Good option for you business travel and meeting needs. Stayed here 2 nights, with meetings here over 2 days. Very good service in the business center, by Natasha. Good lunch for our group, and again, we were well taken care of.

Overall very good, only problem was car parking issues as car parking barrier wouldn't release ticket even when spaces were available. Receptionist said he would be out to help but no sign after 10 mins and 'call for assistance' button wasn't working.

Can't fault the hotel at all, the room was modern, clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. The only downside is they charge £6 a day for the car park. Fortunately there is some street parking nearby which is free. I'd recommend the hotel more if they removed their car park charge for guests.

Once you find the hotel you will drive straight into the rear private car park where there is a barrier (pay at hotel reception when leaving). I would say near the city centre but not near the train station (you would have to get a taxi). The bar area seemed ok as we walked into reception area and indeed we were checked in professionally and soon on the 7th floor. This is a budget hotel I understand this so people must have this frame of mind, however I have to say thats why I have scored it 3/... Read more

My partner and I have just been to visit a friend in Swindon. We stopped at the Jurys Inn for one night. From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff made us feel welcome and valued. It's in a great location with good parking. Very clean and modern with a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you so much to all the staff again.

Spent two nights here at the weekend as a base to visit stone circles. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Parked at the nearby multistory car-park and got a discount on the ticket from the hotel.

Jury's Inn is centrally located and less than 10 mins walk from the station. It is a well maintained and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. Thanks to them all for making my stay a pleasant one. Special thanks to Astaire on reception. He was most helpful and cheerful at all time. Breakfast is part of the package and good enough for starting the day off. I will be staying again next year. Swindon is not blessed with many good hotels so I can recommend this one for any traveller ... Read more

Just a two night stay but impressed with the hospitality, friendliness of the front desk staff and room size. For a 4 star the room had all the required amenities. Bar and restaurant were up to expected standards. Breakfast was excellent, if a little busy at peak periods.

Myself and my sister stayed here fore two nights on a National Holidays coach tour. Usually we end up in a tatty Brittania hotel so we didn't have high hopes for this one. All I can say is were pleasantly suprised. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Our room was as it should be with no problems whatsoever. In the room we had a single bed and a queen size bed and they were very comfortable. The shower was great. Sis had a bath and she was also pleased. Breakfast and dinner was fine, not fa... Read more

If arriving by bus or train, this hotel is within easy walking distance. The lobby is modern and the booking in process was handled very well by Astaire as we had two separate bookings. The bar and restaurant are very pleasant with a Costa franchise available. The rooms were clean and functional but as other reviewers have mentioned, could do with some drawers. All of the staff were very efficient and friendly. The only downside to our trip was having a spurious charge of £322.00 taken from our... Read more

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was having never stayed in a jurys inn. Our room was clean and reasonably sized, bathroom was clean although could be modernised. Car parking was a reasonable price in the multi story opposite. We had dinner in the restaurant which was great thanks to a wonderful member off staff named Anna. She reccomended some lovely food and ensured we had a good evening. Food was really nice and well priced. We had pre booked dinner which also saved us some money. ... Read more

I was recently in Swindon for a few days work related. All the staff and management really went above and beyond to make my stay as welcome as possible. They were really friendly and the service was exceptional. I had planned on eating out but I tried their food on the first evening and loved it, ended up dining in the hotel for my whole trip. The breakfast is also great. Excellent job guys, will be seeing you again when I'm down.

Just stayed for one night as travelling through but the hotel was excellent. The room was typical city type, but of a good size and very cumfy and very clean, as in VERY CLEAN, all you could want really. The evening meal was good and the breakfast superb, with a buffet that was everything you could want, cooked just right and very tasty. The staff were all friendly and helpful, We would certainly stay there again.

This was a very clean and tidy hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner was very good. Traffic noise was a little loud at times but that is to be expected in such a location. Generally I would highly recommend this hotel.

I agree with the comments of Valerie M. I too stayed for three nights whilst on a coach trip. The evening meals provided were very limited and poor. I was served cold soup at the table. The main meal was buffet style and, again, was cold which I had to ask to be microwaved. There was not enough staff in the dining room to serve guests quickly and efficiently. Waiting for the starters and dessert took an absolute age. This seriously wants addressing.

Stayed here Friday and Saturday 12/13 on a national holiday trip. Hotel is very clean and tidy as are the rooms. You get an hairdryer, iron and ironing board in your room which I thought was great. There is the usual things. Tea making facilities, tv, shampoo/conditioner etc Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Cereal, cold meats/cheese, toast, preserves, fruit and off course a full English ( with black pudding). Dinner there was only 3 choices which was a bit of a let down. But when o... Read more

Visited jury's for 1 nt. Booked a superior room at £115 per night. Standard rooms are around £65. There was really nothing to the superior room. We looked at two of our friends standard room and there's no difference. After calling reception to check that we were actually in a superior room, he said yes as we were on the top floor, and we have 10% off food bill?? That's not 'a room!' He also said we'd get a paper in the morning. We didn't. At reception in the morning we told the man behind the... Read more

Reception staff are very nice and friendly, ensuring your stay is off to a great start. Special mention to Nikoleta, the 'dark haired' Grecian, always makes you feel better after a hard day in the office. She is an asset to the hotel and wish her the very best in her new role that she will be taking up. She has not paid me to say that btw...! Rooms are adequate and clean. Food is ok, could be better with a little more variety especially if you are staying for a few days. Some staff were really good at customer service, others could do with some updated training. In the meeting room area there are lots of heavily stained chairs.... on a positive note there are cans of pop and fresh cookies for break times..... I would say there coffee offer needs improving, you end up having to go to the costa franchise to purchase a decent coffee

Great service and friendly staff. Good food, lovely breakfast. Clean room, comfy bed . Couldn't have asked for more! After I had eaten my evening meal, I asked the waitress if I could order dessert as room service. She informed me that there is a charge for room service, so instead she brought me my dessert on a tray with a lid, which I then took up to my room and thoroughly enjoyed. Recently stayed for one night at this hotel, please do not be put off by negative reviews. Room was spotlessly clean, had independent temperature control, tea coffee etc. Staff were all really polite and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good, hot items were being continually topped up so lovely and fresh and hot. Loved the healthy table with seeds etc. Will definitely stop here again when in the area and highly recommend
