We stayed for 3 nights while visiting London. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to either the West Kensington or West Brompton tube stations. We found the West Brompton to be convenient enough, so we used that daily. The room was a tad small. There were only rooms with two single beds remaining, so we were stuck with that. There was a chair, a desk and the two beds. The beds were shaky but otherwise comfortable. An iron and ironing board had to be requested from the main desk, and a rather ol... Read more

We stayed as family of four with pre-teen children. Rooms are small but clean and everything you need. Sofa bed for children. Breakfast included was simple but very convenient including hot items like scramble eggs, sausage and more. A vending machine for everything you could have forgotten. We will go back as all one need from hotel when out all days enjoying London with sites and great food.

Booked a twin room in advance and got a decent room in the annex on the third floor. Staff were helpful, service was good and check in and out was very easy. A good location about 10 mins from the tubes at West Brompton and West Kensington on the district lines.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. It is within walking distance of three tube stations - West Kensington, West Brompton and Fulham Broadway, so transport options are good. Our room was on the 3rd floor, so above the traffic noise. The room was large so that we could spread out with out bags. The breakfast offered was very good.

We stayed here for one night with our 8 year old. The location is handy only a 5 min walk from a tube station and has a bus stop outside. The hotel was clean and the bed comfy. Some noise outside but that's to be expected! The air con was also a bit noisy.... Breakfast was ok. No bacon and pretty basic but ok. I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was really.

The Hotel was clean, breakfast served every morning, and staff was just amazing- very helpful and with great sense of humor. Instead of closing bar at the lobby at 2:00, they adapted to the guests and closed 1 hour later than usually 2 days in a row! Recomend 100%!

No nonsense, does what it says on the tin. Well situated about 400metres from South Kensington tube station. Rooms are spacious. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast menu limited, only hot foods were sausages and scrabbled eggs. But other wise very suitable.

Had to stay in this hotel as my usual Holiday Inn was fully booked. You get the usual high level of cleanliness and service that you'd expect of the IHG chain but if is a fair old slog from the nearest tube station through some fairly residential areas - glad I was there during the summer, not sure how safe is have felt in the dark and later at night. But that's just speculation... Can't fault the hotel or staff they were very good.

Nothing terrible about this hotel, but nothing to make me want to return either. Was greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic receptionist on arrival, but to be honest her "enthusiasm" seemed too good to be true, especially when she described my IHG status as "wow, thats amazing", and then proceeded to tell me that they had put me in the annex rather than the main hotel because the rooms were newer - this may or may not be true, but her over forced enthusiasm certainly made me doubt it. Hotel was convenient (5 mins walk to West Brompton tube) & there was nothing about our stay that we were unhappy with (apart from the England football result which wasn't the hotel's fault!). We were welcomed by happy, friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern, comfortable and spotless, and, considering it's location, remarkably quiet! The location is perfect for a one night stay after a concert like the one we went too but would be just as good as a base for a few days in the city. You can be in the West End in less than 30 minutes, but would advise getting an Oyster Card. Breakfast is included and was one of the better HI Express breakfasts I had!

Stayed here for two nights 28 and 29 June 2016. Stayed in the "annexe". Handy for Wimbledon tennis, as it's on the District Line. V. good, v. clean. Location excellent. 15 mins walk from Stamford Bridge, Fulham Broadway (for Weatherspoons, Pizza express, etc). Minor gripes- no HD tv and unable to see the controls for the Air con. as that part of the room is very dark. Also the air con icons-what do they mean? However still 5 stars and will use again.

The hotel itself is placed a little bit outside the centre of London. There are many small shops on the opposite street of it. And there is a really cozy bar/restaurant nearby called the grey goose or something. The breakfast is great, especially if you love croissants with chocolate in them.

One of those times again where you need to find a place at the last minute during peak season. HI is usually reliable and so this turned out be ok. Typical Holiday Inn with fairly modern rooms in a not so great location. Comfortable to sleep but make sure you have dinner somewhere else before returning to it at night! Good wifi, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Would return if I needed to be in the area.

Bathroom clean , shower big . Staff friendly . I was not impressed with Housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:45 am to see if we were going that morning , other than that all good. 6 mins walk from West Kensington tube so good transport links

This hotel is located near the tube stations west Kensington and west Brompton for an easy 10 minute walk. The room was small but nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was excellent and accommodating to any need we had. Just FYI there is no early check in and flying from far away was a long time to wait. This hotel was very busy and especially during breakfast which was delicious and kept very clean and stocked full. If you are looking for excellent dessert go to the crepe factory!

From what I'd seen of the area, I was not expecting much of this hotel. How wrong I was. I was received by reception warmly, quickly and easily checked in and was in my room in minutes. The room was modern and well laid out, and best of all there was air con that chilled, beautifully chilled. Following a quiet and chilled nights sleep, breakfast was basic, but satisfying. My only grumble is that there was no evening food, so you had to venture out. A very enjoyable stay.

A clean and comfortable budget hotel. Smart and with comfortable beds and rooms. The room was a family room and was slightly on the small side, but had everything we needed. Breakfast time was slightly chaotic with long queues but the food was good for the price. Parking was onsite and was £20 per night. Staff were very friendly and attentive. It's a ten min walk to nearest tube on district line so easy to get to main attractions. I would recommend.

We stayed for four nights and had mostly positive experience. The only hiccup happened when they failed to give us a wake up call the very first morning, but going forward it went well. Beware that is a very basic hotel, no extras, very limited space for hanging/putting clothes, nothing fancy, room sizes are very modest. Firstly, it's my fault for not noticing how far this is from Earl's Court tube station. You need a taxi to get to the hotel with luggage; it's a 20 minute walk. However, the front desk was slow to call a taxi on one occasion, and on the other, secured a taxi that charged twice as much as I paid for the same trip previously. But the real issue was the sound of sloshing water for what seemed like hours throughout the night. There was enough space for a London hotel and the breakfast was OK. ... Read more
