My stay in this hotel was for a 3 week duration. I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. The hotel was very clean and my room was always immaculate when I returned at the end of my business day. I took advantage of using the fitness room each morning, the equipment inside was always organized and well maintained. The breakfast was good, with various options to select from. My husband and myself stayed here overnight in May, we arrived very late following our flight delay. The hotel did not have details of our booking as I had made it through another site, however, after they saw my paperwork they set up a reservation for us. Our room was a good size with everything we needed - hairdryer, ironing board, lots of toiletries and power sockets. Also enough space for our 2 suitcases and hand luggage. We had a decent night's sleep, however, the bed creaked ever time we... Read more

This is a fairly new hotel. I'm staying here on business. It looks quite big outside, byt once inside feels more homely. Its modern, clean, well appointed and well served. Check in is quick and the room is what you would expect from a hilton, even down to the signature alarm clock.

Great hotel but claim of an airport shuttle is a lie that really caused our group troubles. This would have been a better hotel if we hadn't expected transportation. Staff was great. Facilities great. Marketing department owes us an apology.

This hotel is one short bus ride (5 minutes) from the airport that cost 1.3 pounds. The staff was very helpful and looked up exact bus times for us even though it was a holiday the next day. We arrived at 2 am due to a late flight and they were very polite and friendly. The room was clean with a very spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious! Clean and ok - doesn't really do food and breakfast is terrible. Rooms are small but so much better than the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn express which are a complete joke and shouldn't be allowed to charge for guests staying there. The main issue is the unbelievably poor service - dinner in the restaurant is usually a comedy of errors, only not funny when it takes 1hr to get a light supper. Go to the Hilton every day - or better yet the Hilton Garden Inn

I stayed several times at this hotel, for business trips. The overall appearance, cleanness, service, comfort, are good, with nice receptionists and personnel in general. The improvements could come in the food service (no room service, a restaurant that offer less than a pub, a breakfast that offers the minimum to be called "international"). Also, the wifi service is stable but the speed is the minimum acceptable to work. Convenient if flying in/out Luton airport. There are no other activities ... Read more

As an airport hotel it is what you maybe expect it to be. The rooms aren't as soundproofed as would have liked, considering the differing arrival and departed times of guests. Breakfast was quite basic and hot food either arrived late, or doesn't get served until after 6:30am...which doesn't help for the early morning flights (which i imagine most people staying there are getting). I can't compare to another hotels near the airport, but this hotel is a fine, i mean this hotel has everything you need, among other things the railway station that is too close to the hotel. There is no problem with accommodation, because windows are closed, i mean soundproofed, so no problem ..

The hotel is steps away from the Luton Parkway station. Seriously. Step out of the station and it is right there. Surprised there were no other places within walking distance, not even a restaurant. I think there may be a coffee shop down the street. There is a view of a weed-grown parking lot. There were some problems with the room. The phone did not work so we had to go downstairs to request extra pillows. Had a problem with setting the alarm so we were concerned with our wakeup call in the ea... Read more

Just 1 night stay but worth it.Near to airport so expect planes but good to watch if on airport side. Breakfast was good and selection okay.Room good as was shower though the arty showers with 1/2 screen are really practical. Staff very attentive and helpful with a problem that was incurred but solved instantly and 20 mins walk to town Parkin a bit confusing and costs £6.Otherwise a good place.WIFI needs to be explained better and was hit and miss

The hotel is very well located for both the Luton Airport Parkway station (100m) and the airport (5 minutes by car). It's a newish property and provides the slightly restricted service which is a feature of this brand. Staff are very well trained and most helpful - I was able to check in at 0830 and was invited to take breakfast. The buffet breakfast is very good - perhaps one of the best I've had in a budget/mid priced hotel. There is a continental breakfast from 0430 which is sensible for an... Read more

Worst breakfast ever. Some of the staff, their grooming isn't their strength. The rooms are small but fine. Can't open the windows. Is just by the train station and the airport is 10 minutes away by taxi. Luton isn't the best place to stay overall

The hotel is very well presented, everywhere is extremely clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful and there's parking close to reception. Wifi is good and the room was a reasonable size with large shower and toiletries. Downsides were no room service and a cafeteria style eating area with very small menu. The fish and chips were good though!

Stayed here overnight before our early morning flight. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are good and well maintained. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. They did appear to always have their eyes glued to a computer screen,. The restaurant was a major disappointment for a four star hotel. It had a limited fast food menu which was a slow food menu. The service was very slow and poor. The fish and chips I had was very poor quality.. The local chippy has better fish and chips. ... Read more

Comfortable as you would expect from the Hampton brand . A few pointers : it's very convenient for rail connections. It is literally next door to Luton Parkway station with its quick and frequent service to London. It took me 2 mins to walk there when google maps thought I would have to walk 16 mins. It's still a shuttle bus to the airport - there are no free transfers from the hotel , so it's either a taxi or a a bus which stops outside. It's just a 10 minute ride. Room was big and modern. It is a lovely hotel! Great location, being just at the Luton Parkway area. The rooms are clean and really nice, and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic!!!!!!! The price is also really good for what you get in return. I would recommend though that the phone line is answered more frequently; I needed to make a request at reception and it took me about half an hour to finally get an answer because no one was picking up, so I kept trying every ten minutes or so.

Stayed for one night on the way back from our holidays . Right next to Luton Parkway Airport , ignore GPS that says you have to walk 0.8km - there is a short walkway through. £3 return on airport bus from railway station. Lovely room , warm and light , beautiful bathroom with lovely fluffy white towels , just what you want after a days travelling. Fabulous breakfast. Even a waffle maker which made my son extremely happy. Will definately be choosing Hampton by Hilton again!!

This is my fifth visit to the Hampton and do not have a bad word to say. On each visit the staff have been warm and very welcome and they are eager to help when needed. It is clean and well organised and the rooms are spacious. The night staff are equally as helpful and always on hand when you need a refill from the bar. The fitness room is ok (for an airport hotel) and again it is well looked after and clean. Good experience

The staff are positive and the hotel clean. However, the lack of a restaurant despite a seating area spoils this place. Eat option of 3 mains is rather a joke.
