Stayed on business excellent hotel, I was given one of the new re-furnished rooms which was very nice. Large comfortable bed table, sub plug sockets and all the usual facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast as standard for a HIE. Small car park for 22 cars £15 for 24 hours although these spaces cannot be reserved. It's about 5 mins walk to Hammersmith tube and probably 10 mins walk to the Hammersmith Apollo or whatever it's called nowadays.

Lovely welcome, as we walked in. Very helpful, pleasant staff, who bent over backwards to help. We needed to change room, so we could have twin beds, due to my back being very bad. They gave us a great room. The room had been refurbished. Very clean, nice modern room. Two large single beds, separate shower (with shower gel/shampoo and soap), clean towels and toilet and TV. We booked here as we were attending a concert at the Apollo. Perfect location only 10 minutes from station and on the doorstep of the venue. Very clean room, newly renovated, nice layout..particularly liked the bathroom door that closed off the toilet from the shower and sink. Attached to a wetherspoons and in a main shopping street if you forget anything. Breakfast was complimentary and nothing special but it was good quality. Staff on reception very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It all felt very genuine, instead of reading from a script or following hotel policy, as I've encountered in other places. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was small though - for our ten day stay it would have been lovely to have a few drawers or shelves to unpack a little. There was only one baggage rack, which I claimed, so my husband was stuck with flinging his suitcase on the bed, getting what he needed and packing up again. A minor inconveni... Read more

Centrally located in Hammersmith just a stones throw from Ravensbrook Underground this hotel offers comfort and excellent service from all the staff. A Whetherspoons next door offers good wholesome food. The breakfast on offer is more than adequate to set you up for the day. Has its own car park which is helpful but is on a first come first served. Excellent value.

The rooms have been redecorated so they feel a bit more modern than previously, the hotel is easy to get to (either Ravenscourt or Hammersmith stations) so only a half hour underground ride from the centre, there's plenty of pubs and restaurants locally, and it's only a short walk to the Thames footpath if you want to stretch your legs or go for a jog.

This hotel was small, but just what was needed for a four day trip to London. It was about a 10 min walk to the tube and had many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were a bit small, but clean and priced right. The staff were friendly and helpful. This will be my go-to hotel on my next trip to London.

This Holiday Inn Express is in a great location, about a 7-minute walk from the Hammersmith subway station - longer if you have luggage. Between the station and hotel are a nice variety of shops from Primark to Marks and Spencer to Clark's and a bakery with the most incredible gluten free chocolate muffins. Hammersmith subway station has lifts, so moving luggage there is easier. A Tesco is in the station as well, and a variety of other shops and restaurants. The hotel was a good spot to stay. Ov... Ok Hotel in western London. A ten minutes walk from the tube station wich can offer the Picadelly Line and the Hammersmith Line (ends here). A decent room size and an excellent and helpful Latvian lady on this floor room service. Helpful and friendly staff at front desk. This is another London hotel (and it may apply to all of them in this company) which does not serve bacon at breakfast with an already pared down and basic hot offering. Why is this, or am I to wonder whether it is because of the middle eastern clientele and the wish to not offend. Well I am offended by it not being provided. Being treated to a one night break in London, and having requested a double room we were very disappointed to learn when we arrived that the only remaining rooms were 'twin'. The best that could be offered was that we could 'push the beds together' - hilarious because at best they were only 5cm apart anyway! On the positive side it was a quiet night's sleep in a comfortable (single!) bed.

I have stayed several time at the Holiday inn since this is close to our UK office. The rooms were refurbished and now have a nice and modern look. The beds are really good and I always have a good night rest. The room is also equipped with iron and hair drier as well as plenty of towels. The reception staff is very nice as for the breakfast typical British menu plus some yoghurt, pastry, cereal and something light to put on bread. A good stay for a hip location such as Hammersmith.

The hotel, room and stay itself was an average stay for one night in an average hotel. Can't complain about that. My reason for the terrible review is for the fact that when I met my partner at the hotel, he then went downstairs and paid for my car to be parked in the small hotel car park over night - 24 hours parking for £15 if you are a guest at the hotel. Stayed in Holiday Inn for 1 night between connection flights and everything was beyond perfect !!! Room is nice, reasonable space and spotless clean. Breakfast was served very early so we could eat before the flight. So everything was perfect. Well done guys !! Great management of the place. Internet is limited in 0.5mbps which is very basic, but works and is ok for an overnight stay.

Me and my daughter travelled 3.5 hours to get to the hotel on Monday 7th November 2016 as my daughter had an interview the next day at Disney HQ on the 8th. We arrived late at 9.30pm and realised that my daughter had forgotten her interview clothes. The two ladies at front desk in the hotel who were checking us in realised the dilemma we were in and knowing that the local clothing shops had closed started to research what clothing stores would be open early the next day and how to get to them on... I booked this hotel for a business trip to London on the IHG website and paid (or thought I'd paid) by credit card. Lo and behold upon arrival I was told that my pay before arrival booking had been cancelled as my card had been declined. Upon calling my bank I was told that the decline had happened due to the their 360 degrees security feature in which the payment must be processed through the banks gateway if the card is not swiped. So, between the IHG systems and the bank's system I was suppos... Read more

Previously stayed at HI Express, Hammersmith and returned for a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a fairly recent renovation and our room and bathroom were outstanding. They were kept quite clean and well stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Front desk helpful, as TV was inoperable and I mentioned it to the front desk. Young man said he would change our room if necessary, but he came up to the room and was able to simply tighten the cable connection. The bre... Read more

I used this hotel recently whilst going to a gig in Shepherds Bush. The hotel was a little hard to find at first as the entrance was down a side street off the main road, but that was my only issue with the place. The reception was well organised and very efficient with check in taking less than a minute to complete. The room was good with a comfortable bed and equipped well for a Holiday Inn. I did not eat there but the bar was open when I got back late which was a nice touch. Overall if you ar... Read more

Lovely reception greeting and prompt service booking in. Comfortable, clean room and we slept like logs. Usual quality, hot breakfast in large eating area. Only 10 minutes stroll to the Apollo for a gig. A good base.

I stayed here with my daughter to attend a seminar. It was so much nicer to wake up in the same place and not have to go out in the cold. Beds were comfortable, choice of pillows, very clean and towels changed every day. Couldn't fault it. Because we were attendees of the seminar we were given a good rate too. Plenty of little eateries nearby for lunches of evening meals. Staff were very helpful when needed but not in your face.
