We only wanted a small and intimate wedding and we spoke with Dace about that and to say she done and amazing job is an understatement. We stayed in a standard room with a shower ensuite and received a complimentary bottle of water. Comfortable bed (very high!). Lovely staff in the reception and restaurant area. Stayed here over the May bank holiday and have to say what a great hotel, the rooms are clean tidy and look like new, the food for breakfast was very good with a great choice of food available and the evening meal was also of high standards, we stayed in two rooms which had the in-between doors and one room had a bath and another room had a shower so we were able to choose what we fancied at the time, the only thing I would say is that the bath could do with a handle to get in and out as the sho... I spent three nights at the end of May, and from the moment I arrived at reception till the morning of departure I was very impressed with the friendly professional attention I received from all the staff. Relaxing bar area. Good restaurant. Nice size rooms with everything needed. (at times a small fridge would be nice) Overall good value for money and worth choosing.

Rooms are very quiet with good sized comfortable beds. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant it is only a £5.00 taxi ride to the centre of MK or Stony Stratford

Our wedding was held here in September 2016. The wedding co-ordinator , Dace, couldn't have been more helpful and dealt with any queries or issues we had really quickly. Both Dace and Kemal (ops Manager) were on hand on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly, they were brilliant. The Venue was exactly what we were after, the room had a large mirror at one end and chandeliers, the food was amazing and all our guests commented so. The Hotel's DJ for the evening was really good and played a var... Read more

Visited here in August with my parents, we wanted a base to visit Bletchley Park and Woburn Abbey; a hotel that had a disabled friendly room for them & a nearby room for me. The problems for my parents started almost immediately. There were 6 steps to reach the corridor with the rooms, no lift. The tap in the bathroom was a sensor type, so someone had to stand in front of the tap if you wanted to fill the sink. There was no way of regulating the temperature of the water, so bottled water had t... Read more

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel. We booked a superior room. Our room was No.158 and we had a beautiful view over the golf course. The hotel room was quite small, but was quite adequate for our needs. The bathroom was very nice and modern. There was a walk in shower with both a raindrop and a spray head. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. All the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Reception was efficient and friendly. We had a problem with the ... Read more

Top class hotel - the food, venue and bedrooms all superb. The staff were extremely professional and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole day. Particular mention goes to Kemal (Ops manager) and Dace (event manager) - both of whom went above and beyond and also were so warm and friendly. So good to find a team of staff that are so good at their job but also friendly at the same time. The food was excellent and very efficiently served. 10 out of 10 chaps!

I stay only 1 night in this hotel, the room was very cold - air conditioning doesn't work very well. The bed was too much High and the breakfast was not included in the price. In general an experience not very good, my expectation was more high than the reality.

Stayed here for the fourth time recently. As always the staff are really friendly. The rooms are clean and in a good state of upkeep. The decor is pretty modern too. I'm a coeliac and after my first visit I don't even need to ask for gluten free options for breakfast! I'll definitely be staying here when I'm in MK again...

When we arrived the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel appeared to be modern and inviting. We had booked an upgraded room, we also booked a table for dinner in the restaurant. We were given our room number and this is where things started to go wrong. We arrived at the room the door was open and the room was either occupied or had not been made up. We met a manager in the corridor that he was not happy with this and that he would now have to make the room up. We trudged ba... Read more

An excellent couple of nights were enjoyed. The food was equally excellent in the eveinings and breakfast the former giving you a more limited choice of TDH but of very good value. The room we had lacked instructions to the heating controls (including underfloor heating to the bathroom) but we fathomed it out after speaking to reception. We booked a 'Privilege Double King' room - the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The room enjoyed a good view of the golf course from an oriel window. T... Read more

Just the one night at this hotel, only 2 minutes from my meeting the following morning. A friendly check-in and wi-fi connection and direction around the hotel explained. A nicely appointed room with golf course views. A good nights sleep, excellent shower in the bathroom. A tasty buffet breakfast in the morning. Although I didn't eat within the hotel that night I did find a toby carvery only 10 minutes away.

I have in recent months worked at the hotel facilitating training conferences. On both occasions I have been impressed by the staff and the catering. From the entertaining Ops manager to the great fish served from the kitchen. The ambience, organisation and professionalism of the hotel is apparent in every department. Will look forward to my next visit and I would recommend without hesitation :)

Great hotel. Very professional staff, their number one priority is the customer service. Clean and spacious rooms. The Location is in the outside MK, very accessible to my meetings so useful to me. Nice garden and terrasse, lovely when it's sunny. The food is delicious, and breakfasts definitely my favourites. There is also a gym on site, small but enough to do the job. Highly recommended.

Stopped here after visiting Bicester shopping village...check in was simple although was unsure why we had to pay a £30 deposit to pay with cash?? Rooms are nice although a little small - we had booked a superior room although wouldn't bother again. Rooms were extremely hot which for me was uncomfortable due to being asthmatic but windows did open which helped. Bed was really comfy and nice little selection of drinks and biscuits in the room. Bar service was great - the barman remembered ou... Read more

Plenty of choice at breakfast and my eggs were cooked to order- which I love! Had supper in the restaurant 2 nights - lamb - spot on and a great curry .

We recently had our Christmas Party at the Mercure Abbey Hill and were very pleased with the service we received. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. While we were arranging a few bits in the room, so many members of staff came to introduce themselves and ask if we needed anything ‚?? it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them. Half our guests were visually impaired, and many of them have commented on how helpful the staff were, showing them around the hotel, taking the... Read more
