We had a one bedroom with oceanfront view. The villa was clean and maintained well. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with directions. The only drawback is if you are handicapped their are stairs to either your villa or to get to the beach. Also there is an energy surcharge per day. The wi-fi had poor signal in the villa, but accessible at the front desk area.

This was a nice hotel with a private beach. The day I wore a thong at the beach I had no problems. I didn't go up to the pool so I can't say how it would have been up there, but probably no one would have said anything. There is decent snorkeling at either end of the hotel beach area and plenty of space to explore.

My husband and I just spent two weeks at Bluebeard's Beach Club. We are Wyndham Owners. We stayed in a loft unit. It was most accommodating for the two of us. No noise whatsoever from other units and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Each morning we watched the Cruise Ships arrive! The beach is one of the best I've encountered, soft sand and beautiful, clear, warm water. There is a tide pool area off to one end which is like soaking in your own private hot tub! The staff has been very nice, rooms are very clean. There is a dive shop on site and they offer dive lessons and dive trips. The swim up pool bar is really cool and the bartender does off food with your drinks. There is a small convenience store on site for items you may need. Only think there is no free WiFi, there is a small fee for that.

We stayed at the blue beard beach club and the service was great, the facility was very clean and well maintained. For transportation we used Mr. Nice guy he was extremely knowledgable about the islands and gave great advice on where to go and what to do while we were there, his van is clean and he keeps it nice and cool in there. I highly recommend him for your transportation while you are there, he really is a nice guy.

We stayed at Bluebeard's Beach Club for 4 nights, 5 days. THE GOOD: The beds are really comfortable. The pool is nice and so are the grounds. They have bridges over crab areas to keep you and the crabs from getting hurt. There are lots of trees, beach chairs that are free to use and even a couple hammocks. There is also an outdoor grill area available to use, an onsite market and an onsite rental house with kayaks, snorkel gear, etc. It is a very quiet and relaxing area which is a big plus wit... My wife and I stayed at Bluebeard's for 6 nights in May/June 2016 using her Uncle's timeshare. I wasn't sure what to expect before our trip, as the TA reviews appeared to be mixed. However, I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, go at your own pace escape right on the beach. Anyone expecting the four seasons will undoubtedly be disappointed...that is not what you get at Bluebeard's. But you really cannot be the tranquility and location anywhere else on the island.... My hubby & I stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and loved it. The room had a comfy bed, was clean and the beach was great (clear water, lots of fish 'habitat') We snorkeled almost everyday. There are a few things that could be improved upon - resort needs a restaurant onsite & more activities (Ping-Pong, anyone ?) Room issues were the steps right by front door, no mat inside to clean sand off feet, no dishwasher plus I didn't love the bathroom just off the kitchen. Take quarters if you... Read more

It can take a bit as this is different from almost every other left side Island as you usually drive from the right side of car. Remember the cars need to meet U.S. crash requirements. I'm a Wyndham owner and have stayed here twice. It has an amazing view and private beach. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting St. Thomas. We have ventured to the other beaches but you can't beat the privacy of blue beard. The rooms need some maintenance but not bad. I would definitely go back again. Thanks Blue Beard Beach Club for making both stays amazing.

We have been here 3 years in a row with our wyndham timeshare. It's a beautiful view, beach, people and pool bar. Very helpful and attentive employees. We love it here and can't wait to go back next year!

Beach, Beach, Beach!!! Best on island. Private and nice atmosphere. Rooms need a bit of updating but dive shop and pool are great. Talk to Jason the get certified. Staff good but some of the discounted adventures are overbooked. Don't believe what they say about off season, September is great. Talk to Mr Nice Guy taxi service for getting around. We did not rent a car and isn't miss it.

The views are awesome, the loft studio we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The beach perfect, no rocks to walk through, and fairly calm waters. The bar staff was great. We enjoyed many meals (and drinks) at the pool bar, and everything was reasonably priced. The little store was very convenient. The gym has all new equipment. The reviews that say you need bug spray at night are correct. We even watched a 'drive in' movie while lounging on the pool side chairs. Will definitely go back a... Read more

Stayed here for the first time last week and loved this property! The views are good, it's in it's own private little cove with a nice beach. We had a loft unit, they are on the top floor and have great views. I was disappointed that the onsite restaurant was closed for renovations, was not aware of this before hand so it was a mild inconvenience to have to run into town to get dinner, not sure when they are going to re open. They do have some food at the pool bar, just hot dogs and sandwiche... Read more

The Beachclub is secluded but every room has beach view. The grounds are very nice. Pool and Pool bar have tons of choices for drinks. Bartenders and entertainment add to the fun! The beach hut offers snorkel gear and day trips. Enjoy the Caribbean.

Love! Great resort at great value! Secluded, private, clean, friendly, swim up bar@ pool, soft sandy beach, small grocery store on site! Even if fully booked... plenty of space, lounges, chairs for all! Super friendly staff and amazing views from all property points!!! No restaurant on site yet but your room has plenty of appliances to hit grocery for bagels, cereals, snacks, blended drinks etc! Cook as much as you want or grab a rental car or taxi and eat your way through paradise!!!!

This is the worst review I have ever given and I gave the hotel 5 chances to make things better!!! I booked 3 rooms thru Expedia months ago (for a party of 6), we arrived at 2:30 pm and they said they only one room. We showed them the documentation and the receptionist ordered us to sit down. One hour later we ask if we would get 3 rooms? We got a grumble that they should be able to but we would have to check out the next morning at at 10am and see if they had more rooms at 4pm !!! Yes the ... Read more

Our second visit-remote, few activities but that was fine with us, not much for kids to do, beautiful beach, great staff, one pool, pool bar but no restaurant, need a car or lots of taxi money, clean and well appointed rooms but there are awkward steps getting to most rooms

The rooms are average but all are ocean front. I wish the restaurant would have been open these things can be overlooked for the resorts fantastic beach and snorkeling opportunities. The perfect spot for a wedding, this is the prettiest beach I have been on in years and I was totally blown away by the excellent snorkeling along natural rock reefs along both sides of the beach. I would return just for that.
