Stayed here for 2 nights and must say it was a very great experience! Check in was quick, all information needed were provided. The location of the hotel is good, near the Tube station which makes exploring easy. Around the area, you will also find great selection of restaurants and cafès. In terms of the service, the staff were all switched on, answering questions with confidence and building connection with their guests. A very short 7 hour stay in this hotel but I wish I had longer!! The queen room was great for my 1 night and the huge shower was perfect. Comfy bed and had no problem with noise. Fantastic hotel and extremely close to Paddington Station. Would definitely recommend and I will certainly be staying again!

Wonderful hotel. Staff are welcoming, professional and friendly. Rooms are comfortable, extremely clean and pleasant, super coffee machine too. Slightly quirky as you would expect from a boutique hotel but that appeals to me. Excellent shower and great toiletries, spotless bathroom. I admit I took the remaining conditioner as it was better than the one I usually use. Looking forward to my next stay.

I stay here when flying in from Australia as it is convenient for Paddington. Rooms are small but beautifully appointed. Great staff but this time we found reception understaffed and slow IT system so check in for everyone was a little too slow. Brasserie was friendly, busy, great atmosphere but food only OK. I like this hotel. This was my third stay - two nights before departing London. A major attraction is the convenience to Paddington Station for departures to Heathrow using the Heathrow Express and tube connections elsewhere. Like pretty well all hotels in London, the rooms are not large (especially the bathroom, which is only for one person at a time) but the rooms are well fitted out, comfortable (the bed especially so) and clean. They included a Nespresso machine and free access to non-alcoho... Read more

I stayed here after flying into Heathrow and taking the Heathrow Express so the location could not be better. Although there was plenty of foot traffic at all hours, my room on the 3rd floor was calm and quiet, even with the windows open a bit. My room was a king, with just enough room on each side of the bed to get in an out, but overall the room size was fine. The bathroom is compact but modern, and free bottled water was placed in the mini-fridge. There are many good restaurants within walkin... Read more

This was my first trip to London and Hotel Indigo was recommended by a co-worker who frequently travels to London. It was a tall, narrow hotel neatly tucked into the row of buildings on London Street. It is surrounded by restaurants and little convenience shops. The absolute best part was the proximity to the Paddington Train Station and Underground (The Tube). It was less than 5 minutes to the stations. It was an easy commute to High Wycombe and Reading. I stayed here on two separate occasions just two days apart. The first stay was just myself and I opted for the Superior King. It is the largest room on offer and it was an acceptable size and reasonably comfortable and satisfactory. However, when I returned two days later with my 21 year old daughter, I had booked a twin room. Needed to be going in and out of Paddington, so this was an excellent location and hotel for that situation. Stayed on room at top floor. Room was small but very modern and a very comfy king sized bed. Downsides. Bar/restaurant area. Little space and difficult to navigate when getting food for breakfast. Breakfast staff were not friendly or helpful. They did not offer tea or coffee and they did not like ... Read more

We checked in feeling not best please with our initial room. We made our feedback and service recovery was rendered. Hence, we would like to commend on the front office team and especially to Patrick, whom took it upon himself to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. A room change was organised and a follow up after on our stay provided us the assurance. Thank you and keep it up!

we stayed in Indigo Hotel for a week in September (Last month), our room was good and clean, good location and helpful staff too. BUT our room was having a faulty TV never work and it seemed like the TV problem was going on even before we arrive and when we report that problem we get no respond, the manager offered us to get a compensation refund for that issue and that never happen despite contacting him via email and through their website, it is a shame of dishonesty.

Hotel is very near Paddington Station; in a lovely area for walking and restaurants. It was directly across the street from the Big Bus hop on hop off tour. We had a full breakfast included in the price and it was great! The room was small but we appointed and clean. Also in the room was a cell phone service provided by the hotel which enabled us to call internationally for free--a great feature and service.

I stay in the Hotel Indigo brand a lot as an IHG Platinum member so I've a fair experience acorss the brand. The Paddington one is pretty bad as the brand goes. It felt a little like a hostel. Check in was confused, with the reception staff bickering while they checked me in. The usual Platinum benefits werent explained to me. My King room was miniscule, with no room to walk around the side of the bed. Bathroom was ridiculously small. All understandable in London but don't sell it as a King Roo... Read more

My sister and I arrived to very welcoming staff and a room available earlier than expected. Great location, close to Paddington station and Little Venice; so many restaurants to choose from! Service at breakfast was fast and the room size was better than expected for a London hotel, will definitely return in our next London trip

We stayed here for 2 nights in October. The check in staff were very friendly and efficient. We stayed in a superior room. It was lovely but very small and cramped. The booking form said the room had a King Bed, but I'm pretty sure it was a standard Double Bed. Massive bathroom with a superb shower, and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs which was nice. A fantastic feature they offer is a mobile phone in each room which you can take with you and use for maps, finding things to do i... Read more

Second time at Indigo and I love it! Great customer service from reception staff and special tks to Roger, very proactive manager that ensures that your stay is perfect! Breakfast changed layout since last time but food still great! Perfect location, easy connection with Heathrow airport and central London! I've booked a Executive room and it was much bugger than the one I had on previous stay, good size! I'll definitely come back again!

