Stayed here for one night on business, not to use it as a sop over before catching a flight. Hotel was generally very good, room was a good size, clean and tastefully decorated. Didn't have time to eat or drink, but public areas seemed nice and open, restaurant looked appealing too. No noise from the airport in the rooms as hotel is not under the flight path and is far enough away that noise is an issue. Parking was very busy, but found a space in the end. Would certainly consider this agai... Read more

I was allocated a clean and comfortable room and enjoyed my one night stay. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was tasty. It's very handy for Heathrow and only 20 minutes away by shuttle bus. The free wifi was adequate though there is an option to upgrade to a faster service.

For the price of a night here it is very good value. The hotel is impressive, rooms well appointed and quiet. Bath and shower. No towel rail which was strange. Walking distance from the station. Hoppa bus takes about 20 mins to the airport. Hayes and Harlington is the last station to accept Oyster cards.

does what it says on the tin, but corridor is very narrow - trolley carring cases just fits - and even as a budget hotel I would have expected 2 sets of towels in a double room. the room was very small.i found it difficult getting past the fridge at the foot of the bed. having said that, it was perfectly adequate for overnight. parking charges are on top of the booking and can be quite expensive. £5 upto 10 hours; £10 upto 24 hours.

Basic hotel with few amenities. Lift not working, problem if you have lots of luggage. Room we had was heated by electric fan heater. No telephone in room. Very small bathroom with a shower. Restraunt expensive. Only good point is that it is close to LHR Terminal 3 if you need an early start.

Cheap room and you get what you pay for. The bed is the hardest thing I have ever laid on. Air con was only on hot but after dealing with the manager got the thermostat changed. For a cheap hotel it's good!!

I really wanted to like this hotel - it was a bit of an extravagance because I needed to be at terminal 2 for 04:30. In fairness the location is absolutely fine, about ten minutes away. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my room was cold and the heater was blowing out cold air. I tried to change it to warm but nothing happened. I tried to turn it off, nothing happened. I went down for dinner with my two course meal voucher (note it's only a very restricted section... Read more

Arrived on a weekend and we were told the wrong breakfast times. The room was freezing and the draught through the windows was awful. We were on the ground floor and all the floorboards squeaked so when the people above got up at 6am in our case, so we were woken up by the floorboards squeaking for an hour as they got ready for their breakfast. The duvet is so thin I would not call it a duvet. breakfast was ok

Quite away from Heathrow ( price?) but accesable by Hoppa Bus.Rather tired place , lifts out of order which is not great when passengers are arriving or going.Quite a check-in wait , you'd think they would be prepared at all times.Rooms small(price).Allow plenty of time when travelling by air early morning as horrendous rush-hour traffic
