This was our first stay at an Holiday Inn express property . The positives first - great location as it is 2-3 min walk from Wandsworth town train station with good connectivity to Waterloo for visiting places in central London. There are bus stops closeby as well . There is an M&S food and Macdonalds just outside the hotel . The hotel staff was helpful and pleasant . The rooms were very clean as you would expect in a HI property . Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options. On the flip ... Read more

This place was great, my husband and I booked in for an overnight stay here and it was perfect! The room was lovely, very clean and spacious with a stylish en-suite. Breakfast was included in the room rate it was delicious and offered a surprising amount of variety, and perfectly situated just 15mins walk from Putney east tube station, the staff are also very friendly and helpful. All for the bargain price of £65. Fantastic value for money and you get a nice view of the Thames as well. We will ... Read more

This holiday inn boasts a great location, right next to the wandsworth town train station. A McDonald's and a Gas station with M&S is also just next to the hotel. There are also a few bars, restaurant and supermarket near the train station offering you a lot of convenience. Room is cozy and clean, though I would have prefer it to be slightly more brightly lit and providing more toiletries e.g. Slippers, toothbrush...etc... Bus No 44 round the corner from the hotel will take you into London in less than 20 mins. You also have a the tube 5 mins away. 10 min walk from the hotel is a mall which besides having good restaurants is a good place to shop, definitely cheaper than London. We stayed for 9 days at ths hotel just south of the Thames, The rooms were nice, breakfast was very good and the staff gets an 11 out of 10. Not only were they great while we were there but after we checked out they held our bags in a secure room until our flight out at 9:00 pm. This allowed us to enjoy our last day in London. Well done.

I stay here on a fairly regular basis with work and this time I felt compelled to review. The hotel is a standard holiday Inn express, good size comfortable rooms with double bed and sofa bed. The bathroom is small but functional with a shower cubicle (no bath). Rooms are kept spotlessly clean and there is air conditioning for those warm days. What makes this hotel stand apart from other holiday express I've stayed at is their fantastic team of staff. Everyone you encounter is polite and helpful... Read more

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is reasonably priced and the train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. After checkout the hotel staff kindly allowed for our car to be parked at the hotel for a more more hours at no extra charge which was a nice gesture.

The staff are excellent. Our booking had been badly handled and the hotel couldn't deliver what had been agreed but the reception staff tried so hard, did everything they could to help and get us the best possible outcome. I was so impressed with how they even offered to move their own cars to allow us to park. Their attitude made up for the booking problems. We went last summer like tourists, to visit the city. It was a clean, quiet and confortable hotel, with a very good access to the public transport, free WiFi and a good staff. I think it is the perfect option if you want a place to rest after a hard touristic day, where you can relax or go out to the near pubs. I would repeat!
