This large modern hotel was for us superior to others as it has an outside drinks terrace overlooking a small marina. We loved sitting there in the sun sipping our pre- dinner drinks. The hotel had plenty of parking space and the Reception organised our car hire. In fact we relied totally on the Receptionists here who booked everything for us. Always so polite and helpful. The rooms were good but we needed more clothes' hanging space and this was provided for us. The hotel was within easy... Read more

We've never been to Jersey before and were so pleased to have booked the Radisson Blu for our 4 nights stay, the location was perfect, close to the town, harbour and bus stops (a easy way to get round Jersey) We had booked a business class sea view room, which was upgraded to a suite upon our arrival, with amazing views of the harbour, Elizabeth Castle and the beach, the room was perfect, clean, quiet and spacious, excellent place to relax. The staff here just could not do enough for their clients as they were all polite, welcoming and helpful in every way. Breakfast buffet was colossal with everything anyone could possibly need for breakfast. Evening meals were really good and we had a great choice range once again, with the food being of a very good standard. Room was a sea view across the bay, which was cared for by the house staff in an exemplary way. Many thanks to all the fabulous staff that did so much to make our stay as co... Read more

It's a bit of an eyesore when you first see it but what's inside is fantastic. Great staff, decent food and the beds are the best beds in the world. I want to buy one of the beds. Spend the few quid more on a sea view room, well worth drawing the curtains to! If the weather is good sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine is a great way to relax after a busy day. Just don't turn around and look at the hotel exterior! Recommended.

Stayed in Radisson Blu Waterfront, St Helier, Jersey for a week-checking out tomorrow. The Radisson have the best location in St Helier! It is situated right on the waterfront, with a continuous beautiful sandy beach stretching right around the bay to St Aubin's-a 3.5 mile walk along a great promenade. It is also just a short walk to the main town centre & main bus centre. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a business class room on the 4th floor (441) with a superb view overlooking the marina a... We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were friendly but efficient. We had a lovely meal on the first night, the food was excellent and the waiting staff were very attentive, it was also good value. The sea views from our room would be hard to beat. They even laid on good weather for us!!

I had a long weekend break here with a girlfriend and firm the moment I booked I just knew this was going to be awesome. We were upgraded immediately without asking in to an Executive room each. The beds are huge with pillows you just sink in to for an awesome night's sleep, with oh so wonderful linen. This brand is fast becoming my all time favourite for luxury and outstanding customer service standards. The spa area is compact - I don't want to criticize hence the discreet terminology! A... We stayed at the Rad Blu Jersey for a week-end visit to Jersey. It was very well presented and met our requirements exactly. Very well-located and comfortable rooms. We had a room with a sea view. Staff helpful and all in all, what you expect from the brand. One negative: the French waiting staff at the breakfast bar have a serious attitude problem.

My parents have stayed here many times and this year they wanted to their grandchildren , my husband and I . My parents weren't kidding when they said it was the best view of Jersey - looking straight out into the sea from our room and right over Elizabeth Castle . The staff were so helpful , nothing was too much trouble - they worked so hard - the breakfast was busy at times but the staff coped so well . We stayed at The Radisson Blu Waterfront for a long weekend in May 2016. The hotel is in a great location giving quick and easy access to the main areas of St Helier for shopping, restaurants and tours. Tours to the underground hospital and Gerald Durrels zoo started from about 5mins away though they also did hotel pick ups if you didn't want to walk. I booked here on a business trip purely on the basis of location and proximity to local amenities. In terms of location I doubt that this can be bettered. When they call it waterfront that is exactly what they mean. Views of Elizabeth castle. Adjacent to a lovely harbour full of private vessels. Modern hotel with welcoming lobby and bar area Well appointed room. Huge comfortable bed No issues whatsoever I will be visiting again in a couple of weeks

Whilst on holiday in Jersey we met up with family and went to the Radisson Blu for a meal. The service was good and the staff pleasant and one offered to take a photograph of our family gathering. The meal was good although not as good as we were expecting from such a prestigious hotel. If you like modern buildings and decor then this is the place for you.

It was our last few hours in Jersey and we needed lunch. The town was very busy and we suddenly remembered the Radisson Blu. We will definitely visit on our next trip.

This is a good hotel, you get what you are expecting which is a modern, clean and well maintained hotel. It is pricey, I've stayed in premier inn which has just as good bedrooms for a lot less price but hey it's jersey so everything is more expensive! I would recommend it but try to get a good deal as its not worth the money that it is being charged.

