Although we only stayed one night when down in London for the FA Cup Final we really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. everything was first class; the staff, the rooms the food, the price could not be faulted. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and housekeeping always did a great job. Reception/ maintenance were very quick to see to our requests for a fan and new iron. Sean in the restaurant had excellent customer service and made our evenings dinning in very pleasant. The ice machine on our floor was a god send and helped us cool down from the London heat. Only negative was the toilets flushing did not work very well and there were no biscuits in the rooms to have with a nice cuppa on return to the hotel from ... Read more

Stayed 3 nights there, very noisy during night time (construction? service?) Every morning 7.00 at breakfast very loud music (full disco feeling) and every morning a clear refusal of the staff to reduce the sound ("this is standard here" The same answer at the reception desk, when checking out). Loud music is all day present. Had a short business meeting with a partner in London in the hotel, quite difficult to communicate. This could be a great place, but customer orientation is not a priority... Read more

The hotel is excellently located at the Warren Street tube station which makes getting around very easy. The hotel is in a building from the turn of the last century and has some period features but not many. There is an eclectic decor on different floors. The rooms don't always have a view given the hotel is in city centre. The decorations and fittings could do with either Edwardian Type of decor (my preferred option) but some people may prefer a more modern decorations. The dining room has a l... Read more

Very elegant and charming hotel with friendly staff. The location is really handy although it can be a little noisy because of the traffic. It provides very good value for money. The nicest part of my stay is always being greeted by staff with a smile on their face. This is why I will make this my preferential place to stay in London

Large hotel. The room was fine with a minus for the wall-to-wall-carpet. The room had a safe, minibar, kettle, tea or coffee and magazines. Complementary waterbottles upon arrival. Ice bucket in the room and ice machine in the hall. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. We also had an excellent lunch when we arrived. 5-10 minutes walk to Oxford street. One peculiar thing was that the hair dryer was fixed in the desk drawer and the cable/cord was not long enough to reach the mirror.

I opted for a double room as was told single room is extremely small. Room size is perfect for 1 or 2 people. I asked for a quiet room away from the main road, and while I couldn't hear street noise, it was right next to housekeeping's facilities room so was quite noisy from 8 am up until late afternoon. Room was clean, fittings a bit dated, but comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities and good climate control in room. While check-in and check-out is a bit slow, I would like to say a spec... There is a big generator/industrial size air conditioning unit near the room on the 421 side. It creates a massive noise all the time and obviously stands out at night. It woke me up - it was so bad I took my duvet and slept in the hallway of the room! (I did not have it in me to complain at 2:30am!). So, a really bad nights sleep so ask about this before you book. On the plus side, the room was large and breakfast was good. Unfortunately sleep success is the measure of success for me!

As always, this is a Radisson Blu standard. I don't fall for gimmicks and ornaments, but this one was tastefully presented. Service excellent and great help from maintenance people who found my charger and returned it to me. My room was away from the main building (the building stretched far into the block). There was a problem however. The room was too hot (it was ca 20C in London so not tropical). Opening the windo didn't help if you wanted shades on and you wanted them on because of the peopl... Stayed in June one night. Check in was friendly and efficiently done by a person called Maria. The room on the first floorwas spacious and well appointed and was very quiet which is a huge bonus for London. Another plus is the number of power points at desk level for business guests. Given its location it is ideally positioned for either business or pleasure. Well worth checking out

I thought the hotel was generally fine. The room, while quite small, was very clean and had everything you would need (ironing board and iron, tea/coffee maker, glasses wrapped in plastic, Qtips, cotton balls, etc.)...actually maneuvering the ironing board in the small room was an issue however. The bathroom was clean. The shower/tub had instead of a curtain a shield that covered half the tub and the other half was not covered resulting in a soaked floor after my shower. THe Grafton fulfills Many of the things people want. It's next to Warren St. Underground, buses stop outside , and eating places are many. The reception staff are very helpful, and as a Carlson Club member, went the little extra. The room was tiny, and watch out for steps in the corridor. Many bedrooms on the First floor contained a step in the floor, and a sign is posted on the door. I have stayed a number of times at the Radisson Grafton. Overall it's a solid hotel with comfortable beds, good showers and a nice bar which doubles up to provide a comprehensive buffet breakfast in the mornings. Would normally rate at 4 stars however this visit I had a small room with pretty noisy and ineffective air conditioning. if you stay, try not to get a room facing onto Tottenham Court Road itself as it's always noisy.

