Amazingly warm and helpful staff. Liva and Martin on reception were super friendly, kind and fun. Ryan in the restaurant was very attentive, polite and friendly. Its a lovely hotel, in the very centre of London, ideal for shopping, China town, pubs and site seeing. Highly recommended.

This Hotel is centrally located for both business and tourism. Unbeatable in my experience. Staff is accomplished and helpful and willing to go above and beyond, especially if you leave your mobile phone in a taxi. Extraordinary efforts to get it back with success! Good restaurant, great service, very close tube station nearby and amazing places to see within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Well placed hotel in the center of London. There are a lot of hotels nearby but this one hits the sweet spot. It's not situated on a passing street so you won't have car noises. Most windows are noise insulated as well which is not always the case in London. Sometime the AC can be a bit noisy but only in a few rooms.

The staff was perfect throughout our visit. Breakfast is way overpriced at the hotel... surprising with many fine options just outside the door. There is construction that starts at 9:00am every weekday so don't plan on sleeping in. But for us wanting to go to shows - especially Sunny Afternoon(great, btw!) the... Read more

Having recently discovered my husband and I are expecting our first baby was a cause for much celebration! To mark the occasion I decided to treat my close girlfriends to Afternoon Tea to celebrate. Having left booking the tea to the last minute, all the obvious choices were fully booked, Savoy, Ritz etc. and so I had few options available. Being a 5* hotel situated on Leicester Square, I thought this would be the best of a bad bunch. Priced at £23.50 per person (for Pink Afternoon Tea if I r... Read more