The hotel really was just a premier Inn with a better breakfast. The room rates were extortionate at over £275 pounds upwards for a business room. Very good good staff, really friendly and approachable, and high quality rooms and services as far as I could tell. After around 45 minutes waiting, it transpired that Central Reservations had us booked from the 16th to 23rd July. The hotel management had to find us another hotel for one night. We were taken to L'Horizon hotel which was, in our opinion a better hotel. When we arrived back at the Radisson our room was upgraded, we were given a bottle of prosecco and chocolates and a complimentary meal... Read more

My wife and I had a short break in Jersey and stayed at the Raddison Blu. We would recommend a room overlooking the Marina. Our room was obviously well use but was spacious, clean and had all facilities. We were impressed with the service we received. We had to report a fault with the wash hand basin in the room. We reported the fault one evening and it was fixed early next morning. There was a good choice at the self service breakfast buffet and whilst service was slow when we had an evening me... Read more

My wife and I were traveling in Jersey when she became ill. We were unable to catch a return ferry to France, so we found the Radisson Blu hotel to hole up in while we waited for the evening ferry. The staff were accommodating in allowing us to check in at 9 a.m. The room service meal was delivered promptly, and my wife enjoyed her food. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. When she was feeling better, we were able to enjoy dinner and drinks. The bar has a good beer/spirits selection... Read more

We were on honeymoon in St Helier 41 years ago and have taken such a long time to go back that we chose this hotel after looking at several. We were not dissappointed! We went with friends and neither couple had any complaints. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The service in reception, bar and restaurant was excellent and although we only ate in the hotel one night (we were only there 5 nights) the food was delicious. Unfortunately the weather was not and so we hired a car. If you ar... Read more

A large group of us went to the bar at the Radison waterfront in jersey for a friends birthday. We ordered expensive cocktails plus drinks for the lads. 20 minutes passed no drinks, we query the surly waiter and he came back and said they were on their way. Another 10 minutes...no drinks so we walked out appalled that the staff were rude and plentiful yet didn't give a damn. We went to the Tiffin opposite. Round of 12 drinks including cocktails in less than 5 mins. Quality customer service but n... Read more

Modern hotel in a ideal position, very much enjoyed our stay, rooms were modern and cleaned daily. Our only criticism is that the Drinks prices in the next are very over priced for what you get compared to any local bar or other hotel. Happily come back

The standard of this hotel is very high....the rooms immaculate and the bar / dining room faultless. It`s main selling point is the location right across the road from St. Helier and on the marina. I do have a couple of small grumbles though. The staff in general are very efficient and friendly once you get to know them. This doesn`t go for the restaurant staff though. One in particular ( a female maitre `d ) was very off hand and uppity and we couldn`t take to her at all. A request to change ou... Read more

I stayed with my wife and daughter. Excellent hotel and service. The music and drinks on the Waterfront Terrace were very good on a sunny Friday evening was memorable. The rooms were nice and bright but quiet at night. Location was good near the ferry port and close to St. Helier's shops. Good, free on-site car parking was a plus.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2016. Second stay at this Hotel and we rebooked because of the location on the Marina with a great Terrace Bar. No need to book a 'sea view' room really as the windows are high up on the wall and there are no balconies! Rooms large, with plenty of space. Free tea, coffee, cocoa but as usual never enough milk! Fridge is free though and a grocery shop nearby can provide essentials. Breakfast is excellent. Plenty of choice and separate 'specials' menu if you prefer. We d... Read more

At first glance the hotel is like a standard Radisson blu. Location is good but it can be windy and rooms are modern and a good size. However, the service in the bar and restaurant is not good. I believe in second chances but everyday something went wrong! It's not that the young staff are lazy, I think it's a case of poor training, a lack of coordination and absolutely no ability to really connect with the customer. On day one, we were left waiting outside on the terrace for a waiter to take a... Read more

It's less than a ten min, pleasant walk into the centre of St Helier, and the location of the hotel itself is splendid. We paid a little extra for a harbour view and it was well worth it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were pleasant, efficient and attentive. The gym, while compact in size, had an amazing array of equipment: I was very impressed. Last year I commented here that the WiFi was slow and painful, and the hotel replied to say that they'd look in to it. Well its no better, I'm still struggling with slow internet. I don't know how they set this up, but it feels like they underestimated the amount of usage that a hotel of this size would need, especially with functions going on. Also, don't come here if you don't like soft beds. I feel like I'm sleeping on a giant marshmallow that has sagged on the middle. Not good for your back... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the end of July. It was expensive but the location, size of room and time of year justified this I suppose. We found the reception staff really helpful when we needed our boarding passes printed and some screws undone from the packaging of a toy (!). Stayed on two occasions for 3 and 4 days, the location and sea view cannot be faulted. However, evening restaurant dining needs to be drastically improved in terms of delivering the menu as described. The location was spot on and the room was a good size with an amazing view. The majority of the staff seemed New and even though they tried hard to please they did not quite get things right. The leisure complex was disappointing for us as the water in the pool was cold, the steam room wasn't working and there were only 3 sunbeds on the poolside. The food was good but took quite some time to arrive , the overall experience was ok but we probably wouldn't come back here again.

For the location alone I would always stay at the Radisson. You're in Jersey so why would you stay in a hotel overlooking a busy road or looking into another building when you can stay at the Radisson right on the marina overlooking Elizabeth Castle, yacht pens and the sunsets over St Aubin's bay? It's an easy 5-8 minute walk into the centre of town but it feels much further away (which is a good thing!), and the same from the ferry terminal.