Radisson Blue is located on "top" of Tottenham Court Road, very near to Warren Streeet and Euston Square Underground/Subway stations. British Museum is in walking distance (0.5 mile - Montague Place Entrance), as is Oxford street (0.8 mile). The Original London Tour Bus stop is also nearby. I visited this hotel for a quick weekend trip to London for a wedding. I was in one of the single rooms which was tiny but very well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was a great spot to use as a base for a couple of days. I didn't get a chance to try out the hotel bar etc which I was quite sad about because it looked gorgeous from what I could see - very luxurious and Art Deco, as was the whole hotel. Ordinarily we'd have cancelled and gone to a Hilton property, but we'd prepaid at the Russell and the lowered pound would have meant we lost hundreds of dollars getting out money back. The Radisson turned out to be a nice alternative, with great beds, friendly and helpful staff, and a good morning breakfast. The staff moved us without protest our first visit w... Read more

Bad points - Although double-glazed - the window frames didn't seem to fit properly and noise was an issue. There is a hospital directly across the road. I stayed at this hotel without really reading any reviews prior (which normally I would), but the reason I picked it this time was purely based on location and then price. It was only 1 night so even if a hotel is bad, you can overcome it and check out the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised though. I was a little surprised to be presented with the same bill (albeit to go on a company card) considering the 2nd room was not superior and therefore listed as cheaper. Reception offered only an apology. Checking in also felt unnece... Read more

We had a great stay. Great breakfast, very good location and nice rooms. With two teenagers in one room and adults in the other, we got rooms far away initially. The next day we got new rooms close to each other. They managed this very professional and we we can recommend this hotel.

We had very specific disabled requirements and so we booked weeks in advance - I emailed all the requirements to group booking AND I called the Hotel reception directly two days before we traveled to confirm that all our requirements were in place. I was assured that they were - to the point of being given the exact room numbers we would be placed in - 3rd floor, 4 in a row. We arrived after 12 hours travelling, with 2 nurses and 8 cases of medical equipment and an exhausted traveler who is unfo... Read more

I knew I was going to be fairly late booking in for my stay at the Grafton, so I sent them an email earlier in the day explaining this and request they held my room for me. Their reply that my booking meant my room was guaranteed, but they'd put a note on the account anyway. I arrived at 11pm to be told my room had been taken, and I was put in a tiny, noisy single room. Overbooking rooms is a bad enough practice, but to give away a room when someone has specifically told you they will be late ... Read more

We dropped our luggage on Oct 29 at 10 a.m. with the Concierge and at 5 p.m. still there was no room ready. We finally got a room with a queensize bed that was sold as double. At night it took more than 15 minutes and three attempts to place our order. Next morning at breakfast we only succeeded to get two Cups of tea as there was nobody that felt responsible to serve the tables. At night we had to realize that the room keys were blocked. The reception told us that it was blocked due to an unpa... Read more

Quality buisness hotel Mid range price and very clean and nice. Bar is a little pricy - but rooms are nice and well laid out better to have a room at the back of the hotel as the traffic can be a bit load at the front

What can I say?? From the moment we stepped in to the reception area of the Radisson Blu, our stay in London was transformed. The staff made it and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm with everything you could imagine you would need. Breakfast was superb and our luggage was looked after even after check out whilst we took in the sights and sounds. Thank you Radisson and special thanks to Nouradine!!

Hotel is excellent in many ways. It is of a great standard. comfortable ,clean and friendly. Very thrashing atmosphere. extremely good value. The staff are very pleased to look after you , fetch you a cab, store your luggage. All small details are considered, water by the bedside, hand cream, mini bar , tv guide.I requested a quiet room and slept very peacefully .

Stayed here for a quick getaway with the wife . Rooms are ok & location is great. Bed was comfortable with great pillows however what let this hotel down was the inclusion of mice in the bar / restaurant late on that night. On notifying the staff they didn't seem to bothered or alarmed which was surprising. So we let the reception staff know the next morning & we got routine answers with no real apologies , still waiting on an email that was promised but I gather that customer service or feedbac... My room was very compact and bijoux! This made it all feel a little claustrophobic. The breakfast served the following morning didn't meet my expectations for this type of hotel. The reception staff were friendly but some of the breakfast staff were rather lack lustre with their customer care skills.

Stayed here as it was very close to UCLH, and wasn't disappointed. Felt like it was a proper treat! Beds were gorgeous, shower was amazing! Could have done with a plug next to the bed, but was given an extension lead when we asked. Would definitely stay again.

