Only stayed for one night, but we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in Kensington just 2 mins from Gloucester Road tube station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel is located across several old Victorian buildings (very common for London hotels) and is very charming. The staff members very helpful and forthcoming. Fantastic breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. Will for sure stay here again if visiting central London.

Only stayed for one night good location in Kensington close to tube station. Close to natural history, science and Victoria and Albert museum. Also about a 5/10 minute walk to the Royal Albert hall. 5 min walk to Kensington high street handy for shops such as boots, Tk Max and wagamama. Staff were friendly however we felt the receptionist was keen on us leaving our credit card behind the desk with them just in case we wanted to add on additional services during our stay. Nice location and friendly staff, but make sure you write down the exact address of the hotel since most of the hotel info does not provide it when you check it and there are 11 other Radissons in the London area. This can be very confusing when trying to return to your hotel after a long day of sight seeing.

A trip to London had us seeking reasonably priced accommodations and we settled on trying the Radisson Blu in Knightsbridge as it was a great location and the price was good. We found the room to be in good operating order and while the building is a bit of a maze, it is in good shape. The on premises restaurant had great breakfasts as cocktails later in the day. We really enjoyed our time there and would likely stay there again. As usual, I hope you find this review helpful, if you do, pleas... Read more

The pros: Location is wonderful. Gloucester Rd Underground station is around the corner and it's an easy walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, and Harrods. There are ample restaurant choices within an easy walk as well. It's also a beautiful, historic building, with elegant common rooms. WiFi is free, and we found it to be dependable and an adequate speed for our needs. Breakfast is also free and is a "full English" breakfast. With this hear... Read more

The hotel is well situated with excellent transport links and within walking distance of attractions and quality restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Room was of good size and decor. Bathroom was a little small and steamy but did the job. I had notified the hotel that it was booked as part of a birthday present for my wife and they upgraded our room, left her a card and piece of cake and sang to her at breakfast! Overall an excellent stay.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly professional and very friendly. The concierge arranged a taxi for us on the Saturday evening so we met our dinner reservation in time. We are newlyweds, the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade and cake for two on arrival in the room which was a lovely surprise!

I have stayed at many Radisson hotels around the world and normally I am delighted with the quality of their hotels and the rooms. What disappointed us on this Wedding Anniversary trip to London was how ridiculously small the room and the bathroom was. To get to the other side of the bed you had to shuffle along the wall at the end of the bed. On a positive note the Hotel is in a good location and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is in a great location, with all landmarks nearby and lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. On arrival the check in was swift, we arrived at 14:50 (10 minutes before official check in) and were advised to take a seat whilst they checked our room was ready. After 15 minutes watching others get their rooms, I asked and given keys straight away. The very small lift can be daunting so be aware. I booked the room well in advance and we were given a pokey room on the ground floor. I don't think it had been used for a while as it was dusty and the bathroom was also dusty, the water in the toilet was brown no matter how many times it was flushed.. For the price it wasn't worth the money, I could have got cheaper in the area. The location is great.

This was a classic English hotel. The staff went out of their way to help accommodate us and the rooms, other than room 405, were fine. Pity really, but it's starting to show the little signs of age. I stayed in this hotel during my business trip. Very good location - one step from Oxford street. Very kind and prolate personnel in hotel. Good service and brilliant breakfasts. No problem to reach all places in the city. Small lobby but operative staff compensate it.

We stayed for two nights as part of a 3 night leisure break and, having stayed before, were not disappointed. The main purpose of our trip was a concert in the Albert Hall so this hotel is ideally placed, 15 minutes walk from the venue. Gloucester Road tube station is literally 3 minutes walk away too. Our booking choice, using points we had amassed from various sites, meant we had to change rooms for the second night to a business class room (oh dear !) which was a lovely room, probably far to... The room I got is super tight (there is a bath tub, though) like ones of Japanese "business" hotels. I stayed here before, when I did not feel that way. The room might have been downgraded (I got this at a corporate rate). The hotel itself is very conveniently located near Gloucester tube station served by Piccadilly, Central, and District lines. By the way, its address is 68-86 Cromwell Road because 10 originally separate 9th-century townhouses are joined together. As such, the hotel is a maze.

This hotel was in a great location. The room was a tad small, but then you only have to sleep in them.. They do a buffet style breakfast , which was very extensive. The staff we spoke to couldn't have been more friendly and very helpful, always smiling.Tube Station and the Hop on Hop off Big Red Bus, are really close and brilliant to use. There is a lot of eating places just around the area... Plus Harrods is about a ten minute walk away

Very good hotel, comfortable, very clean, service was great. A good breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the tube. Tour buses stop and start just round the corner. Ten minutes walk to the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Not that expensive for a hotel in Knightsbridge. Very Good!

We stayed for 4-nights in a comfortable and clean double room. At the Reception, we were helped by Stefano. Because the room was not yet ready, we went to the bar for drinks and Stefano said that he will take care of the luggage. When another staff came to the bar to hand us the room key, we were informed that our luggage have been brought to the room. What a top service, thank you! It compensates for the fact that the bathroom (with tub) is small and tight.

Great breakfasts, accommodations, cleanliness and service. The also assisted in booking a return to Heathrow that was much cheaper than the "coupon" sight we used for our arrival transport. Outstanding!!

