Best hotel in MK hands down! Lovely staff, great food and great location. Won't stay anywhere else whilst in MK for business. Feels like home every time I'm back. Staff are the best thing about this place however everything else is brilliant to say the least. Thanks for making every stay better than the last!

The room was clean, comfortable and the meal/breakfast was 1st class. The staff were attentive, polite and the gym was well appointed with easy access. Parking was free which is a bonus today, overall good value for money.

Had the opportunity to visit the hotel not so long ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel. It is well furnished and very clean. As we entered the reception area warm welcome greats you from the reception staff. They are very attentive and can't wait to give you guidance. We were looking to have some coffee in the afternoon so went down to the bar area. It was very busy with people all having afternoon tea and drinks. Sat down and immediately a member of staff came over to t... Read more

The hotel was ok - room quite nice. Decor in the rest of the hotel a bit dated and very green. The one thing that really let it down was having to pay £30 security on my card. This would then be refunded if nothing was bought in the hotel. I waited over a week for the refund. I must add that the staff were lovely.

Stayed one night ,hotel 5 minutes away from centre of town by car ,Room was clean and spacious with very large king size bed. All mod cons, nice view into what looks like a rose garden in the better weather. Only issue was the billing ,did not like the pre authorisation request for an extra £30 to be put on my bill. When I went to pay the bill the following morning there was total confusion among the reception team as what was to be paid. I found I was eventually overcharged £10 which I a... Read more

As with many chain hotels, they just can't get it right when it come to the food. That includes both dinner & breakfast. The staff are nice on reception (but not much anywhere else) and the rooms are a reasonable quality.

I stayed here for one night to attend a company function at another hotel, so only experienced the bed and breakfast side of this hotel. The place is spottless, with good quality furnishings and a high standard of decor. the bedroom was lovely and quiet, and I slept well in a very comfortable bed. The breakfast, whilst not having a better choice than any other similar hotel, was lovely. All the individual components were well cooked and presented in an appealing way, all very tasty. Lovely staf... Read more
