This large modern hotel was for us superior to others as it has an outside drinks terrace overlooking a small marina. We loved sitting there in the sun sipping our pre- dinner drinks. The hotel had plenty of parking space and the Reception organised our car hire. In fact we relied totally on the Receptionists here who booked everything for us. Always so polite and helpful. The rooms were good but we needed more clothes' hanging space and this was provided for us. The hotel was within easy... Read more

We've never been to Jersey before and were so pleased to have booked the Radisson Blu for our 4 nights stay, the location was perfect, close to the town, harbour and bus stops (a easy way to get round Jersey) We had booked a business class sea view room, which was upgraded to a suite upon our arrival, with amazing views of the harbour, Elizabeth Castle and the beach, the room was perfect, clean, quiet and spacious, excellent place to relax. The staff here just could not do enough for their clients as they were all polite, welcoming and helpful in every way. Breakfast buffet was colossal with everything anyone could possibly need for breakfast. Evening meals were really good and we had a great choice range once again, with the food being of a very good standard. Room was a sea view across the bay, which was cared for by the house staff in an exemplary way. Many thanks to all the fabulous staff that did so much to make our stay as co... Read more

It's a bit of an eyesore when you first see it but what's inside is fantastic. Great staff, decent food and the beds are the best beds in the world. I want to buy one of the beds. Spend the few quid more on a sea view room, well worth drawing the curtains to! If the weather is good sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine is a great way to relax after a busy day. Just don't turn around and look at the hotel exterior! Recommended.

Stayed in Radisson Blu Waterfront, St Helier, Jersey for a week-checking out tomorrow. The Radisson have the best location in St Helier! It is situated right on the waterfront, with a continuous beautiful sandy beach stretching right around the bay to St Aubin's-a 3.5 mile walk along a great promenade. It is also just a short walk to the main town centre & main bus centre. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a business class room on the 4th floor (441) with a superb view overlooking the marina a... We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were friendly but efficient. We had a lovely meal on the first night, the food was excellent and the waiting staff were very attentive, it was also good value. The sea views from our room would be hard to beat. They even laid on good weather for us!!

I had a long weekend break here with a girlfriend and firm the moment I booked I just knew this was going to be awesome. We were upgraded immediately without asking in to an Executive room each. The beds are huge with pillows you just sink in to for an awesome night's sleep, with oh so wonderful linen. This brand is fast becoming my all time favourite for luxury and outstanding customer service standards. The spa area is compact - I don't want to criticize hence the discreet terminology! A... We stayed at the Rad Blu Jersey for a week-end visit to Jersey. It was very well presented and met our requirements exactly. Very well-located and comfortable rooms. We had a room with a sea view. Staff helpful and all in all, what you expect from the brand. One negative: the French waiting staff at the breakfast bar have a serious attitude problem.

My parents have stayed here many times and this year they wanted to their grandchildren , my husband and I . My parents weren't kidding when they said it was the best view of Jersey - looking straight out into the sea from our room and right over Elizabeth Castle . The staff were so helpful , nothing was too much trouble - they worked so hard - the breakfast was busy at times but the staff coped so well . We stayed at The Radisson Blu Waterfront for a long weekend in May 2016. The hotel is in a great location giving quick and easy access to the main areas of St Helier for shopping, restaurants and tours. Tours to the underground hospital and Gerald Durrels zoo started from about 5mins away though they also did hotel pick ups if you didn't want to walk. I booked here on a business trip purely on the basis of location and proximity to local amenities. In terms of location I doubt that this can be bettered. When they call it waterfront that is exactly what they mean. Views of Elizabeth castle. Adjacent to a lovely harbour full of private vessels. Modern hotel with welcoming lobby and bar area Well appointed room. Huge comfortable bed No issues whatsoever I will be visiting again in a couple of weeks

Whilst on holiday in Jersey we met up with family and went to the Radisson Blu for a meal. The service was good and the staff pleasant and one offered to take a photograph of our family gathering. The meal was good although not as good as we were expecting from such a prestigious hotel. If you like modern buildings and decor then this is the place for you.

It was our last few hours in Jersey and we needed lunch. The town was very busy and we suddenly remembered the Radisson Blu. The food we had was good, the surroundings were comfortable and relaxing, and the view was terrific. We were able to enjoy our last few hours on the Island in a calm and relaxed manner. We will definitely visit on our next trip.

This is a good hotel, you get what you are expecting which is a modern, clean and well maintained hotel. It is pricey, I've stayed in premier inn which has just as good bedrooms for a lot less price but hey it's jersey so everything is more expensive! I would recommend it but try to get a good deal as its not worth the money that it is being charged.

The hotel really was just a premier Inn with a better breakfast. The room rates were extortionate at over £275 pounds upwards for a business room. Very good good staff, really friendly and approachable, and high quality rooms and services as far as I could tell. After around 45 minutes waiting, it transpired that Central Reservations had us booked from the 16th to 23rd July. The hotel management had to find us another hotel for one night. We were taken to L'Horizon hotel which was, in our opinion a better hotel. My wife and I had a short break in Jersey and stayed at the Raddison Blu. We would recommend a room overlooking the Marina. Our room was obviously well use but was spacious, clean and had all facilities. We were impressed with the service we received. We had to report a fault with the wash hand basin in the room. We reported the fault one evening and it was fixed early next morning. There was a good choice at the self service breakfast buffet and whilst service was slow when we had an evening me... Read more

The hotel has beautiful views on the harbour side, and the fittings and furnishings are all one might expect from this category of hotel. A few minor niggles with the room - desk light not working. The pool is not massive but more significantly, no effort has been made to decorate the pool room in any way; it would look more at home in a school. We were able to check in at 2.15 but were told that rooms wouldn't be available until 3pm. Luckily the weather was fine and we were happy to sit on the terrace and were offered a complimentary drink while we waited. This wasn't enough for some guests who were unhappy ... Read more

The Radisson is well situated facing the St. Helier Marina, with sea views. It is a quiet location and only short walk to town and shops. The restaurant and bar are well designed and welcoming. Living locally, I tend to visit often out of convenience. However, this has come to an end as I have tired of the bar and restaurant staff shoddy service. As many other reviews mention it can take ages to get served, cold coffees etc. Only recently arriving at the restaurant and mentioning we had a bo... Read more

This hotel, although out of the way on the harbour is one of the better ones for size and facilities. The gym and pool are small and in hindsight could have done with a larger space. Firstly this a first rate hotel. I do quite a bit of business travel and this is all you need. This was not for business travel it was a short trip with the family. It did feel at times like we were in the way as we were struggling through with our pram and 1 year old in tow. The staff were first class and always made a bee line for my little lad. they tempted him with all sorts of treats. the food was mostly first class; I could tell though that there was a different class of chef on our... Hotel in ideal location close to centre of St Helier and on the doorstep of the marina. Beds are large and comfortable, breakfast was nice. Lovely Hotel, fabulous public areas and good food. Bedroom was comfortable enough. Although the staff were wonderful it was really noticeable that most of them seemed to be on duty pretty much all of the time. There have been negative comments in these reviews about staff attitude and i would put this down to the fact that they are just plain tired out.
