My significant other, his brother and I are staying in one of Nancy's condos - great view of the beach, condo is clean and well furnished and we are close to a number of activities. We have stayed in condos in a number of places and this one rates in the top!

I was very pleased with our stay at the Elysian Resort. While the beach is small it is still nice and the location is excellent. We were a 5 minute drive from Redhook where there are multiple dining, and shopping options as well as access to the ferry to St John and the BVI. Our room was very clean and had a wonderful view. We were located on the top level but very easily drove down to the beach and back. The view made it worth it. They had 2 on site restaurants and a pool bar. The only issue we ... Read more

The rooms are updated and the resort is in a great location. It's under ten minutes to town, which, if you have a car, you can usually find parking in one of the lots. It's also close to multiple beaches. The whole resort is very well kept, and it has a pretty modern feel. The Caribbean Fish Market restaurant onsite is nice, and has a good selection of food. The staff is great, and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Check in/out was extremely easy, and there is a lot of fr... Read more

Would recommend renting a car, gives you more freedom. Liked being a little further out from Charlotte Amaile, the little town of Red Hook has everything you need. The resort was very nice, small gym, spa services and right next to the Ritz Carlton which was wonderful for morning walks. You can eat at the Carribean Fish Market right on the beach, a little pricey; Sangria's restaurant was pretty good but not as pricey. Did not really have activities during the week for the guests such as bi... Read more

Great beach front condo resort. Some rooms offer full kitchen with oven/ stove top. Nice size balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails ... Some with fabulous ocean view. Very close to restaurants and island nightlife. Beautiful Beaches for relaxing and water sports also close to resort. Perfect Caribbean experience !

After many years renting condos at Crystal Cove and Secret Harbor, we found private condo at Elysian - NOT run by Wyndham, thi. Full use of facilities. There are always plenty of chairs and natural shade, though management should put up some umbrellas. Water toys need to be upgraded. However, grounds are beautifully landscaped. Sangrias is ok for beach lunch. Caribbean Fish Market is one of the better island restaurants so pricey, but good. Rent car and go to restaurants all over and supermarke... Read more

The resort was maintained but didn't seem like many improvements were made in awhile. The electricity went out at least a dozen times during our week stay. I heard that this does happen in St. Thomas but it seemed that the staff wasn't able to get it going without calling in help. Maybe the generator was old? There wasn't much beach area, although the pool was nice and we used it over the beach. The concierges answered questions when asked but didn't offer information about the area as we... Read more

Went to St Thomas for a destination wedding. Stayed the week in a privately owned condo that we found through VRBO. Condo was very well appointed and very well equipped. Property was well maintained, nice beach & pool. Great snorkeling. Good restaurants on site. A lot of steps up to the condos, however, they will provide a ride in a cart, if needed. A bit of sticker shock at the food market in Red Hook. Was no more expensive to eat at the restaurants.

Stayed here in a condo rental. Very close to a large grocery store and within minutes of red hook for dining. The property is reasonably well maintained and landscaped. The pool is nice but the pool bar was rarely open. Two restaurants on the property were both good. The beach is nice with no waves. Good snorkeling on the left side of the beach. We did have a jellyfish encounter but the beach hut had vinegar to pour on he skin so it must happen occasionally. The front desk staff was friendly but... Read more

Stayed specifically for the location, near where I lived on St. Thomas, in order to meet with friends and attend a Celebration of Life for one very special friend. Only stayed 3 nights, but 2nd and 3rd were horrible. Adjacent room was apparently party central for a young group. Party started at 10pm on my 2nd night, and finally ended shortly after Midnight when security showed up. However some sort of altercation again started at 1:30am and lasted another half hour. I did report this, as suggest... Read more
