perfectly situated the rooms a nice and the service is excellent. Bed is extremely confortable, every thing you need is in the room. Still, I was expecting larger room and bathroom but I guess it normal for a down town hotel.

We stayed in May 2016 for 4 nights. I can't believe how close this hotel is to many London tourist sights - Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Square, Buckingham Palace, Parliment, and Westminster Abbey are all within walking distance (1 mile or less). It is also situated near Soho and Covent Gardens and many theaters. The rooms were excellent, but the service we received was over the top! From the concierge to the front desk to the bell service - everyone was friendly, engaging, and trying to make sur... Read more

What a wonderful place to stay. Room was so comfortable, and from the moment we arrived the welcome was warm and genuine, the service was faultless, and the food was delicious. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, as my friend and I are both disabled. Thank you to Anthony with all his help in booking and all the staff, but especially the lady receptionist who checked us in, the wonderful gentleman who organised taxis for us and aided us in getting in and out of them, and R... This was only an overnight stay but it was perfect. Helpful, professional staff who were attentive and friendly. From arrival when our bags were carried to our faultless rooms, during dining, having taxis called and asking directions - it was all spot on. The hotel itself is understated elegance and it is an unbeatable combination. I felt truly pampered.

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The rooms are lovely and kept immaculately clean. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge was always available and ready to help . The dining room staff was also very attentive. Our favorite server was Ryan who greeted us daily with a smile and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

We only stayed at the Radisson Hampshire for one night but it was amazing. We had room 610 which is a fairly large room compared to others in this price range (from my understanding of other reviews). It was £244 inc breakfast. You get to choose your room if you check in online. The views from the room are fantastic, being able to see the London eye, Big Ben, Nelson's column etc. We had room service which was very good quality, and you get the option of having breakfast in your room too. The st... Read more

It's the second time we are in this hotel and we can't ask for something better. You can walk or take a underground. You can watch movies, walk in the park or do a lil shopping. The services is really good and my favorite thing is the tea time. Omg those scones are the best.

With a suite booked for 3 persons, the one bedroom suite was only set for 2. The sofa did not convert so we had to have a rollaway cot in the middle of the sitting room for the duration of the stay. The airconditioning was never cold but the room boiling even on the lowest setting as the main vent is covered by an unneccesary wardrobe. The two ended shower design did nothing but make the entire bathroom wet regardless of what precautions were taken and then we ended up using all our towels ev... Read more

The Hampshire changes little from visit to visit and that's good. The service is what makes this hotel stand out. From the concierges to the front desk to the personnel in the restaurant to housekeeping, all are amazing. Unfortunately they can do little to get the owners to invest in some much needed updating of the rooms and especially some suites. Reservation for our next visit already made. Looking forward to it.
