Good value budget hotel around 1/2hr from central London by tube (though hotel is quite some distance from the nearest tube station). Rooms are across the road from the reception and breakfast area and the layout is very strange - more like a rabbit warren - so we ended up wandering around for some time before being able to locate our room (there is no full corridor on the floor we were on so you had to go along another floor to the end and then up a flight of stairs. Signage could be much impr... Read more

We have stayed at Ibis Styles several times, and have never had a bad experience. On this occasion, as with every other, the welcome we received was warm and friendly. The gentleman who booked us in went out of his way to find us suitable rooms in close proximity. We were given excellent rooms which were all themed on Sherlock Holmes. They have everything needed for a comfortable stay including tea and coffee making facilities, and bottled water. The beds are very comfortable, and linen is ... Read more

Used this hotel over the years in a number of previous guises, and was very pleased with my latest visit. Rooms basic, but redecorated, and brand new bathrooms. Secure parking but only for the early arrivals. Breakfast much less of the bun-fight it had been in previous years, with excellent staff presence, and constant replenishment of fresh croissants etc. Ibis have done a good job, and it shows!

I haven't had any trouble in any ibis hotel, and I like this hotel. Even if it seems far form the center, it takes no more than 20 mins to reach Oxford Circus or Liverpool Street. The rooms are confortables and quite big.

Perfect overnight accommodation, reasonable price, very clean, friendly efficient staff. Not 5 star by any means but good value for price. We have family close by and have stayed everywhere local. This is head and shoulders above the rest. We shall be back and add the extra £5.00 for full English breakfast. Highly recommended for regular visitors.

Simple room, clean, very comfy bed, air conditioning pretty good wifi ,which quite rightly is free. Includes an excellent buffet continental breakfast. Staff all helpful. Better than some budget hotels I have stayed in.

The hotel staff was friendly but a little unexperienced. Maybe a little bit to familiar too. The toilets around the breakfast area were dirty and used, paper was missing twice(on our four night stay) . The room was well kept and clean, good beds, but once we used the cups one day, no new cups came in. How about glasses for a drink instead of plastic cups. Breakfast , every day the same, how about a change in the fresh fruit according to the market day price and how about sliced cheese instead... Read more

The hotel stay was excellent, with a very helpful staff and clean environment. My only gripe was that the bed was too hard hence did not get much sleep. Free breakfast was a plus. My other negative point is that had to pay extra for parking.

Clean hotel and rooms, very good breakfast, nice personal... But, even if I'm an Accor hotels member, even if I booked the room 4 months before, even if I traveled with my wife and child, I received probably the worst room in hotel. Be aware that the hotel has a second building, where the 0 floor is awful. The room window was on a dark corridor, I had felt like in a cellar, without fresh air. In this corridor people walked, so it was impossible to keep the window open. Don't book ever on 0 floor... Read more

Our grandchildren loved the character silhouettes stencilled on the walls with related quotes. The best thing about this hotel is the really comfortable beds, large, fluffy duvets and pillows! The rooms were very clean with complimentary coffee & tea supplies and free wifi. You can adjust the temperature of your room via the thermostat/air conditioner. If you don't have your computer, there is one in the lobby that can be used. The breakfast was more than the continental breakfast we expected! T... Read more

we had a two night stay.Room was clean and tidy. Bed really comfortable. Good value for money. It's a 20 minute walk to the underground. We stayed across from the main hotel it was quiet. We only used to sleep so didn't use the bar. Breakfast was fine, you can order a cooked breakfast for £5.00.

Great hotel for travelers, clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice breakfast. Close to bus stop and 15 min. walk to underground. The staff are very helpful if there is a problem. We were in a room where we could not pick up the wifi, they promptly moved us to another room. Would stay at this hotel again!

Booked by a friend, travelled in Wimbledon week, Lol My only remit was reasonable price, clean with a shower! Boy did this hotel cover all my requests, the room (308) was impeccably clean, the shower large enough for two, powerful and adjustable temperature and without a doubt the loo and shower were the cleanest I'd ever seen! Plus A/C and free Wifi Amazing staff, couldn't have been more helpful if they tried! Platinum 5* Service

Nice hotel, pretty close to centre (zone 3), bus behind the hotel, underground is 10 min from hotel by bus. Breakfast - croisants, bread, ham, cheese, butter, nuttela, cornflacs, tea, coffee, juice ... I missed some vegetable. Ask for rooms after reconstruction, they are good.

This was my second visit to the hotel. I was given a much nicer room this time, recently decorated and thankfully away from the lift! Unfortunately though there was still a lot of noise. Maybe due to how the room was laid out I felt quite uncomfortable as I could clearly hear people talking right outside the door (which happened to be very close to the bed). There was no remote for the air con so had to have the window open which didn't help as the room was facing the car park. The TV remote ... Read more

I booked this on a budget and from that point of view I shouldn't have expected much. Room and bathroom small but very clean, comfortable bed. Staff courteous and polite. If you book here, insist on a room in the main building, not the bizarre, still under construction annexe across the road.

I am staying at the hotel right now. My advice, don't waste your money! No hot water if someone else is in the shower, the hall ways to the rooms stink really bad! There's no hot food at breakfast and the service is terrible! I called reception to ask about the hot water on my first night as I was showering and the water went cold. A guy came only to say I have to wait 20 mins before showering as the hot water had run out! So of course I was late getting ready! The bar says it closes at 11pm but... Read more

Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice people at reception. We stayed for 2 days in London Leyton. A short walk to WHC underground station, because Leyton Midlands is closed right now. You can also use the busses to get into London City. People in the hotel are very friendly and we could also store our luggage on the day of the checkout and visit London. You also get free coffee and water in the entrance area, very nice.

Stayed for two nights with work. My room, was comfy, nicely decorated and cleaned daily. Staff were lovely day and night a credit to the place. Breakfast was fine, nothing too exciting and the offer of eggs or bacon roll would've been nice. Also random seating had people with children spread across two tables and meant using the bar stools each morning for me due to lack of space. Ironing room - difficult to locate, added signage would be great and maybe a couple of new irons too or clean the cu... Read more

Paid £99 for 1 night stay with breakfast. The room was extremely small, we were in the way of each other getting ready. That said the room had appeared to have been recently decorated so was a good standard. Staff were helpful but breakfast was pretty dire. No hot food accept toast and tea. The parking is first come first served basis so get there early! We didn't have a parking space and had to park two streets up (staff said it was a secure car park well it isn't!) Me and my partner stayed here as he was taking part in prudential ride 100. Location was ideal, 10 minute walk to the tube, can get to central London within 20 mins.
