It's small hotel with quite modern style. The hotel has good location. It's just few minutes walk from Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations. Fenchurch Street railway and Tower Gateway DLR-stations are also very near. That's why Indigo is good hotel to stay if you are going to ExCel expo arena. There is also restaurant in the hotel and at least breakfast was surprisingly good. It wasn't include in my room price but was worth of money. One single thing is that they don't have fitted carpets in roo... Read more

Just arrived home after a 2 night stay at Hotel Indigo. My husband booked this for my christmas present and emailed ahead to let them know it was a special occasion. We were greeted by a very cheerful and very helpful girl on reception called Viktorija. We were given an upgrade to King executive. The room was amazing, very comfortable beds, good bathroom, iron, hair dryer, tea, coffee and a complimentary minibar stocked with water, fruit juice, soft drinks and chocolate. We had breakfast in th... Read more

Only stayed one night at this well situated hotel, but will happily stay again. Upgraded to a delightful room, with lots of space, a very comfy bed and excellent bathroom. Free soft drink mini bar and expresso machine, plus plenty of fluffy towels and Aveda toiletries made the sat complete.

Friendly staff - well equiped room - quiet - good breakfast What else would you need? Just one con: floors are quite noisy. I could hear the footsteps of our neighbours. Hope I didn't bother them too much with mine...

Spotless, well equipped beautifully decorated rooms which well above average in size for London. Attentive staff and lovely food. All in a great location in a relatively quiet street, however, still very hand for the City.

Hotel Indigo is a chain with a nice reputation. Though it was tough to find, we enjoyed the location. It's tucked away on a side street, which makes it very quiet and cozy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room has blackout curtains. The service left something to be desired, but we enjoyed our one night and would recommend it for a similar stay.

Had reason to stay in the Tower Bridge area of London again so without even trying another hotel I booked in at the Indigo. From checking in to checking out the experience was great. Good location combined with excellent facilities the Indigo wins hands down. If I had a complaint it was that unusually there was construction noise late evening and early morning that I wasn't made aware of. Other than that the helpful and friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable again. Thanks Indigo

Stayed here mainly for location of the Hotel. Arrived to a very friendly team on reception and checked into our room, which was a superior it was spacious, clean and came with an added extra which was a great idea of a free mobile which was to be used for London sightseeing, we didn't need to use it but we thought it was a fab idea. Highly recommend the raspberry Mojito's from the bar they were delicious. Breakfast in the morning was great, lots of options from full English, to salmon, continent... Read more

Booked this for a night in central london and as it's in 'the city' (Minories) it was very quiet but the amount of secondary glazing kept out any noise anyway. Hotel has a very funky interiors in reception, lift and hallways and was very clean. Room was huge with nice furnishings and comfortable bed. Staff were very courteous and helpful and let us leave our luggage there for a few hours before we checked in. Overall would definitely recommend if in city area.
