Have just returned from staying at southview, beautiful place, entertainment crew were amazing! The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds were well looked after and the pool was very clean. Few complaints over the food and our accommodation which was a silver plus caravan. The fridge/freezer compartment handle was broken, stains on the carpet, the corner protectors on the bottom of the kitchen fittings were broken with nails hanging out of them, my friend actually caught h... The grounds are immaculate and the rooms and facilities are excellent! Nothing was too much trouble, even down to me stressing over which confetti to have on my tables! Alan and Anita are wonderful. They went out of their way to look after us and all of our guests. They kept me calm as I was having last minute nerves! All the guests commented on how much they enj... Read more

Ate here on saturday night as we were staying on the caravan park and the restaurant here looked much nicer than what was available on the caravan site! We were served quickly and politely. I had fish and chips which was lovely and very well presented and then lemon meringue for dessert. We all enjoyed our meals and the portion sizes were very generous. Was also very good value as four of us had main and dessert and a soft drink each and our bill was about £60. Only reason I didn't give 5* is t... Read more

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. Always very friendly and lovely clean rooms. Rooms are spacious and very good for the price which includes passes for all the entertainment at the club house on site which my 7 year old soon loves. Plenty of free parking and only 5 min drive into Skegness itself. One thing pillows could do with being a bit firmer.

We stayed two nights, one in a standard double and then paid extra to upgrade to the Penthouse Suite. Both rooms represented good value for money, were clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. Our room on the Saturday was noisy as over a wedding but we were warned about this when we checked in and it was the last room in the hotel. Our daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool which was a big bonus when paying this sort of price for a room and we enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the restaurant... Read more

However the quilt on our bed had a considerable bloody stain on! When we called reception that night there was no answer meaning we had to notify them in the morning when it was too late to rectify the issue. We visit this hotel on many occasions , our last visit was for four nights 14/10/16 to 18/10/16 . All the staff are amazing, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, an excellent team that truly must be a credit to the management and must be commended for all their hard work and friendly service they provide on some of the most challenging days. What can we also say about Lesley who over many years and vists has become a very dear friend and is always there to help and provide a symp... Read more

We spent 2 nights here and paid around £200 for it which was relatively pricey compared to some other places we found but I was swayed by the pool (although unfortunately we couldn't visit in the end but it's a nice touch for people with kids). Some pool sessions do have an extra charge however. Also you need to check the time table as some sessions are only for owners or adults. Now, the premises look nice, the reception area is also fine with lots of seating. The room we had was a deluxe a... Read more

Never stayed with Park so weren't sure what to expect. We couldn't of been more pleased, from check in to check out the staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was hot and plentiful, the pool was extremely busy but to be expected at half term. Thanks for a great stay would happily return

We came to a wedding here earlier this month Oct 16 and we wasn't to sure what to expect. Well where do I start we where guests at a wedding and from the minute we walked in the door the place took my breath away clean, tidy, polite staff, great food we was amazed I've worked in hotels and if it was just a little closer to home I would apply for a job there myself to be part of a great team. So if your looking for a function pls think of Southview you won't be disappointed

Such a shame for some of the staff are quite pleasant but this hotel is extremely poor. It clearly lacks clients with only 3 rooms let on my arrival. Turning up at 8.20pm after a 250 mile journey to be told the restaurant was closed and chef had been sent home was the first error. OK these things happen , strike one. Heavy day with clients and back to hotel. Now discover room wasn't made up! Strike two! In the room I try to order room service. Dial zero. No answer. Decide to call the mainline ... Read more

This is for the touring site at south view, spacious pitch, we had a full service pitch, all good, food and service at the boathouse were great, swimming pool brill, price very reasonable, problems,,,, well first I must say that park resorts/dean had made an initial effort to make everything great, it's just let down by lack of care and maintenance, push button shower are ok, but 5 seconds, I had trouble getting wet, lots of broken tiles, exposed electrics for a non existent hairdryer, lady's sm... My wife and I stayed at the hotel on 4 -6 November 2016 for a reunion. The hotel lies adjacent to the A158 about 3 miles west of Skegness and is well signposted. There is an impressive entrance and very attractive frontage to the building. There is an ample car parking area. The hotel was very clean in all of the areas we used. Our bedroom was a twin with very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, substantial and well cooked.

My husband and I stayed here on a visit to Skegness. When we arrives we were very impressed. It had a lovely entrance with waterfalls and a bridge. The hotel looked very posh from outside. It was very spacious and modern inside. Staff were very welcoming and housekeepers greeted us on checking out. Rooms were spacious and had lots of extras. Lovely view from our window over the pond and ducks. Will definately be returning. Good value for money.

We stayed in a caravan on Southview park and having eaten in The Orangery before were looking forward to trying it again. I had the Lamb Shank which was served quicker than they serve in Mcdonalds which left me feeling a little disappointed as it must have been microwaved. There was nothing wrong with the food just wasn't the Quality we were expecting or we received on our previous visit. Staff were good and bar staff/Receptionist were very friendly.

Booked into this hotel for a relaxing weekend away with my husband, on arrival went to check in and was asked if we would like to book a reservation for the restaurant for that night, stated we would give it a miss tonight as we had just had a 7 hour drive and wanted to get our heads down. We asked if we could book a table for the next evening and were told that the restaurant would be closed because they had a function on. It would have been nice to have been informed of this when booking the h... Read more
