perfectly situated the rooms a nice and the service is excellent. Bed is extremely confortable, every thing you need is in the room. Still, I was expecting larger room and bathroom but I guess it normal for a down town hotel.

We stayed in May 2016 for 4 nights. I can't believe how close this hotel is to many London tourist sights - Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Square, Buckingham Palace, Parliment, and Westminster Abbey are all within walking distance (1 mile or less). It is also situated near Soho and Covent Gardens and many theaters. The rooms were excellent, but the service we received was over the top! From the concierge to the front desk to the bell service - everyone was friendly, engaging, and trying to make sur... Read more

What a wonderful place to stay. Room was so comfortable, and from the moment we arrived the welcome was warm and genuine, the service was faultless, and the food was delicious. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, as my friend and I are both disabled. Thank you to Anthony with all his help in booking and all the staff, but especially the lady receptionist who checked us in, the wonderful gentleman who organised taxis for us and aided us in getting in and out of them, and R... This was only an overnight stay but it was perfect. Helpful, professional staff who were attentive and friendly. From arrival when our bags were carried to our faultless rooms, during dining, having taxis called and asking directions - it was all spot on. The hotel itself is understated elegance and it is an unbeatable combination. I felt truly pampered.

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The rooms are lovely and kept immaculately clean. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge was always available and ready to help . The dining room staff was also very attentive. Our favorite server was Ryan who greeted us daily with a smile and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

We only stayed at the Radisson Hampshire for one night but it was amazing. We had room 610 which is a fairly large room compared to others in this price range (from my understanding of other reviews). It was £244 inc breakfast. You get to choose your room if you check in online. The views from the room are fantastic, being able to see the London eye, Big Ben, Nelson's column etc. We had room service which was very good quality, and you get the option of having breakfast in your room too. It's the second time we are in this hotel and we can't ask for something better. You can walk or take a underground. You can watch movies, walk in the park or do a lil shopping. The services is really good and my favorite thing is the tea time. Omg those scones are the best.

With a suite booked for 3 persons, the one bedroom suite was only set for 2. The sofa did not convert so we had to have a rollaway cot in the middle of the sitting room for the duration of the stay. The airconditioning was never cold but the room boiling even on the lowest setting as the main vent is covered by an unneccesary wardrobe. The two ended shower design did nothing but make the entire bathroom wet regardless of what precautions were taken and then we ended up using all our towels ev... Read more

The Hampshire changes little from visit to visit and that's good. The service is what makes this hotel stand out. From the concierges to the front desk to the personnel in the restaurant to housekeeping, all are amazing. Unfortunately they can do little to get the owners to invest in some much needed updating of the rooms and especially some suites. Reservation for our next visit already made. Looking forward to it.

The hotel was a 'boutique' hotel which meant the rooms and restaurant all had a more intimate feel. It was wIthin walking distance of Soho, Westminster and Covent Garden which was great. The staff were exceptional and the room was great.

Lovely hotel and the room was big, Superior double. However there is building work going on next to the hotel and right next to our room which ruined the view and we had a constant building noise from the early morning until the late evening. I travelled to the hotel to celebrate our anniversary and I thought the hotel would have considered this when choosing our room (217) Excellent staff

Nice breakfast. Useful location but our room was horrid. Paid for double superior and received shower which flooded, noisy as looked onto an alley on the 1st floor where staff smoked so couldn't open windows. I expect there are better rooms and it would have been a different experience

In the middle of Leicester Square; rooms are a bit dark (could be a great place for a ghost movie, that's a compliment, ehi), but are nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Personnel kind and not too intrusive. You can actually watch famous actors walking down the red carpet at movie premieres from the hotel.

Booked a one night stay at this hotel due to it's location. Right in Leicester Square and in case distance to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden. Room was spacious, bed comfy, good amenities. Bathroom was small but shower bath and fluffy robe all included. Free bottled water included in your room. Fixtures and fittings a little dated and there was no view from my room however I did book a last minute highly discounted rate. There is also building work taking place adjacent to the hotel. Stayed in this hotel for just one night to attend Wimbledon. Wanted somewhere central for the night before to make it easy to get to restaurants and theatres and this hotel was ideal. The staff, in particular the door and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked a superior twin room which was great , very comfortable bedding, impeccably clean and as it was on the back of the hotel it was nice and quiet . The Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel in a fabulous location as Leicester Square is literally on the doorstep. Hotel staff couldn't do enough to help without being pushy. Our room overlooked the London Eye and Big Ben and considering we where in the centre of London it was very quiet. The room wasn't massive but it is London after all , there was a king size bed which was very comfortable. We had breakfast included in our stay and there was plenty of choice to choose from.

My wife and myself spent 3 nights at the hotel as part of our 45th wedding anniversary celebration. Superb room but noise from major work at adjacent building site. As our stay was mostly weekend, we avoided the worst of the noise. Perfect location for theatre visits.

There are so many hotels to choose from in London. I chose this one because of its easy access to Leicester Square underground station and the name, and it turned out just fine. The staff were very welcoming and held my bag till my room was ready; the bed was comfortable, room clean and well appointed. The rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet and the hotel is right behind the TKTS concession at one end of Leicester Square so it is easy to find. Breakfast was fine but could have been pre... I stayed here years ago (pre TA) and had a good experience. I selected the Hampshire again based on this experience and prime location. I stayed in a standard/executive room and value wise it was a pretty decent deal inclusive of breakfast (which is charged separately at £23 if not part of a bundle). The concierge service is second to none - really attentive and responsive to your needs. Check in and check out was friendly and efficient. No issues during my stay. Few comments on the room:... The Radisson Edwardian in Leicester Square is the perfect spot to taken in the sights of London. You could not be more central. Everything is a short walk. 5 minutes to Piccadilly Circus. A 10 minute walk to the Mall and then another 5-10 to Buckingham Palace. This hotel is the Jewel in the Crown of London accommodation.

For business it is two short blocks from Tube access and sits about half way between The City and many businesses in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Victoria. For Tourism, it is easy walking distance to the art gallery's and Trafalgar Square...walkable to Westminster. For Shopping Regent Street is 3 blocks walk. Staff friendly and efficient. Ignoring the brilliant location in the middle of the Westend, this really is a great place to base yourself for a weekend of relaxing and enjoying a quiet nights sleep (and a delicious breakfast!) We stayed here to see a ballet at the Royal Opera House so that we didn't need to cut our night short to get the last train home. The staff are incredibly helpful, the breakfast well cooked and the location perfect to indulge in a bit of sightseeing. As a recommendation, try to get a room overlooking ... Read more
