Stayed with family. Large room had two king size beds and a balcony. Room was away from the function room and quiet. Spa and Pool were excellent. Splendid grounds even if you are not in to golf. Lack of fridge in room was very minor inconvenience. Don't be put off by some of the complaints on some of the other reviews. The hotel obviously attracts people who are far too picky; I witnessed some posh old ladies complaining about room service piling used bedding in the corridor in the mornings. ... Read more

My husband and I recently stayed at Puckrup Hall for 2 nights including 2 rounds of golf. The hotel was comfortable and the food and the service was very good. The golf course was superb however the golf was not so enjoyable due to slow play. Took nearly 6 hours to play on the Sunday and just over 5 hours on Monday......rather tedious! Would be a shame if the hotel/golf club ends up with a reputation for slow play.

From the time of check in to the time of departure ( 5 days) we had exceptional service. The room was clean and spacious. The lady that cleaned the room was so kind and if we weren't ready to leave the room she would come back. We used the pool each morning which was clean and warm and the staff were very friendly. The food was ccoked and served beautifully by friendly staff. I recommend!

We only had one midweek night there en route and sadly had to leave early next morning but we had a turret room with terrace & it was gorgeous. No A/C but well fitted. The views were spectacular & peaceful. Golf buggies started up early. The pool was really good for a swim - deep & rounded & not cold. Watch out for evening swim classes though. Good spa. Lovely grounds. The restaurant had various sections to cope with various types of guests & groups. Guess it could get very busy with weddings... Read more

Stayed in room 213 with my wife and our 8yr old son. Room was large with 2 double beds and nice view of the golf course & surrounding countryside. Location of hotel a plus. Room decor slightly on the dated side but good comfortable beds & my pre request for extra pillows fulfilled before arrival. Shower pressure was ridiculously low, unacceptable in the middle of England in 2016 & ultimately the morning's showers were a lacklustre affair. Room temperature & overall temperature of hotel f... This is a lovely hotel. Tranquil surroundings and beautiful views. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a family room overlooking the Golf course which could be a bit warm and stuffy at times (despite leaving the windows open) as it was situated directly above the restaurant. iverall stay was average because of the hotel cleanliness. The Internet service was also quite terrible so I assume I had the complimentary service. In this day and age Internet should be the same everywhere without 'grades' of service in a hotel like this. Swimming changing facilities also needed deep cleaning.

Staff are very attentive and we have never had anything but good experiences here. Parking is free and plenty of room. if you book a room in the Manor House it is quiet and pleasant but the standard rooms are fine too. for a longer stay you can explore the Malvern Hills and Tewkesbury.

We went to Puckrup Hall for our Anniversary. I booked an upgraded room, which did not disappoint. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 2.50, the room was not ready and we had to wait about 40 minutes before it was. Also, our room was in the original building, which meant a long walk and many stairs to climb. The bar and restauarant were very good. Would return, but book a room in the new building.

We stayed one night, used the spa, bar, restaurant and breakfast facilities. The golf grounds are stunning and well cared for. Stayed at the Hilton Puckrup Hall with my partner whilst we attended events in the area. The hotel was pretty average. The rooms are beginning to look tired and dated. Didn't help that none of our pre-check-in requests had been sorted out and we had to ask for them. Ate dinner in the restaurant food was lovely although a bit rushed between meals. Breakfast was fantastic loads to choose from and all fresh. Checkout ran smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

we booked two rooms for almost a week and during that time we had to refresh the wifi every few minutes constantly as signal was dropping all the time. restaurant a little pricey as was the bar did not do coke on tap only lemonade (£4.50 a pint!)was very excessive. restaurant needs new chairs you sit in the cream ones at your peril had one changed and other was nearly as bad. no a/c rooms unbearable on hot days. bathroom and room in general neads updating .

I stayed here for a charity fundraising events with a few minor celebs present. The venue was great. The old Manor house section was so spacious with lots of areas to sit and chat , drawing rooms, lounges galore. The room was very nice and a great standard. We had a suite which had 2 tv's. Bathroom was not as grand but still nice. The evening dinner and breakfast were very good. The ground that I saw looked very nice, but didnt get to explore as it didnt stop raining. Would love to stay again

A great place to stay in a quiet country club golf course setting. The old Manor House has a few rooms (not available to us) but most rooms are modern comfortable luxury. Included breakfast was really excellent.

