The hotel was fantastic with funny, enthusiastic helpful staff. The rooms we had were amazing. Breakfast was disappointing for £310 per night per room. A bad truckers cafe fry up was on offer with over cooked food, I chose the egg benedict but this wasn't much better, bland and tasteless served on a burnt bread roll. Could do better as it's the only part of the hotel that lets itself down

Me and my mum decided to take a trip to London before we went to Center Parcs for a long weekend away as we needed a break. We booked in at the Radisson Blu because they have never really been all that bad. Not even in this trip really, however; We checked in and went to our room, first initial thoughts was this place is alright, and it was! But, I did get woken up a couple of times in the night by the noise. I heard screaming kids in the hallway between the hours of 2-3am. Which I can kind of u... Read more

I dont reccomend this hotel unless they improve the service and rooms. Breakfast is ok. Concierge is poor. Rooms are cold as windows are not shielded for wind. Heater in the room was not effective and noisy. Bad experience overall.

Years ago I was here for the New Year's Eve party and that was fun. Trying my luck this time.. All good. The room, the bar and the cafe. The location is unbeatable. In the middle of everything, with class. Very British and lively!

Had a two night stay in January and the service was superb. We asked for an upgrade as it was my birthday. We were upgraded, given complimentary breakfast and a lovely birthday plate of cakes. Concierge fantastic, and one particular member of the restaurant staff was superb, remembering us and always on hand. Unfortunately we had a note of his name and can't find it. Great central location. Building site next door but the room more than made up for it.

My mother and i stayed here in August of 2016 and were amazed at how wonderful our stay was! Reception was incredibly helpful and helped us book taxis and gave us information about how to get around. The room was small but perfect for us! It had everything we needed, however i would like to mention that no power plugs in the bathroom is very frustrating when trying to do your hair. The mini bar was always stocked with goodies and the shower was beautiful. Breakfast was to die for, and we almost ... Read more

We booked this hotel because of the closeness to the theatres it was not the cheapest but not quite the most expensive. The check in service and staff generally were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room around the bed was a little cramped and the television could have been better situated, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the room quite. The bathroom was well appointed with all the usual bits. The room had no opening windows. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, good sel... Read more

Had a room booked at this hotel as part of a prize from work, however on arriving at the hotel I was informed that my room was not available and I was packed off to a nearby hotel. It seems from reading the reviews that this is a common occurrence for this hotel, presumably a ruse to fill up hotels which are less popular.

Arrived and checked in reasonably easily, doorman is lovely and a real credit to this hotel very helpful and a cheery friendly word for all without him would of been a zero The room was cold I complained, and was told it was fixed, but still cold got and extra blanket and just about coped, I believe there was an issue, as a number of my colleagues were cold as well Gym very small but OK Breakfast was poor, asked for porridge made with water, not keen to do at all and was slammed in fro...
