Had a great stay over the bank holiday weekend, staff were lovely and cheerful. Had a fantastic massage in the malven view spa, the leisure facilities were brilliant cant fault it. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would definitely visit again.

Travelling with my mum and two children under two, we stayed whilst visiting RHS Spring Festival in Malvern. We had originally booked a twin room, but calling prior to our visit the receptionist advised moving to a family room so we had enough space for travel cots etc. The room was so large and roomy, even with 3 X single beds! The bathroom was also big with bath & large 'wet room' style shower. The spa facilities are stunning and children are welcome to use the pool between 4-6pm so great af... Read more

Friends and I spent 2 nights here as we visited the R.H.S Malvern Spring Festival .We had 3 lovely twin bedded rooms with well appointed en suite bathrooms and good toiletries. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly Donna on reception who went out of her way to help us with taxis and restaurants.Breakfast was excellent and good service. The spa looked very welcoming as did the gardens with a lovely patio area off from the bar. Looking forward to returning next spring as i... Read more

Stayed for one night on a Sunday for short touring holiday. The hotel was nearly empty. Booked a suite which was comfortable and large with a separate living room. Bathroom also large. Ate in the restaurant which was empty. I guess they have a lot of weddings as the décor was all white. Made it feel like you had just passed through the Pearly Gates... Meal was OK but not memorable. First course consisted of chicken and noodles but the noodles were cold. Both starter and main were served on b... Read more

Stayed 2 nights for a weekend break at this well maintained and comfortable hotel.Had originally booked an 'Executive' room but when we discovered that this faced the car park asked if we could re-locate to the rear of the hotel which had views over the golf course and the Malvern Hills in the distance (much nicer). Reception staff were happy to help with our request (not always the case in other hotels we have used!).Both rooms were well appointed and in excellent state of repair and cleanlines... Read more

Fab hotel, clean and spacious room, late bar, full English breakfast and an amazing spa. Just stayed 1 night for a wedding but if we return to Worcester, I wouldn't look any further than the Bank House Hotel. It is an attractive building with ample parking and a nice terrace just off the bar area which is a complete sun trap (if the sun is out that is)

Although the overall ambience of this hotel was very pleasant and airy, and the staff were generally helpful, our stay left a lot to be desired. The corridors were icy cold with the air-conditioning blasting but the bedroom was very hot, even with the windows open. The room was large and clean but the bathroom would have benefitted from a non-slip mat for the over-bath shower. The room was described as a twin room. The beds were clearly of the zip-together variety and seemed very narrow. I didn'... Read more

Nice big room but a few little areas that need attention; The bed was two singles zipped together. On examining it we found it was ripped, sagged in the middle and had stains underneath the mattress protector. Nowhere to put your toiletries in the shower and not enough power sockets in the room. We didnt have food in the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful but comparing the standard of room decor and beds in other hotels similarly priced, we were a little disappointed.

Could not fault the spa day I went on at the start of June at the bank house. Fantastic service all the way through. A couple of staff members really stood out for me...Had a lovely lady called Jess for my treatment, very professional. She Recommended a cream for my skin and it's worked wonders! The other lady was Roxanne, again, great service, very polite and welcoming, I felt like I could ask her anything and nothing would of been too much trouble. Very disappointed with a recent Father's Day barbecue event we booked into. No one in reception to welcome or show us where to go. When we finally found someone we were directed to 'The Garden Room' , when we got to the door it looked like a staff meeting was taking place and a we were told to wait outside!!!!! Eventually we were invited in....well not sure what they had in mind but the room looked like a stock room with a few tables covered in white clothes on and that was it. No forward prepa... Read more

A group of six of us were staying whilst working locally. We booked in on Sunday afternoon when we arrived the car park was full as well as reception, a good sign we thought. It turns out there was some sort of seminar happening. We came down for our evening meal looking at the menus in the sports bar we had a reasonable choice, orders placed we didn't have to wait long, the food was well presented and very tasty. I visited the spa for the first time recently and it is really lovely and well worth a visit - it's exactly what Worcs needs. The whole spa experience is extremely well run and the team are very welcoming. The facilities are lovely and are spotlessly clean. The treatments were also excellent and the attention to detail is incredible. I really think the Bank House should market and promote the spa even more as I've only just realised that it exists. I think it's a hidden gem.

Stayed here recently, meeting up with an old school friend for a couple of rounds of golf separared by a night in the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the golf. The course was in very good condition and some lovely views. The only disappointment on the course was the lack of signage on some holes. We got lost twice on the first day and on the second day we came across three groups who did not know where they were going next. Easily put right and it needs to be. The rooms are very nice but the day to day running could do with a bit of fine tuning. The young waiting and bar staff were very pleasant but it sometimes seemed that they didn't really get all the support they needed. For example one morning breakfast finished at 09:00 despite being advertised until 10:00. The staff in the breakfast area said that they had been told that all residents were attending a conference that day which started st 9:00, however myself and my eight colleagues were not a... We enjoyed our stay which was good value for money. The twin bedded room was spacious and comfortable, the spa was excellent although the pool is a bit shallow and there is the golf course for those who play. However, the day to day running was not quite as good as it should be. They failed to tell us about the full breakfast menu (the same happened to other guests). There was no low fat spread and it seems they were incapable of procuring any. The maid did not straighten out the sheets when she... Read more

I stayed here for a conference at the apparently special rate (higher? lower?) of £100 per night over the weekend. The room was nice and comfortable but nothing special. Sadly the windows were very high so couldn't see the countryside view. On both mornings I had to clear a table so that I could have breakfast. On the Sunday I had to ask 4 times to get tea, ask for cutlery, for crockery and even for food to be brought out for the buffet. Not acceptable. The staff were all very nice but expe... Read more

We stayed here for one night while at a wedding nearby. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Quiet and the beds were comfy. We had breakfast in the morning and found a great selection of food. We had a cooked breakfast and it was very tasty. Normally a little out of price range but for one night it was fine.

I have just returned from a 3 day golf break at the Bank House Hotel/Bransford Golf Club. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are great; everyone I came into contact with was very polite, friendly and helpful. The spa facility is wonderful and just the job after a hard day on the golf course! The course itself was in great shape although a little challenging. I would definitely recommend this hotel/spa/golf course combo!

Initially had rooms on different floors but despite it being very busy they did manage to change our rooms to be next to eachother and could not have been more helpful. Spa and pool were great as was the next door golf course (very helpful in the golf shop). Children were only allowed in the pool between 8-10am an 4-6pm. Looks can be deceptive. From first appearance, as we pulled off the A4103, the somewhat austere fascia of the Bank House Hotel reminded me of red-brick, post-war Council Offices. But as soon as we were inside, we found the interior to be very tastefully designed, and looking every inch a four star hotel. Meals were taken in the light and airy Malvern View Restaurant. Breakfast was from 7:00 am ?? 10:00 am, which we appreciated, although on the one day when we came down to breakfast at 9:30, so... Read more

We stayed for one night at Bank House. The initial welcome was not great, the female receptionist was not friendly and verged on rude at one point.