A charming place, with extremely friendly, professional staff throughout. We booked an excellent value "all inclusive" stay for 1 night - dinner, bed, breakfast and golf included for £238. The golf was amazing - very well manicured course and helpful staff in pro shop. Dinner and breakfast were great. The menu did not do the food justice - the items sounded pretty uninteresting, but were in fact delicious, fresh and well presented, served by lovely staff. The room was adequate, but tired. It w... This the second time I have stayed here. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are reasonably sized with a desk and a couple living room chairs. King bed is two full sized mattresses. Beer and cider reasonable priced. Only real down side is Internet and cell coverage is not great at this location. The hotel as seen in the pictures is quite quaint with a collocated golf course. Nice pool and gym as well

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the M5 and set on a very lovely golf course. It's quiet and the grounds are gorgeous. The hotel is looking rather tired and is certainly not the quality I was expecting to see for a Hilton Hotel. It really could do with some investment. We booked a luxury double and were offered a family room on arrival. The room was of a reasonable size and overlooked the golf course. The bed was not particularly comfortable and fortunately this was just for on... Read more

Chose this hotel for an anniversary celebration stopover based upon the Hilton name and the countryside location. Good location, not far off the M5, nice grounds with golf course and the two themes, comprising the old building plus the modern building added to the intrigue as soon as we arrived. Our room was in the old section, slightly smaller than we would have liked but the quirky nature more than made up for this. The staff were really friendly and helpful, attractive decor, restaurant an... Read more

I thought that staying in a Hilton would have been luxury from start to finish but I was sadly mistaken. Our bed was dreadful it was just so uncomfortable. I was told that if I had booked directly with the hotel and not through an agent I would have got a better room. But the room was very nice it was the BED that was the problem!!!!!

Just brilliant. Staff were fantastic. Everything was as we hoped. Actually beyond our dreams. Wish we could do it all again. Cannot fault any single thing from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay and wedding.

I was staying here on business, with a round of golf in the morning. First of all, the building and surrounding areas are stunning, there's no two ways about it. The gym is good, the bar area and restaurant are great and the golf course is beautiful and tricky. Then we come to the rooms. How a hotel of this grandeur can expect it's guests to sleep on beds that are so uncomfortable is beyond me. Not only that, the pillows were old and badly needed replacing, the Wi-Fi was terrible (I couldn't e... Read more

I stayed here the night before I got married and it is such a nice hotel. It's very easy to navigate around the hotel and it'd very clean. I didn't play golf but it looked like a great course. The spa was amazing. The girls in the spa are so lovely and the manicure and full body massage was great. The room was huge so great for everyone to get ready in the morning!

Hubbie and I recently enjoyed a 3 day, 2 night break with 26 other golfers from our club. We all found that nothing was too much trouble in all departments of the hotel and golf club. I thought the food was particularly good, feeding 28 of us all at the same time with a varied menu. We requested , and got, a separate room for our after dinner prize giving, at no charge.

My husband and I met relations who were staying for one night, for dinner in the evening and again in the morning for breakfast. They were staying in the Summer Room in the older part of the hotel. We went to their room before dinner and when the door opened there was a strong smell of drains which wasn't a great start. We went to the bar and ordered drinks two of which were cocktails - after a bit of a wait we were told they couldn't do them because they did not have fresh mint! We then had... Read more

We checked in late and were thinking of eating at a pub in town but decided to dine at the hotel. What a terrific decision. The food was great and the hostess/server - Amanda - was exceptional. She was warm and friendly and gave us suggestions for what to see while we are in town. That is was made this experience special. Lots of places have good food - but Amanda made it a wonderful experience!

Hotel easy to find when the A38 is open, but if shut M5 then M50. Good car parking but you need to get in early as Hotel has a golf course and they occupy most of the car park. Rooms are very up to date with a good room service menu if required. Room rates are not cheap but the restaurant prices are very good bearing in mind the food is first rate.