Just had a 2 night stay here and was very happy.. After a small delay in checking in where we were looked after extremely well the remainder of the stay was great.. Beautiful room (217) the suite, great breakfast, all public areas are impeccably clean. But above all of this the staff is to be praised. Helpful, courteous and extremely professional..great location on Gloucester road for tube in to London and the museums.. will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had a pleasant stay, attentive staff members,Clean and comfortable hotel. The only negative I would say is that the lifts could be bigger. Breakfast was fantastic so much choice, a special thank you to Cecila for brighting up our day, bubbly and cheerful attitude gave us a happy start to the day. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Also a thank you to the chef for our Egg benedict - delicious. 2 minutes away from tube station and a ten minute walk to Hyde Park. Scoff and Banter restauran... Read more

Eight years ago we stayed at the Edwardian and we loved it. So this time we went back for our honeymoon and everything was great. The staff was nice and very helpful. The room was beautiful. And the bar and restaurant were great. Loved it!

From the moment we exited the taxi the staff could not have been more helpful, helping with us our multitude of baggage all the way to our rooms. Check in was a breeze, rooms very comfortable (though a double bed not queen). Located in an excellent location for the museum district, public transport, a good grocery store and chemist. We ate dinner at the hotel one night which was great. Only downside for us was the movie channel not working in our room but we didn't really miss it. Overall a very... Read more

We were here for two nights with family (2twin rooms was all we could get), and the location is great, 2 mins from Gloucester Road tube. Helpful nice staff at reception and bar and food was good ! The room and bathroom were really small, and the shower and tap pressure poor - really that is the only grumble ! Great for a short stay at this location,

Everyone was awesome - from the lovely concierge Jubril to the building services staff, we really enjoyed our stay. Had a crib for the room, great bath products and very clean. Hotel is a bit challenging to navigate b/c of narrow hallways and multiple random staircases (it is several old buildings connected into one long row hotel). Room was a little small, but we also had large suitcases, so all in all, totally manageable. Great location - super accessible by several train lines (Gloucester bei... Read more

Pros: Great, friendly staff at both the adjoining restaurant and the hotel itself. The breakfast is included with your stay, and the breakfast is quite great, way better than anything I have ever had at any other hotel I have stayed at in North America. Also, the restaurant at the hotel, Scoff & Banter, is quite good, very convenient to have it there, and that particular restaurant offers room service. Cons: The rooms can be small, mine was actually not too bad, but some people I know who were... Read more

We've been to London quite a few times but this was the first time we stayed at this hotel. I'm so glad we took a chance. Aside from being in a fantastic location (literally across the street from the Gloucester Road underground station), the room we had was very nicely appointed, even though it was small (which is typical of a London hotel). The beds had comfy duvets, there were plenty of towels which were reasonably soft, and there were a couple of plush chairs and a small coffee table. There ... Read more

Not very satisfied, very basic room, with a lot of basic things missing. Cold room. Empty fridge. Took a while after we requested house keeping for them to actually come, we called 3 or 4 times. Housekeeping came too early in the morning which is a pain as your most likely asleep and no door hangers to say do not disturb!

Very nice hotel, it is rather large but easy to get around, could do with more lifts as getting up and down is a slight chore when the rooms are being serviced. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet options were as expected and very nice.

If you are considering, but hesitating, don't! It is a great place to stay with wonderful staff near the tube (Picadelly line), Museums, Parcs and Pubs. After a long flight, Daniela at guest services was really kind in welcoming us. We had a spacious room on the opposite side of the street, therefore it was really quiet. The hotel is very charming and you do not feel you are in a big chain hotel, but more in a boutique hotel where a lot of attention to details has been considered. In the morni... Read more

Spent 11 days here and had no complaints. The staff was more than helpful and even lent us an Oyster card to use. Include the breakfast with your stay, as it was plentiful and fresh, especially the fruit and juice. Jabul and Pierre(front desk) were a delight, although Jabul could use a lesson in map folding. The location is great for bus and tube(less than a block to a station). Room was comfortable enough for the small amount of time we were in it. Maid service was prompt and thorough. Dinners ar... Great Location.. the tube was right around the corner that we used alot! We were a party of three and each wanted our own room and requested the top floor with King Beds. Upon arrival we had two rooms on the top (4th floor, one facing busy street and one facing back) and one on the 3rd floor (facing busy street). Within a few days the 3rd floor room facing the busy street became too noisy and we requested the 4th floor facing back and received it. I found the front desk very accomodating to a... Read more

The staff here were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are a bit small, but really quiet and beds were comfortable. The location is ideal, close to museums and the tube, with good restaurants nearby. The breakfast and restaurant staff helped get our day off to a good start - great coffee and pastries along with the full English breakfast. I love the old architecture with the modern touches.

Our favourite hotel in London, the staff are all attentive and helpful, the food in the restaurant is wonderful and the entire place has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. In a bustling location in the heart of Kensington with a great selection of bars, eateries and of course attractions and shopping we'd live here if we could!

The only reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to relatives staying in town; otherwise I typically stay in one of a small handful of other hotels I know and enjoy. First off, the corridors are promising -- old-world charm, lush decor, if a bit dark and oddly laid out. The front desk staff were helpful when it came to holding my luggage before my room was ready, so that's a plus. My room was small and cramped with the single bed pushed up against the wall, and the bathroom felt like an a... Read more
