Stayed here with two friends for the FA cup final at Wembley stadium. We parked out car on site which cost £10 for the night. We was able to check in early, and was given room 778, looking out on to the M4. Room was a decent size, modern, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean and modern. Picked this hotel as its close to Uxbridge where there is various shops and restaurants and you are able to get on the tube into central London. Would definitely stay here again. Taxi wit... We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Heathrow the next morning. We were allocated a disabled bedroom as the hotel was full (we are both fully able) but I have to say the room was great and would be fabulous for a disabled guest. The bedroom and bathroom are large and a wheelchair user would easily manoeuvre around the room and bathroom. (Only negative comment would be that should have walk in shower). We stayed one night after our flight was cancelled and this is where the airline sent us. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere about 10-15 minutes from the airport via shuttle bus (every 30 mins). Architecturally the building looks very 70s as too does the interior. Sadly, the rooms appear never to have been renovated with the furniture in ours being very worn and utilitarian.Certainly nothing to enthuse about though it did have a fridge in the bedroom. Breakfast was pretty basic with a large... Read more

Over the past 10 years I have stayed at the Holiday Inn M4 JCT4 about a dozen times. It has recently been refurbished and is much more modern and comfortable. The location is ideal and the frequent Hotel Hoppa buses make access to the airport very easy. I only ate breakfast at the hotel and that was a little bit of a disapointment because the breakfast buffet has changed very little in ten years. Nevertheless staff were very friendly and efficient

Firstly, don't believe everything you read - we read mixed reviews regarding this hotel and didn't have high expectations but we were in for a nice surprise! The staff were friendly, room immaculate and our buffet evening meal and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Despite been near to Hearthrow Airport, we never heard any planes and can honestly say we had the best sleep ever in a hotel - pristeen sheets, very comfy mattress and a choice of pillows. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Disappointed to say the least. Arrived around 12 midnight and had to join a queue of around six or seven people checking in before me. Very slow, particularly since it was so late. (I know it's an airport hotel). As an IHG member was offered points or a chocolate bar. Allocated a room on the second floor towards the end of one of the corridors. First thing I noticed was the fire door in the corridor - it was damaged - looked like it was kicked in. Definitely not what I would expect from a 4 sta... Read more

One of the few hotels near Heathrow that lets you leave your car in their secure car park while you go on holiday. Stay one night and get up to 14 days parking. Total cost far cheaper if booked early than using airport long stay parking. Hoppa bus every 30 mins takes you to the terminals, picks up from hotel front door. I would have to say that this hotel is pretty average overall . Room was fine with no problems, had a great nights sleep after a busy day in London . The main let down for us was the evening meal . Soup was luke warm (at best) and actually quite tasteless. People were taking their food back and asking for it to be microwaved for a couple of minutes. Staff were very nice and friendly. It wouldn't take much to make this a much more enjoyable experience.

Hotel was clean and toilet was shining!! But it's the most busiest hotel I stay until now, even though the service is still good, just sometimes you have to queue for it. There is nothing around the hotel, so it's difficult to buy snack at midnight. I suggest to buy all the stuff you want before you go back to hotel. Alternatively, there is a vending machine at 5th floor. It sales cola, chocolate, and chips. There is one restaurant at ground floor but not sure is 24/7.
