Looking for a place to stay before visiting Woburn safari park with our daughter and grandson we stayed her on a Friday night. Good value all in one room and good room and facilities. As we had a 5 year old with us we ate in the restaurant early just before 7. The food and service was excellent and children eat free from a fixed menu. Price reasonable around £25 each 2 courses with a large glass wine. Included breakfast was OK service not as good as in the evening but buffet was fine but if w... Read more

We stayed here for 1 night before our flight from Luton and left the car for 15 days. As a place to park the car it is fine although it's not cheap when there are 4 of you and you need 2 double rooms. I do think the 2nd room should be available at a discounted price. The rooms are large and airy and clean and check in process was smooth. We ate in the hotel restaurant as there was nowhere else around and it was a bit of a shambles. We sat down in an empty restaurant and someone came and took th... Read more

I stayed here one night. After a flight delay I arrived after 2.AM. We had to waited to be checked in, when I got to my room my key would not work. The man on re epsilon was good enough to come with me in order to ensure I got entry. In the morning I was wakened before 7.AM by the cleaners talking this lasted at least 20minutes.So very little sleep. At breakfast I asked for glutton free toast and was told it would be brought to me. I later discovered it on the top of the general servic... Read more

This hotel was SO comfortable. Perfect for weary travelers, with extra-smooth sheets and a much-nicer-than-average (in UK) bathroom. Dining room also served truly excellent food. Requires a taxi ride to/from Luton Airport. We flew in to Luton, taxi'd to hotel, and in a.m. Uber'd to Heathrow.

Stayed one night but never again. Room too small for 3 adults and one 7yr old. One adult had to sleep on a sofa bed with the child( not suitable or comfortable) Thats the biggest room there is. Booked a family room got a double bed and a sofa bed. Not good enough really. Not going there again and wont recommend it either.

On arrival we phoned taxi company and controller was impatient and abrupt however taxi arrived promptly. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice and open hotel and fancy reception, that's if you manage to find a parking space if there is a party on. Room is spacious however the downside is you can here everything in the adjoining room especially bowl movements. Overall theorem is clean a few tatty areas in the room but overall very good. Breakfast was very good indeed and not greasy so certainly a good addition to the stay.

6 km from Luton airport - this does matter, when you have no other means to get there than take a cab. Luton Taxi does not exist anymore, so these 6 km will cost you 12 pounds with private cab service. To say that I am surprised by Hilton not having any shuttle service being so close (?) to the airport - is to say nothing. Rooms are ok, but for being that far from ANYTHING you expect better prices. Restaurant was a disaster... 9 pm, dinner time. 10 minutes to get waitress at the table. Then "we... Read more

Cannot fault anything, will def use if we fly from Luton again.

My friend and I were travelling from Luton airport to Amsterdam on a very early flight. We decided to stay over close to the hotel to prevent a dreadfully early start. Couldn't have asked for anything better - loads of parking spaces, safe car park (as we were leaving the car there for 4 days), massive beds that were really comfortable, huge tv so we could just chill. Simple but ideal. Very impressed considering the price!

Our room was great, the sofa bed was made up for our 9 year old son much to his delight. Very comfortable, clean and well kept room. Public areas were lovely. Stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn the night before I flew to Amsterdam. My best friend and I were surprised at the great size of the rooms. The bed's were lovely and big, comfy and clean. The bathroom was immaculate and the whole place generally was clean, modern and had great staff. Loved this hotel, we even joked we'd be happy to stay for the weekend without even travelling to Amsterdam! Great value for money and would absolutely stay here again.

We booked a group of 12 for a meal, we ordered in advance. The service was friendly and efficient, the beaks were all really well cooked and presented. My only criticism is that the strawberry waffles came with blueberries, not a problem as such, just best to inform people. The food was all lovely though! Between us we covered most meals: steak, burgers, salmon. Puds were delicious huge waffles, yum.

I stay at this hotel most months for business. Rooms are over three floors, with the gym on the first floor. There is a convenient "microwave" room if you bring your own food, but room service is good as well (5 pound tray charge). The menu is not extensive, but adequate and usually quite well prepared, and portions sizes are large. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms can be a little warm, and if you face the courtyard they can be noisy with guests from the bar smoking outside late into the ... Read more

I really enjoyed the staff on site here at this Hilton, as they were very friendly and worked quickly to make sure I got everything I needed. One example of this - I was in need of a quick bite to eat before I had to head out for a meeting, so I ordered some food from the bar and let them know my situation. Much to my surprise the food was out a few minutes later as promised and it tasted great! Well done!

Our family stayed here for 1 night before an early morning flight. The hotel is nice and clean and the services is good. Only 5 minutes from the airport (though plan for 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day and traffic according to staff there). Only downside is that they didn't have a room available with 2 double beds, so we ended up with 1 queen and 1 sleeper sofa, but it worked out ok.

The hotel itself is OK. I would say typical standard of a big hotel chain. Rooms are OK (size and cleanliness), free Wifi is available which I find important and the staff in general is OK. The main thing about this hotel is its location - it is situated in the middle of nowhere. If you attend a business meeting in the business park right next door, it is probably ok. Also if you are coming with a car. If not, be prepared that you will have to take a taxi every time you want to go somewhere.
