Stayed a couple of nights mid April with group of friends going on a driving experience around North London. The Hotel is well situated and easy to find although negotiating the very busy roads surrounding the hotel can be tricky. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel, although fairly modern was bland inside, especially the restaurant and bar area appearing as added on to the ground floor as an afterthought. Food quality was okay but nothing special. The rooms were cl... Read more

I love hotel breakfasts. Even when I am not staying in a hotel they are the best places for a quiet, relaxing breakfast reading the morning paper. I had come to the Brent Cross shopping centre this morning not realising that it didn't open till 10am. My Google map didn't offer up any likely restaurant choices nearby but spying the Holiday Inn sign atop the hotel in the not to distant distance I headed that way. Goggle suggested a 20 minute walk via the North Circular but that didn't sound ri... Read more

It's on the outskirts of London, directly off the M1 motorway, so in that sense, very convenient. It's located about 10 minutes walk from the Nearest Tube Station, Brent Cross. The hotel however, provides a free shuttle to and from the station until 11pm, which is really convenient. The local area has a small shopping complex next to the hotel and a large mall across the street with brands like Starbucks, Next, Papermate, EE, Vodafone, John Lewis, so lot's of shopping options. Recognised as a priority club member on arrival, by very helpful reception staff. Also allowed to park in their secure compound due to type of vehicle (satellite truck) at no extra charge. Third floor room overlooking the front was quiet. Room service of olive & cheese starter, falafel burger main, and Eton mess pudding delivered surprisingly quickly for a Friday evening. Another excellent stay. Still my first choice hotel in North West London.

We booked this hotel as it is right at the end of the M1 motorway and perfect for our short break to London. The bonus was on site and plentiful parking at £10.00 per day, which is very reasonable for London. As you would expect, the hotel was spotless throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the sixth floor and although the hotel is close to the very busy north circular road, the room was quiet once the window was closed, giving us a good night's sleep. The bed was... This hotel seriously needs updating. The bedrooms were dirty and the carpets looked well past their best. To top it off they charged an additional £10 to park over night!! Dirty Windows, yellow net curtains and weeds growing out of the roof too. Noisy at the front of the hotel and a terrible view out of the back.

This was my first visit to this particular Holiday Inn. Initially I missed the entrance to the car park but once I arrived I was pleased with the amount of parking available. You are supposed to pay for parking but this charge was waived on this occasion. I chose a room on the tenth floor. The room was spacious and clean, just as you would expect from the brand. There was no road noise which was very surprising considering the hotels proximity to the North Circular. Breakfast was the standard ... Read more

Really lovely room, enjoyed having a sofa too! Staff were also very friendly....I ordered room service and unfortunately that was pretty poor, I got the starter of meatballs and they had a strange chemical taste to them and barely any sauce on them. I also got the garlic bread which was too oily. Would have been nice if it came with a little sachet of salt and pepper.