I visited on business and stayed for a week, it's a relatively expensive hotel and I expected a certain level of service and amenities. The room was absolutely tiny, and only just the width of the bed, and despite it being a frosty week in November the room was overheated even when I had the air con on constantly. Poor selection of tea in the room, and no biscuits. My water bottle wasn't even refreshed every day. I ordered breakfast to the room on one day and the person bringing it had to ... Read more

Lovely, friendly hotel. 24 hour fitness centre and a nice restaurant for breakfast. The beds were super comforable and made every day. Ideal location beside the Underground. The only issue was I wanted my invoice in Euro but this could not be done. Overall the experience was a good one.

The hotel was very nice, clean and busy, staff were friendly and the food was good. I had booked the Superior bedroom which to my surprise was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. I'd hate to think what a standard single room would look like! However location of hotel perfect for work in central London.

Had a single room overlooking Tottenham Court Road. Room was small, decor dated and bathroom just makes you angry. No way of regulating shower temperature without getting in and getting wet and nowhere to put your toiletries- aaaaagh! TV system very slow and just adds to the frustration. Main issue is the street is very noisy and noise insulation poor so best to avoid street view rooms. On a positive note the breakfast was excellent.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel last week and it is lovely and well located for Euston station and the easy to access Covent Garden, theatre land and all the sights. The public areas and bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. We have a club Carlson gold card and were upgraded to a superior room on floor 5 which was comfortable and large for inner London. The hotel seems slightly understaffed, especially the bar area and at breakfast as we had a long wait for service but the staff are ... Read more

Booked for an overnight stay for business. Was greeted with a warm welcome and we were given a free upgrade! We had some retro sweeties whilst waiting to be checked in- nice touch. Rooms large, great toiletries, hair dryer, tea and coffee. In room service if needed. Bar and restaurant downstairs, but we didn't partake. One minor niggle was noisy guests outside and a few along the corridor Would definitely be back, was so convenient for kings cross and northern line and Victoria line tubes

Rooms are not overly large but very nicely fitted out with shower rooms, toiletries, water provided etc. I have stayed here twice in recent months and would happily stay again. There is a good selection of food available at breakfast and no long queues to get a table. Friends have used the bar and found it good but there are lots of places to go for dinner and drinks nearby too.

Stayed here twice in November and it almost feels like home away from home. Excellent staff on the front desk and very helpful and friendly in the bar and restaurant. Best alternative to the hotels lining the Euston Road with Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations a short walk away. Next door to Warren Street tube and as such location is perfect with Fitzrovia area and Oxford Street shopping not far away. Looking forward to my next visit

Radisson Blue Edwardian Grafton Hotel is situated at Tottenham Court Road, close by to many of London´s must see and do´s. Just a stroll away you find great shopping in Tottenham Court Road, Oxford street and Regent street, theatres and The Regent´s Park. The wonderful Charlotte Street is also just a short walk away. The hotel is effective, cosy, clean and offers a very nice breakfast in it´s nice restaurant.

If you are looking for a nice hotel with good service and GREAT location the Radisson Blu will not disappoint. Things to consider: - Ask for a portable hair dryer as they have the in-room dryer in the worst possible location ever! - They skimp on their towels but are happy to bring extra - They have one 110V North American plug in the room - Took the all inclusive breakfast and felt that it was a disappointment - Concierge service was great - Hotel was clean and they had great housekeeping... An older facility in the midst of renovation and modernization. Very friendly and somewhat helpful staff although most of them were relatively new and still on a learning curve. On-site restaurant was fairly decent but slightly pricey. Conveniently located to street and underground transportation. I would definitely like to return in the near future and look forward to seeing the upgrades when completed.

The Grafton came up to the mark for excellent comfort and convenience with polite and efficient staff and a reassuring ambience with good quality breakfast. We would certainly stay there again, perhaps for even longer and we would recommend it to friends.

I booked a double room online but when I reached my room discovered it was a twin. When I complained about this I was told that the room had been allocated because I had booked though an online travel agent. The single beds were both only 2ft6 wide and lead to an unsettled nights sleep. The shower in the bathroom also had low pressure was a fixed shower head which was set too low that I had to bend down to get my head wet. In general the room looked bless than 4 star. I had stayed here for a weekend. The room was a decent size and I was pleased to see the bathroom well-stocked with toiletries (in large pump-action bottles as opposed to those tiny containers that you get in most places). The central location meant we could walk to Oxford Street in just under 20 mins but it also meant that it was quite noisy (our room was overlooking a busy street).

I booked a single room, and was happy to receive a large single room with a full bed. The bed was super comfy, and the black out curtains worked a treat. It was quiet despite being on the 1st floor. The bathroom was clean and fresh and a good size. Generally a good stay. Thanks radisson blu! Ps, skip dinner in the restaurant and just head out to explore.
