Stayed here for 1 night to see a west end show. De luxe room was comfortable with features such as kettle, mini bar, trouser press, wall mounted TV and bathroom goodies. But breakfast was not included in the price so we checked out early and walked down Oxford Street to Cote where we had a light, but delicious breakfast before returning home.

Hotel is in a good location, staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good quality products pity they did not have fried eggs. The room was a good size, why do most hotels including this one only put one chair in a double room. Room was very clean and a good size, shame that the shower head needed de scaling as it did not work very well. A great hotel that makes you feel comfortable. Very central and opposite Bond Station, which makes it easy to get around. We were able to have an early check in and also a late check out since our flight was much later. Staff were very helpful and the tea and light meal we had at the restaurant was very good. We had a room at the back so we were not bothered by any noise. Breakfast was great, lots of Freash fruit and delicious Greek yogurt. A hot breakfast was also very good. The room was lovely... It's right opposite Bond Street underground station entrance but didn't find our room noisy from Oxford Street's crowd. Charming hotel, cute rooms, modern bathrooms, good internet, close to everything you need (communication, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing etc.). I did not have breakfast included, although the room cost 240 GBP a night for a single bed so a bit pricy. I would choose it for business trip again though because of the location and easy access to airport by Gatwick Express.

All round, there is nothing to complain about this particular hotel. My stay was brief but enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food in their lounge was mouth watering. One thing I would advise foreign travelers is to be weary of 'incidental charges'. Be sure to ask exactly what the process is before being charged, and to specifically ask how long the reimbursement process will take with your individual (foreign/non UK) card used for the charge. I was informed of a two day wai... Read more

Our first impressions on arrival weren't that good, as there was a lady complaining, queues at check-in and flustered staff. After 15 minutes of waiting, we were asked to check in at which point we asked if our room was ready but at 2.15pm, it wasn't. As we had an important prior engagement (that we needed to get changed for), we were told that we could check-in but be 'down-graded', which is a first for us. We had no choice. We had to change. Do not stay here. The Rooms are closets, Internet band is 3rd world, the noise from Oxford is unabated. I believe they just put some lipstick on an old pig and stuck a new name on it. I truly couldn't wait to check out

I work in the fashion industry, so it is the best location for shopping the high streets and department stores. It is a super busy hotel, but the staff are patient and terrific. I would recommend it for business travelers. It is time for the furniture like the chairs in the room to be replaced.

However as soon as we were directed to the First floor for our pre-booked Afternoon Tea - it was a different world. Extremely nice - purpose built Dining Room for the Afternoon Tea Experience. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - excellent Menu and service. Incredible choice of Teas, Coffees and Wines. I booked my father and young brother in for a stay at this hotel, as they had traveled a long distance (8.5 hour international flight) stopping over briefly to meet both me and my other brother. London was the best place to meet, as my other brother and I, live and work far away from each other. It was Saturday (24th Sept 2016), so we went out for a quiet family meal, as I had arrived later in the evening. After dinner, we retired to the Radison blu Edwardian Berkshire hotel bar (around 00:45)... Read more

Great location. Friendly and courteous service, in particular the front desk staff. Front desk staff was most helpful in solving some of a glitch in our reservation. Although a bit pricy for category of hotel, given its location I consider it to be good value for money.

The hotel is located in good location but that come with very loud noise and the window of this hotel (old) does not allow to keep the noise from outside. The room is relatively small compare to other hotel for the sale price you pay. Staff is okay but when they were asked to deal with problem, they turned away. Ie, when I complaint about noise from outside hotel, they asked me to call Police myself!! I wonder if I'm the guest or the host?

The only problem occurred during check-in. We were told that although we'd booked a twin room, none were available and that booking through Expedia didn't actually guarantee the type of room requested! My friend and I were then offered a larger room which would have had some type of roll up bed added for one of us. We refused this, only to be offered another option of a duvet each on the double bed in the room we were originally offered!! How ridiculous! My friend then suggested we could be off... Read more

The hotel itself is right in the middle of Oxford Street so the location is ideal.

Was in town on business. The hotel had been recommended by a colleague. Has 4 stars but is definitely better that many 5 star establishments I have stayed in. The rooms are quite big for a central London hotel (Or at least mine was, maybe a function of the complimentary upgrade on check in) and at circa £160 for a Friday night, B&B the rate was very competitive.
