The hotel is located in good area. The rooms are small but nice. Very clean hotel. might need some renovation. The breakfast is fine. The WiFI is too slow. In general if you need good place and quiet to stay I recommend.

We have just spent two nights at this hotel, in an outdated, cold and tired room. The beds had single summer weight duvets, the bathroom was minute, even colder than bedroom and seemed unclean although perhaps it was just 'tatty', Not one single glass, even plastic, was left in the room, event though there was an empty fridge there. The corridors were scuffed and scruffy and the carpet stained. All needs refurbishment. Made error of eating in the Cromwell Tavern, where the food was pub gru... Read more

When we first arrived at the hotel reception to book in, the hotel only had one person down in our booking when it was clear there was two of us booked as husband and wife, when we booked online. they did amend this for us without too much of a fuss, the hotel is in a good location close to Gloucester Road tube station. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay, as we booked the Caribbean night, it was nice to just go up to our room afterwards, instead of travelling in the cold to get home.

Convenient location ,easy access any where , close to tube station . Typical middle range business hotel meet all basic needs . But you cannot expect too much for luxury . Crowded with all kinds of tourists . And facilities are well maintained , some upgrade will be plus .

During my recent stay in this hotel, I landed at Heathrow at 5.00am and took the Piccadilly Line straight from the airport to Gloucester Road, checking in around 6.30am. Given the time unsurprisingly a room wasn't available but the friendly check in member of staff said he would see what he could do and suggested I come back in a couple of hours, after which a room was ready. The room was located on Level 15, away from the road, offering quiet and a great view over Kensington. The room was cle... Read more

Stayed in Dec '16, very comfortable stay, the staff were very helpful. Close to tube station and significant museums. Although it was cold in Dec, the rooms were comfortable and warm! A very ideal budget hotel in London.

The hotel has a perfect location , less than a minute walk from Gloucester road tube station and has everything in its surroundings, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery shops, post office... The hotel even has Starbucks inside it! Very clean and Spacious rooms with nice views. However, the staff are not friendly and are not welcoming at all, to an extent if you call them more than once there tone changes and are constantly not in a good mood. Note : the safe box in the room must be changed as it ke... Read more

From the point of view of sound isolation it is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I was on the 15th floor and still could hear all the traffic throughout the whole night. The windows let any sound in, it felt like there were no windows in my room at all. Moreover, the walls between the rooms are thin and not sound proof either! I could hear all the talking and laughter of my neighbours and didn't sleep at all that only night I stayed in the hotel. Was extremely tired next morning and very unh... Read more

If you book an executive room it will grant you access to the business lounge which offers snacks, light breakfast, drinks. It is good if you are busy with work all day and just need a snack/drink before you go back to your room, also it is a life saver if the breakfast queue is too long. The executive room has a Bluetooth speaker and good toiletries. Some are smaller than others.

Having stayed here several times, because of being used to it, I had come to accept the below standard level of the hotel. However, this time it was just terrible for me to never want to stay here again. The bed and the bath had hair of the previous guest, the kettle for tea was extremely dirty and discouraged me from having tea. The chair was very uncomfortable and the toilet flush did not work. This hotel needs a major renovation very DESPERATELY. Never again. The breakfast room staff are ... Read more
