We stayed here the night before the FA cup final and we had an amazing experience. Friendly staff, clean room and lovely swimming pool facilities. Will definitely be visiting again! As we only payed £88 wasnt expecting too much but was amazed when we went into our room! Very close to the local outlet stores, restaurants and cinema.

Visited for the FA Cup Final 21st May 2016. Location next to Wembley Stadium, short walk from Wembley Park Tube Station. Great venue with easy access on Jubilee line or Metropolitan (faster) line into the city centre. Ample parking with a fee. Alex on reception was great. Very helpful with forgotten bathroom items, housekeeping came within minutes with requested shower cap. Stayed in room 721, a family room with comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of fluffy towels, clean and spacious... Read more

I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the years for work. On this occasion check in was quick and friendly. It is functional, rooms are clean etc - hassle free wifi. Location is good if you need to access the stadium or arena but there the pros stop. On paper it satisfies the basics but feels just that... Basic. Breakfast was included in my room rate and just like HI Express the breakfast tastes free. Would definitely recommend staying "room only" if available and going elsewhere for brea... Read more

Visited this hotel on business in April. Quick check in and friendly staff. Room was clean and very spacious I had a separate living area and dressing area which was lovley. It qas also very clean throughout. The food was lovley and great value. the facilities are great the gym especially. Wifi was really quick compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Thanks for a great stay I have booked to return with a colleague when we are in the area over the next few weeks am hoping for more of the s... Read more

Stayed for one night to watch a concert at Wembley Stadium. We had a view of Wembley Stadium from our bedroom. Was very close to the tube station, Wembley designer outlet with lots of restaurants and the stadium it self. Easy walk back to the hotel after the concert. Nice bar/restaurant area and availability of snack buffet for £12.95 each after events. Supersized bed, dark room and no noise at all which made me sleep through the night without waking once!! A rare occurrence for me!!

More than adequate Rooms . Great Pool , Food good, one evening went for the Buffet at £19.99 per head ,excellent choice of starters Mains and desserts, basically a very good three course meal with a bottle of wine in great surroundings for four people came to less than £100, good value especially when you consider you're in London . Went for the England Portugal game which would Normally be two hours before you even hit the M1 and getting back to Leicester by 2am, it was worth the price just... Read more

The only good thing here was the bed everything else was substandard the staff where flustered and rude we had to ask for cups in the room plates to eat our food purchased at the bar. far to pricey as well never will we return to that hotel.

There's not many reasons to go to Wembley unless it's to see a concert or go to a sporting event. The Holiday Inn is well positioned for either. I paid £127 for a double room on the 8th floor on the day that Bruce Springsteen was at the stadium. Luckily I managed to book a room just before the prices went up but others paid considerably more. Personally I think that £127 is right at the upper limit that the hotel can get away with charging. I didn't have any food but I did have a pint at the ... Read more

Went with a friend for a concert at Wembley stadium.Check in was poor, with exposure to trainee receptionists .The safe was not working , and we got no ordered newspapers. There was free wi-fi and facility for in-room tea and coffee.I gained no benefits despite being in the Hotel group IHG. There are other hotels closer and offering easier access to the stadium. Overall poor return for the booking price paid.

Visited for business 3 days trip in the first week of May and found it valuable in terms of good business services. Location is excellent and near to the major hubs and tube. Breakfast and food services were better than other hotels. Will definitely try it again in my next visit !

I recently stayed at this hotel it is in a very good location with Wembley stadium right behind it and shopping centre within a minute walk.the only downfall is parking charges as they are to high. They should be reduced for guest or someone discount.

Fabulous hotel, very friendly and polite staff.Clean room and the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel...fresh hot and cooked well ..(no soggy raw bacon or cold beans etc )Would totally recommend a stay here especially if attending a gig at Wembley stadium.Only downside is that if there is a gig on , parking at the hotel goes up from £10.00 per night to £25.00 which seems very unfair if you are a guest at the hotel and already spending money on a room and at the bar. However that aside we ... We booked to stay here for one night. On arrival reception was very busy, we probably waited about 20 mins to be seen, during that time we were served complimentary orange juice and the duty manager came out and spoke to everyone individually to apologise for the delay and offer changing facilities to anyone who wanted to change and check in later. When we got the desk our room wasn't ready, the receptionist took us to the bar and said we were to be given complimentary drinks while we waited. Good/prompt welcome and service on arrival and on check out - very straight forward. Room was perfectly adequate with all facilities we needed, all very clean and bed was SUPER comfy! Nice and quiet too and great black out curtains which allowed us to have our first lie in (without children!) in ages! :-) The hotel is perfectly located if you are visiting Wembley stadium which is just a short walk away. If like us you are heading into central London, the easiest tube to use is Wembley Park, ... Read more

Fire alarm went off at 0610hrs this morning. Full evacuation and staff kept the guest informed at all time. Problem were some guest who were not happy with it. Why don't people understand that the evacuation is for their own safety. I agree it is inconvenient to get up and stand outside in the cold but is still better than being a victim of a fire! Why blame the staff and shout on them. In my opinion there is nothing called as a false alarm. If the fire alarm has been activated then there is a... Read more

Stayed here for two nights with my partner, obviously it's absolutely perfect if you want to avoid the chaos of getting back to the tube or similar after a concert or other event. Was a great Base for us for the weekend. Didn't have dinner here but the breakfasts were great as usual from HI. Very relaxing atmosphere around the bar area the first night but very busy obviously when there is an event taking place. Wasn't an issue for us really as we'd had a full day around central London so we're p... Read more

Stayed here on 2nd July for Beyonce concert. Brilliant location only 2 minutes walk away from Wembley stadium & London designer outlet. Rooms v pricey for basic hotel however understandable due to location. One lift was broken which was a bit annoying as hotel was very busy. We were told we would have a stadium view- we could see a corner of the stadium at a push- not a problem as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The reception/bar area was very busy after the concert and lon... Read more

The hotel itself is a standard holiday inn, it's clean and spacious. I booked this holiday inn as I didn't want any surprises. The staff are a mixture of rude and inexperienced. The woman that served me behind the bar was very brash and seem angry about any requests that where made of her. I was unable to order room service from my room as the phone wasn't working. I went down and the woman in the restaurant had no idea how to work the till. She was then extremely unhelpful and blatantly sai... Read more
