built, friendly staff, decent food but I have never experienced corridor noise like it and was kept awake until 4am This explained the recently typed notes urging people to be quiet in corridors - shame this was ignored I can't understand how a brand new hotel can get sound proofing so wrong Avoid if you actually wish to sleep

This is a recently built, clean great hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and will go back when in the area. The food on room service menu is pub type food but done so very nicely. The philly was delicious. My hamburger had cheese that I did not order. It is not always about being perfect, but how you handle your mistakes. I had a new one within minutes of alerting them. We stayed here for a night on 09-15 on our way moving to georgia. Its litterally in the middle of nowhere so it was a welcoming site when we were really tired and needed to get off the highway. It's a brand new hotel. We were actually surprised it was pet friendly (we had our cat with us). Pet Fee was a little Pricey (30.00 for 1 night) but they did offer us a military discount rate of 89.00 for the room including the breakfast buffet the next morning. Very clean well maintained Hotel. Stayed for 4 days for funeral. Very friendly staff in front desk. Breakfast was decent but could have been better. Housekeeping was phenomenal and when my daughter accidentally wet the bed they were very sincere and took care of it. Even wrote a little note back saying it's okay accidents happen thanks for letting us know. I will definitely go back

We just stayed here for a family trip and the hotel is so pretty. I would call it modern but retro feeling at the same time. Our room was super clean and I didn't see a speck of dust anywhere. The restaurant was also very nice and good food. Kind of out by itself on Hwy 22 in Alabama. Was really a godsend on the way to as we were tired and nothing else near.
