A group of us stayed here for the Queens 90th Celebration...we were performing the second world war scene at Windsor Castle for the event and stayed 8 days. The hotel was very clean...lovely staff ..rooms were exceptionally clean...they were very accommodating throughout our stay!!

I stayed here with 51 other friends to play a part in Her Majesty the Queens 90th Birthday celebration concerts at Windsor Castle. We were here for 9 days and I cannot express enough words for the kindness of all the staff. The rooms were inexplicable clean and the beds (oh the beds) were very comfortable and even had a choice of hard or soft pillows. The shower was enormous and nice hot water. From the front line staff to the restaurant manager and staff to the cleaners were polite at all times... Read more

Stayed a night prior to a morning flight from T5. The price we paid for a nights stay with parking was very good value for money, probably because we booked almost a year in advance. We slept well the shuttle bus to the airport was very efficient. However the wall in the room needed a lick of paint (see attached photo) and the shower some grouting across the bottom rim. The card machine in the restaurant also didn't work, surely a hotel of this size should have more than one machine? I wou... Read more

Overall a good stay except that couldn't make tea in the room as kettle wouldn't work. Minor but very annoying. The staff at the desk were really helpful. The bed was comfortable, curtains black out which made for a good sleep. They also had a great shower.

As an IHG Spire member it's annoying when one the their hotels fails to live up to its membership promises, this was yet another franchise that did just that. When you make bookings off the back of your membership then you expected to be treated appropriately and be rewarded for your loyalty. Sadly for this stay is was another case of broken promises by booking staff who dealt with the booking and make explicit promises that failed to be followed through. Compounded by a computer says no moment ... Read more

This may be a somewhat dubious distinction, but this is the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. The rooms are surprisingly clean, modern, and even somewhat luxurious. Their bathrooms are especially tasteful. The location is a bit a mixed bag. Yes, it is somewhat close to the airport, but not within walking distance at all. The Hoppa Bus costs 5 pounds per adult each way, and the Holiday Inn is the first stop after the airport. A cab costs 13 pounds, so I would recommend it if you are tr... Read more

This hotel is situated near to heathrow airport. The location is a bit far as there is hardly any access to public transport. Moving to the city was difficult. The hotel is pretty neat and clean and the staff is also pretty courteous. The food was good and the rooms were also pretty good.

This hotel is quite ok. It??s rather budget and touristic, not that close to LHR. Rooms are small and basic, but ok and generally clean & fresh. The really poor element is breakfast with nearly no selection (awful sausages).

We were due to go off on holiday from Heathrow and our flight left early. Rather than get up before the crack of dawn and drive we decided to go up the day before and go to an hotel with inclusive car parking for the period we were away. This was arranged fairly efficiently by Holiday Extras. On arrival mid-afternoon the hotel was not busy. At the reception they attempted to charge us extra (£130 extra!) for parking the car while we were away. I managed to persuade them that it clearly stated ... Read more

My family stayed here during our trip to LEGOLAND, checking in and checking out was very easy straight forward. The hotel was very easy to get to and not to far off the motorway, the petrol station over the road was handy even tho its expensive. we had a meal in the restaurant, the food was very nice not a lot of choice on the menu, breakfast was basic not a lot of choice for a cooked breakfast only sausages, beans and scrambled eggs. The childrens play area is small with a games console (n... Read more

The hotel is basically a Holiday Inn Express with all the limitations of a low cost venue. My principal problem was with the extremely poor quality of the breakfast, no options, poor quality of product and little thought to the customer. The identical breakfast for two days was sausages and very dry scrambled eggs. There were the basics of toast and coffee but no real thought about options. My real problem is with the Italian restaurant, which I checked was part of the hotel and the really poor ... Read more

All good, except they could use more information on their website about options and costs for reaching Heathrow Airport, especially the Hotel Hoppa. Convenient location in Langley village with some shops and restaurants close by.

I had the chance to stay in 2 of the Holiday Inn hotels in the UK & both of my experience were satisfying. On 21 of July 2016 I spent the night at Holiday Inn Express London-Hearhrow T5 : as usual the room is carefully designed, bed mattress is a temptation for a long comfortable sleep . although hotel located near the airport No noise occurred. Free WiFi available, with TV (English channels) cattle with complementary drinks , Cousy bathroom. Breakfast was included ( didn't try due to early fl... Read more

We always use this hotel for Heathrow. Excellent value. The rooms are quite basic, but the beds are comfortable, the shower is good and the air conditioning works! I like a cool room at night, and that is what I can get! The premier broadband is worth the extra fiver. Plenty of parking available too. Breakfast plentiful with good choices for a budget hotel. And, most importantly, the staff are really helpful.

