We stayed in May 2016 for 4 nights. I can't believe how close this hotel is to many London tourist sights - Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Square, Buckingham Palace, Parliment, and Westminster Abbey are all within walking distance (1 mile or less). It is also situated near Soho and Covent Gardens and many theaters. The rooms were excellent, but the service we received was over the top! What a wonderful place to stay. Room was so comfortable, and from the moment we arrived the welcome was warm and genuine, the service was faultless, and the food was delicious. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, as my friend and I are both disabled. This was only an overnight stay but it was perfect. Helpful, professional staff who were attentive and friendly. From arrival when our bags were carried to our faultless rooms, during dining, having taxis called and asking directions - it was all spot on. The hotel itself is understated elegance and it is an unbeatable combination. I felt truly pampered.

The concierge was always available and ready to help . The dining room staff was also very attentive. Our favorite server was Ryan who greeted us daily with a smile and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

We only stayed at the Radisson Hampshire for one night but it was amazing. We had room 610 which is a fairly large room compared to others in this price range (from my understanding of other reviews). It was £244 inc breakfast. You get to choose your room if you check in online. The views from the room are fantastic, being able to see the London eye, Big Ben, Nelson's column etc. We had room service which was very good quality, and you get the option of having breakfast in your room too. With a suite booked for 3 persons, the one bedroom suite was only set for 2. The sofa did not convert so we had to have a rollaway cot in the middle of the sitting room for the duration of the stay. The airconditioning was never cold but the room boiling even on the lowest setting as the main vent is covered by an unneccesary wardrobe. The two ended shower design did nothing but make the entire bathroom wet regardless of what precautions were taken and then we ended up using all our towels ev... Read more

The Hampshire changes little from visit to visit and that's good. The service is what makes this hotel stand out. From the concierges to the front desk to the personnel in the restaurant to housekeeping, all are amazing. Unfortunately they can do little to get the owners to invest in some much needed updating of the rooms and especially some suites. Reservation for our next visit already made. Looking forward to it.

Lovely hotel and the room was big, Superior double. However there is building work going on next to the hotel and right next to our room which ruined the view and we had a constant building noise from the early morning until the late evening. I travelled to the hotel to celebrate our anniversary and I thought the hotel would have considered this when choosing our room (217) Excellent staff

In the middle of Leicester Square; rooms are a bit dark (could be a great place for a ghost movie, that's a compliment, ehi), but are nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel in a fabulous location as Leicester Square is literally on the doorstep. Hotel staff couldn't do enough to help without being pushy. Our room overlooked the London Eye and Big Ben and considering we where in the centre of London it was very quiet. Good quality hotel in central location. Close to Covent Garden and shopping on Regent Street. It might be more peaceful a little further away because Leicester Square is full of buskers and crowds. Really lovely hotel, friendly genuine warm staff. Considering the number of guests that stay I was greeted by my name when checking in, this gives it more of a warm personal touch. Location couldn't be any better for shops, restaurants etc.

This is an awesome hotel in a great location. If you are looking for a central London location, look no further, The staff are really great, the facilities are superb and the rooms are brilliant. Well worth booking here, we also attended a meeting and got into the meeting room on the top floor what a fantastic view.

What a great central location and a fantastic looking building. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. They made us feel even more welcome when we told them it was a special occasion! They looked after our bags the whole next day to make a lot easier around London. My only issue is that we only had one night!!! Thank you Radisson for making our night away even more exceptional.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel once in summer and just been for 3 nights Xmas shopping weekend and cannot fault the hotel on both our stays. The staff are so friendly they can't do enough for you especially Pedro. The location is as good as your going to get in the heart of London with in walking distance to all major areas. All in all on both our stays we were very happy with this hotel and will defnitly be returning in the near future. Ian & Michelle west

The location is central and convenient close to the shopping, theatres and nightlife. Sorry forgot I was on business! The staff are professional, helpful and very courteous. The bar is a great place to meet people and the venue is welcoming. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
