We loved the hotel, a great boutique experience. The staff was very helpful, the room was great and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, except for one unfortunate experience with the restaurant assistant-manager. This was dealt with by the hotel manager later, and the rest of the staff was very understanding and accommodating. The location is a short walk away from the Earl's Court underground station, and shops, pubs and restaurants are just around the corne... Read more

Had a lovely one night stay here. Everything good about the hotel.Excellent location within no more than a couple of minutes walk to Earl's Court tube. The rooms are very nicely furnished with some extra nice touches such as free mini bar and use of phone and the reception staff when we checked in and throughout our stay were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Well done Indigo. Will certainly stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent position, minutes away from Earls Court station. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, showing me 2 or 3 rooms to make my choice. The room was large, comfortable ,clean and nicely furnished. My only complaint,is the very poor service on the Saturday morning,at breakfast,no one appeared to be in charge, there was a 20 minute wait just for a cup of coffee and no one knew what they were doing. There were no crockery, napkins,or condiments on the table and we ha... My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at the Hotel Indigo. We found the hotel to be in a great location and neighborhood. The walk to the Earl's Court underground station was approximately 5-10 minutes. Upon checking in to the hotel, the clerk made sure that we were given a "great" room because we were staying for 5 nights. Our room was clean, had comfortable beds and we had a lovely view of a small park across the street. We opted to have our breakfast included and while the restaurant w... Read more

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel indigo, and the location can't be beat. It's on a quiet street, but only a block and a half from the Earls Court tube station, convenient to everything, but a little apart from the bustle of the central city. We did a lot of searching before making our reservation and our experience confirmed our initial conclusion that it's the best hotel for the price in London. We had room 15, a lovely quiet junior suite on the first (American second) floor facing the rear ... Read more

No complaint with the room but the customer service was diabolical. My debit card was charged without my knowledge for the tv entertainment service when the website clearly stated it was included in the price. Despite several complaints which literally took up hours of my time, it took nearly two months to get the money refunded. No compensation for my time and inconvenience and worst of all not even an apology. They just said the website was wrong!!

The hotel is in a perfect location; not even 5 minutes from Earls Court Station and a 10 minute tube to Victoria. Rooms were spacious, clean and contained Aveda toiletries, refreshments in the fridge, an iron and ironing bored, a safe and sufficient hangers in the wardrobe. We stayed in room 410 which overlooked Barkstons gardens. The only niggle I have is the lighting in the room and bathroom made putting make up on particularly difficult and this did grow quite frustrating. We did not try bre... Read more

The Indigo London Kensington provides above average accommodations in Kensington. I'll start with what the property is and is not: The hotel is: A small property on a quiet street in Kensington just 2 blocks away from the Earl's Court Tube station. The hotel is not: A luxe city hotel with all of the amenities of a large full service property. That said, the neighborhood is nice with easy access to transport, about 20 minutes or less away from Paddington by taxi and about 25 minutes door t... Read more

Stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend. It's a really lovely hotel, rooms were amazing, comfy beds, enjoyed the free drinks in mini bar and great bathroom. Breakfast service can be a little slow and a few misunderstandings of what was actually ordered. Apart from that I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again when I visit london

We were in Room 614 in the basement but there was a patio door (locked) onto a tiny open space so the room was much lighter than it could have been. This is a perfect hotel choice for sightseeing in London. For me, the key to exploring London is having quick access to the Tube, which is a two minute walk from the hotel. There's plenty of places to eat and small markets as well. I prefer Earl's Court because it's more quite, quaint, some parks and greenery.
