Had a trade show at the 'Olympia' and found it a perfect distance for a nice short walk even in the London rain. The staff was great and dealt with (probably my own) screw up about not staying for two nights. Extremely tiny room - out of a Dickens novel - but well appointed. A great stopover.

Good position, (close to the tube and near the city center ) and value for money. Room clean and silent and very nice staff . Nevertheless room is very small (we were 4 people) and no breakfast was possible inside. The nearest bar is 5 minutes walk distance.

I recently stayed here with my partner whilst visiting London the staff were very friendly and happy to help the room was clean and bedding/towels were changed daily the reviews I saw were not very nice but this did not put me off as people can be picky but I can honestly say I could not find one fault with this hotel the underground station is not far from hotel so was very handy would definitely stay here again

With 5 in tow, we had the larger family room on the 3rd floor which cost £80. Rooms are small, but it is London. However beds were comfy, and shower had good pressure. Bathroom was a good size. Place was clean and of a better class of budget accomodation in London. Situated in zone 2, the place is a 5-10min walk as you turn right out of Kensington West tube and walk straight for 800m until you see Sainbury's. Turn into that road and walk another 200m and you will see the hotel coming up on the ... Read more

I stayed only one night and had a clean, comfortable room and a nice bathroom. There were plenty of towels, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The lift was modern and reliable. I did not have breakfast but it is available. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.. Good value for money.

This rooming house called a poor excuse for a hotel. Bed was awful. You pay for parking on the street. Guaranteed, we will not be returning to this address. It is quite possible this address would not pass a fire code. The beds sagged and need replacing.

A good place to stay if you have to work in this region. I had to work at Olympia and this was ideally located. Clean, quiet, close to underground, coffee and tea always with you, Sainsbury a block away. I like it.

From the moment we called to book at this hotel we were extremely disappointed. The staff were extremely rude on the phone, and when arriving at the hotel the floors on the room were disgusting and dirty. We weren't told any information about checking out. Really disappointing visit.

Very good standard of room, nice facilities and friendly helpful staff. A decent breakfast would have earned the extra star, but other than that I can't complain. This was a business trip and found the room ideal for working as well as unwinding.

On arriving at this hotel, we were amazed to be asked for some form of identity as our room was already paid for and we are British with a Kent address. We had not been informed that we needed identity on our confirmation. We had our freedom passes, but were so amazed that we forgot to ask what would have happened if we had no form of identity with us. If we were not OAP's we would only have had the confirmation email The room was overcrowded with a double and single bed, which left little ro... Read more

We booked this stay through our US AAA Travel Agent. The booking details required our flight arrival time, so we expected that the room would be available when we arrived at the hotel. We arrived to see a customer being loaded into a real honest British Paddy Wagon! It was disconcerting, but we entered the premises to discover that the hotel had no official parking arrangements, and that we were required to pay £2.50 per hour to park on the street until 8:00 pm. Additi, our room wasn't ready ... Read more