Rooms were OK, clean, tidy, good decoration etc. The bed was not very comfortable and slightly saggy in the middle. This was surprising as the rest of the room looked fairly new. Sofa bed had a very thin mattress so was very uncomfortable for the children, have slept in much better at other hotels. Premier Inn Hypnos for example. Air con and shower was good but lighting was a little dim near the mirrors which made it tricky for my wife to apply her makeup. There was a fridge which is a good i... Read more

Arrived late after engine failure in Yekaterinburg. Taxi from Heathrow at 2330 not happy to do trip except on fixed £25 fee. Dropped me at wrong hotel. Holiday inn itself could not have been more helpful, eventually made it. Hotel very busy as expected, breakfast as usual for the brand. Staff well managed and coped with very busy breakfast. Would stay again.

Had a one night stay here prior to an early flight from T5 the following day. Very busy hotel with lots of families with children. Noise level in the lounge and main dining area was high so we opted to have our evening meal in the much quieter Italian restaurant also on site. Reasonable choices and reasonable prices. I had fears that our room would be noisy but it had triple glazing and even for a light sleeper like me it was good. Breakfast was included but was a pretty spartan offering. We... Read more

We booked this hotel with our Legoland booking, i read the description on their website which looked brilliant however the description is very misleading. I had read that the hotel offered room service which was not available. The menus looked great especially for children and adults however the menu was rubbish, hardly anything on the menu. We stated we didn't want our rooms cleaning however they still decided to clean our room and then took our children's bedding which was a pain when you real... Read more

Stayed here with family for the weekend, check in was rather slow but there was only 2 members of staff. The usual information was given re what time breakfast was, all in all a smooth check in ??? the rooms were clean and tidy and looked like they had recently been renovated, we have stayed here on a couple of occasions and would without hesitation stay again. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of selection, cereals, pastries and a selection of hot food, the restaurant was very busy at time... Read more

The location of the hotel is great for Windsor. Just a few minutes drive up the road on a very easy to access route straight off the motorway. Check in was slow and none of the staff appeared to be English and the girl who checked us in couldn't understand what I was trying to ask her when I was enquiring about whether I needed to open a tab or whether I could just pay for food and drinks on my card as I went along. I have no problem with foreigners working in British hotels but at least hire s... Read more

This establishment was booked by our travel agent and having stayed at another Holiday Inn nearby (which was fine) we expected a pleasant stay. What a shocker this place was, in my opinion I most certainly recommend not bothering to eat here if you have to stay here. We ordered fish and chips for dinner, GBP12.50 each for what appeared to be cast-offs from the local supermarket freezer. Without doubt, this was the worst meal I have experienced in 30 years of travelling in Australia and the UK. B... Read more

Stayed for 2 nights. Reception was OK, but pushed to automatically add breakfast to my bill for no particular reason. I kept it separate so I had a choice. Room on the ground floor had a mildew smell from the airco I think. They said they would fix it, and did spray something, but it was back pretty quick. Floor had some stains which always bothers me. Breakfast was OK (I dont demand much) and the morning staff was pleasant. No much of a lobby for hanging out in. As someone else said, the Wi... Read more

Stayed overnight between flights at Heathrow. Took the H55 bus from outside airport for £18 return which was v simple and MUCH cheaper than the £50 for one way we were quoted by taxi driver. Buses start just after 4am and stopped right outside. Hotel itself lovely large room checkin and out quick. Didn't eat here based on reviews and surrounding area maybe not the best to do so unless you are happy to travel a little bit. Would use again but only due to handy buses as other hotels closer.

Once I got over the fact that this hotel had no plush linens or room service, I started to appreciate just how well they did the basics: room was clean, bathroom was modern and hygienic, service was prompt and we had money left in our pocket to enjoy the first part of our amazing English holiday! The location was close enough to the airport (essential after the long flight from Australia) and allowed us to visit Windsor Castle (not to be missed!) and Legoland before heading into London Town for ... My husband and I along with our friends stayed here for two nights in August whilst visiting Legoland Windsor. We had a 5 and 6 year old in our party. It's a lot..lot.. cheaper than staying in the Legoland hotels if you are not bothered about having that experience and it's only a short drive away. Hotel was very busy but lovely and clean. Stayed as part of a sleep and drive package. The hotel itself is good the food was lovely we chose steak which was great. The rooms are nice and clean but the beds are extremely hard so little or no sleep before flying at 8am. Ideal for the airport but shame couldn't sleep.