This was a first visit. It will t be my last. From the minute I arrived I was treated like an olf friend wo was known. Some other receptionists could take a lesson. My room was delightfully decorated and the bathroom well stocked with useful items. My purpose was to be near Paddingtom Station for my Heathrow Exress. A turn left from the door and a less than 2 minute walk and I was IN the station.

This hotel is a really nice, modern hotel. Breakfast is perfect, it has everything you need. Very fresh. The rooms are up to date and so well equipped with everything, though they are small. You don´t even need a charger for your mobile stuff (USB-connection at the bedside table). A very nice feature is the mobile device (maybe a Samsung Galaxy in disguise?) that comes with the room and you can bring out to town and use google maps, free telephone calls (!) and internet on the go. Just great! A... Read more

We have stayed quite a few times at the Paddington Indigo and all the other in London and this is the first time we have experienced this problem. Little lies & upgrades, on a paid stay. We had 2 rooms booked, one under each of our names, a Platinum member & Elite. Upgrades are upon availability at check in, so when you arrive early and superior rooms are showing in the system, the staff knows you will be staying even if room is not ready yet. You wont be a no show, if they are storing you... Read more

To be honest, I had a hard time choosing between Hotel Indigo & the Mercure down the street. There is absolutely no contest between the two. I ended up staying in both & what a terrible decision that was--I should have booked all of my nights at Hotel Indigo! The staff was super friendly & very helpful. The outdoor space was perfect. My room was kept very clean & it was so quiet. It was the perfect escape & exactly what I needed for my vacation. It was also SUPER convenient to have good restaura... Read more

I stayed here for 9 nights in October and found the facilities to be excellent and all of the staff cheerful and very helpful. The buffet breakfasts were exemplary and when I needed some printing done the staff at reception, particularly Mery Esposito, were happy to oblige with a smile. Now for the obligatory fly in the ointment (nothing major, though, there's always something minor to point out I guess), the elevator can be a little slow, the rounded shower screen doors difficult to operate a... We loved this hotel. Great position, minutes to Paddo station, surrounded by restaurants and great pubs nearby. They have 'Handy', a free 4g device for carrying around with you, and we haven't seen it anywhere else. We found this invaluable for mapping and the Internet. Also free phone calls, local and most international on Handy. The heated towel rails are great spots for drying a few items of washing. Room has a sofa, chair, mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bed was really comforta... Read more

Having previously stayed over summer and had a wonderful time, I did not think twice about booking again! The staff did not disappoint and were very attentive, even during busy breakfast times - which I greatly appreciated! The room itself, as with last time, was a good size for a London hotel, and was clean and well-furnished. The location is fantastic, close to transport links and restaurants, with staff very willing to provide directions or recommendations. I do hope to visit again!!

I've stayed in a lot of different hotels near Paddington, but this is the best. It's practically around the corner from Paddington Station and the Tube. So for me was a quick walk from the Tube, then a quick walk the next morning for the Gatwick Express. I didn't have their breakfast, but wifi was strong and check-in was great. Price was great. A very, very modern feel, and I'll stay here again.

Room allocated was large, clean and well furnished. Nice views of the street/gardens. Lovely additional room extras-drinks and snacks included. Had a light snack and glass of wine in the bistro/bar area-very nice and well priced. Quiet nights sleep. Close to the Heathrow Express at London Paddington Station. This was my first stay with Indigo (though I am IHG club member) and I'm happy with it. The room had excellent view on a small garden. It was very quiet even though Paddington is a busy place. Room services included hospitality tray and even a coffee machine. I would like to give special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in (Mary). As I have booked the room on-line and had no further access to the Internet, I got no messages from their head office saying I needed to confirm my booking. ... Read more

Lovely hotel in great location walking distance from the station and to Hyde park. The room was very comfortable and it's worth upgrading and joining their loyalty scheme for extras like late check out which we appreciated. The staff are really friendly and eager to please. The down side is that in the restaurant people can walk in off the street for meals and as far as we could tell no priority is given to guests so we couldn't get a table on a couple of occasions but this is our only complain...
