From the time we entered the lobby at check-in until the morning that we checked out, everyone made their best effort, while making it seem effortless. The entire staff was marvelous, always cheerful, making wonderful suggestions as to where to eat, what to do and what to see. Our room was spotless and well appointed with many modern upgrades & conveniences. Excellent location, next to Oxford Street, in front of Hyde Park. Although luxurious, its not over the top and the bedroom decor is gorgeous. Bathroom is very well designed with special mention to the heated toilet seat, never seen something like this with so many buttons!!! Service to match.

This hotel is gorgeous, well-run and a pleasure to stay in. The staff were extremely accommodating with my early arrival. They were extremely friendly and willing to be of service. My room was spotless, beautifully appointed and comfortable. I was a little concerned that my room on Floor 1, the only one available at 8 am, would be noisy given its proximity to a busy corner with a Tube station entrance. But I understood that beggars can't be choosers and my early arrival limited my options. My co... Read more

The location is hard to beat .. The service and infrastructure after renovation is top class and I have also used the health club post my original stay last December which feels like a perosnal facility with excellent staff Yelena and Bebyoris (spelling). The rooms are well kept and here I ran across Jowita Krzy... The Asst Manager of Housekeeping who obviously runs a tight ship. Looks like Marriott have the North East Cirner of Mayfair sown up .. Couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel. Everything is first rate. From the moment we walked in and Lukas greeted us, we knew this was a special place. He was so polite and thoughtful. The rooms are beautiful. The executive lounge has great food and wine. My favorite part was the pool and lounge. The pool and steam room are not to be missed. So peaceful and Zen-like. Perfect for decompressing from a stressful job. Highly recommended. Represents the Marriott brand so well.

All I can say is "Top Notch!" We stayed at this Marriott 3 years ago and when we returned in May, we were surprised to see that the place was completely updated and/or remodeled. The decor was up to date, yet kept the charm of the Mayfair District in London. The rooms were beautiful, welcoming, comfortable and exquisite. My two young kids loved the toilets, yes toilets, with all the gadgets. The pool was completely redone and reminded me of a luxurious spa. It was bigger, nice chairs to ... Read more

Location: Perfect. Maybe 100 yards from the hotel exit to the Marble Arch tube stop. And located right near Oxford Street shopping. Staff: Main interactions were with the Executive Lounge staff. This team is EXCELLENT. Lounge facilities and offerings are average but the staff is excellent. Room: Small - but not unusually small by London/Europe standards. Extremely disappointed that we had NO VIEW from our room (technically there was a view of a wall 10 feet from our window!). As a Lifetime Pla... Read more

We loved our stay at this hotel! This will be our hotel home when we return in the future. The location was superb, the staff were helpful and attentive, and we had a lovely view of Hyde Park.

Stayed in the Marriott Park Lane for a long weekend as a 30th wedding anniversary treat. Room was lovely, service impeccable, staff friendly and helpful. Pool and gym also perfect for the size of the hotel. Location is also excellent not only for the Royal Parks and Oxford Street/Mayfair but also for public transport. We had access to the Executive Room which was lovely: amazing staff and service. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable and special.

The Park Lane is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. At the time of this writing it had been remodeled a relatively short time ago. Even more recently than that the gym and pool were remodeled. Beautifully appointed the hotel still maintains an inviting and welcoming feel (even with some rather odd modern art pieces). I rented a room with 2 beds and was pleased with the space and the ease to maneuver through it. The bathroom was gorgeous. The bathroom only had a shower, which honestly was fin... Read more

I booked this hotel for a quick trip to London, I wish I could have stayed longer. It's very close to Marble Arch tube station and Oxford Street. This isn't a large hotel, which gives it a personal feel. Checking in was a pleasure, seats in front of a desk, chocolates, a towel and some water. Very clean, well maintained, and very good service. The executive lounge breakfast was very good too.

I requested a different room and they were great about it. Note it is an older building, so not all rooms are the same size. Very well maintained and clean. Great AC and amenities. Conveniently located next to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Easy walk to many locations within the city. Staff was helpful and service oriented. Room was comfortable, quiet and traditionally appointed. We had been traveling in Europe for a number of weeks prior to London and were glad for the calm, dignified ambiance of the hotel. Worth the extra money to have Executive Suite access.
