The hotel was booked via corporate partners and it's the first time we've stayed here. Having stayed in London many times we thought that we'd seen some of the best (and worst on occasions) customer service. The Holiday Inn staff were delightful. Friendly, smiling and nothing too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Toiletries, tea and coffee are provided. I stayed here over the bank holiday weekend with my husband and 2 children. Not far from kings cross station you can walk it, 2 double beds in rooms decorated very nice. Breakfast was plentiful but can get busy at times. Only problem I had was room not ready after 4pm when I returned from sightseeing even though I'd checked in earlier. They managed to sort it after I refused to wait. I had no problems at all with the refurbishment, I didn't hear any noise on the 6th floor. I would recommend this... Read more

This hotel is the perfect location for arriving in and exploring London. A short distance away from Kings Cross and next door to Russel Square tube. I was running really late for check-in and phoned ahead. A great find and I will use it again.

Stayed here at weekend . As a place to sleep and base from in London ..Great location , especially if need reasonably quick access to Tube or Euston . Asked for a twin and got a larger room with extra bed which we didn't need with huge bathroom ( designed for disabled access) Reception staff are very efficient in a pleasant but "quick " way . Concierge service same . Like another traveller's review I'd describe this place as functional Room clean and beds good . If staying with in a budget... Read more

Holiday Inn Bloomsbury is ideally located for central london via Tubes and also visitor attractions. It's also ideal for business travellers such as myself. I guess by London prices it's reasonable. I always sleep very well here, beds are comfortable and rooms clean, although small, but again this is London. Breakfast is typically buffett, cooked or a range of continental breakfast items. However, english breakfast is very satisfying.

Stayed here for 1 night in July 2016. The hotel is very close to Russell Square tube station and so is easy to get to. Upon checking in we were upgraded to an executive room as we had our 1 year old daughter with us whom needed a travel cot. The reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating of our needs. The room was extremely large by London standards, and was immaculate and clean. Room rate was fairly good at just over 100 pounds for the night. Would recommend.

Stayed here for 1 night the staff were very organised for a large group checking in, breakfast presented well with a large variety. Rooms clean with all amenities required, bathrooms a little small. Only down side was the thinness of the walls I heard almost all doors opening and shutting throughout the night and the traffic from around 4.30am. Beds comfy and a good choice of pillows.

I stayed for 3 nights and have no complaints. The staff was friendly and the concierge offered great tips on restaurants, things to do and how to get around. The hotel was clean and located right next to Russell Square so it's very easy to get around the entire city. I did quite a bit of traveling/stayed in a few other places in Europe and overall the Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury had the best concierge!

I spent 1 night here whilst on business. Check in was straight forward. The room was on the small side with a very compact bathroom but both rooms were clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of choice. Check out was straight forward too. I did feel my room could do with redecorating and a general update.

Stayed one night earlier this week. Hotel booked by the trip organizer. A short walk south from Euston Road, Kings Cross and Euston stations or tube to nearby Russell Square. Nice welcome, receptions and bar area. Room a little small by today`s standards but more than adequate for a short stay. Large TV and free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus. Had breakfast in the morning which was very nice for this range of Hotel, plenty of selection and most importantly warm

Stayed here for one night while attending a concert in the city. The location is great, being only a few minutes walk from Russell Square Subway Station, and has a nice little pub adjoining it which serves great food. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean, well-maintained and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if in the area, and would recommenced to anyone else doing the same.

Stayed her for one night last week. Short walk to Euston station so easy to travel around from there. Check in was quick and staff pleasant. There is extra security in this hotel in that your door pass also works the lift. Anyone can go in a lift but they can not select a floor without puttin the door pass in first. Good that they are addressing security but also suggests it's not in a good place crime wise. There was a terrible smell on the second floor and in our room. This could be due to t... Read more

I have been visiting the Bloomsbury Holiday Inn for 4-5 years now, for a week at a time. I am a member of the HI awards (IHG) as well. This hotel has a convenient location near the tube and 3 train stations and is quiet. Breakfast is very good. This year though I was placed on the 2nd floor- the hallway was reminiscent of a 25 year old college dormitory hall, the carpet is past replacement and the view out my window was quite disappointing (see attached pic) unless you enjoy noisy HVAC equipm... POSITIVES: -The complementary breakfast buffet (full English and continental) was fantastic. Large range to choose from and very yummy. - Great location close to sites and tube. - clean room with tea and coffee making facilities - air conditioning was good but needed because windows don't open and the heating was on despite it being in the mid 20s Celcius outside during the day. Good hotel as what you normally expect from a Holiday Inn chain, but what is really better here is the proximity to the shopping parade at Brunswick as well as the close by Russell Square station. Rooms are clean and fresh, aircon was provided plus a room safe and although no iron and board was to be found in the room, this was brought quickly.
