Customer-facing staff here are amazing people. Friendly, efficient, informative, courteous. And I wonder later what on earth are they doing working for this company. Most likely it's because they need a job and want to get on. And don't we all. But that's why they get into script mode as soon as there's a problem. Their warm individual personalities go out the window and land somewhere on the horrible looking Victoria Station. And all because the ever invisible senior management team somewhere... Read more

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and will do so again. Taxis just opposite, tube and trains station across the road, so easy to get anywhere from this hotel, staff can't do enough for you, would definitely recommend this hotel.

My track record on Trip Advisor is to actuate the positive and give objective opinion as much as I can. I always was baffled by the people who encounter a total terrible experience until I finally did. This hotel is horrible for family stays and for extended stay (something over 2 nights) and above all if you use the online feature of Advanced Pay, you are screwed. Not for not being able to get a refund, but for the treatment of getting sided with the worst room they can find because if you c... Read more

If you are like me constantly on the move and pulling & pushing suitcases. Flying into London Airports, you have had enough of traveling and just want to get to your hotel and dump the cases. Then a quick 30 mins on the Gatwick Express, just walk outside Victoria Station and your there. No taxis or buses just a 2 minute walk from the concourse. Of course it's a Hilton and it's not the cheapest or the most expensive, but you get your monies worth here. Victoria is a good location for some gre... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as a wedding anniversary treat. We have been here a few times before and always loved it, hence why we booked it again. I am sorry to say though this time I feel very let down, As an extra special treat we booked an executive room, previously we have stayed in normal rooms. When we got to our room which was on the 9th floor we were very impressed, the room was large and had a lovely bathroom and dressing gowns and slippers, even more great was a skyline v... Read more

Had a lovely meal after a theatre trip. Food very good excellently presented. Only minor complaint had cheese as a dessert which was on the set menu and it was so cold lost the taste. Staff very friendly and polite.

Close to Victoria Station and a good base to explore London. The front desk were friendly and helpful. We were given warm cookies when we checked in, that was a nice touch and appreciated, because it was bloody cold outside. The rooms are a little small, but cozy and the wifi works well (which is a very rare commodity in London, everyone says they have wifi but apparently none of it is comparable with iPhones.) Thanks for the stay guys.

Very close and convenient to Victoria station. Rooms are on the the smaller end but have everything we needed to be comfortable. Front desk was so accommodating with our early arrival and provided us with two warm chocolate chip cookies as well. Room was a little on the noisy side during the day as it overlooks construction. I would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights with husband and 8-year old son. Staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast and convenient location. There was easy access to printing facility too - came very handy as I needed to print my paper ticket to the Lourve. Room of reasonable size, no bath tub or views (even on 8th floor) but clean and renovated. Mattress is comfortable but bed abit squeaky.

This hotel wasn't to the standard that I would expect form a Hilton located in London, the staff were helpful on reception and room service, other than that we found them rude and very difficult to communicate with, some uniform was scruffy and didn't represent the qualitys that you would expect from a Hilton, breakfast items are not hot they're just about warm! Room service food was very nice tho. The TV didn't work and I asked for someone to come a fix it I didn't expect this to take an hour ... Read more
