The two of us were working in Southall for 3 months from January to March, with another colleague now regularly staying on a weekly basis, and the hotel provided a really lovely and comfortable home from home. All staff were absolutely lovely, and Ben the guest services manager was a great laugh and nothing was ever too much in order to make our long stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were always clean and comfortable, and beds were perfect. Wifi is fantastic, and can be accessed all over t... Read more

This was one of the best hotels I??ve stayed in, in a very long time. The pillows were just perfect the bed was divine to sleep on and the room was spotlessly clean as was the common areas in the hotel. It really has been a long time since I strayed in a hotel and got such a great nights sleep. There was zero noise from outside due to the triple glazed windows and there was also no noise from the neighbouring rooms due to the soundproofing. I was there for one night but would of happily of ... Read more

This hotel is situated in a very busy London borough on a main road full of restaurants and bars. Despite this there is no noise evident in the rooms which are modern, very comfortable and well equipped with safe, kettle etc. TV and iron etc. An excellent walk -in shower, all clean and modern. The breakfast is a fairly basic hot buffet with some choice of continental breakfast fare which is perfectly adequate. The coffee is also excellent from a bean to cup machine with the hotel encouraging gue... Read more

I was working in the City for a few days and this hotel was cheap in comparison to other London hotels and its new so figured I would give it a go. Location wise its easily accessible from Paddington station it took me around 15-20 minutes to get from the hotel to the centre. The staff where awesome, however the hotel didn't seem aesthetically finished, there where workmen doing some painting and a few other bits which longer term won't be an issue. The rooms are great you have sockets and USB... Read more

Our visit to Holiday Inn Express, Ealing was not a holiday as such but a family emergency that took us from Australia to Ealing where we found this amazing boutique hotel. We stayed for nine days and were looked after like royalty and given encouragement from very caring staff. Ben, the manager, was extremely helpful beyond the call of duty as we're all his reception staff. We had a wonderful room which was fitted out so well. We will never forget the amazing treatment we were given and would re... Read more

I cannot fault our stay! Lovely helpful staff, convenient location for city and Wembley stadium. Clean modern rooms with wifi, air-con and snazzy tv! Shops and restaurants/fast food around hotel. Lovely breakie, even had takeaway bags and cups so that you can take some food for your journey! Shared a cab to Wembley stadium with another couple staying at the hotel and it cost £20 between us! Will be staying here when we next go to Wembley :) Thank you lovely staff.

As it is new there is not much to fault. Everything is clean and tidy and obviously brand new. Surprisingly the room was a good size with a very high ceiling which made it feel very large. The bathroom was rather small but a very good size shower. Check in was fast and friendly. No bottled water even for IHG customers. Tv was quite small for such a large room. I liked that the doors do not slam. The bed was nice and comfy, I had some very flat pillows which did not help but did have a good sleep... Read more

I booked this hotel for a workshop I needed to attend in the area. I've been in London several times and stayed central for similar price to this hotel. To be fair it's has modern comfortable rooms, fantastic staff....but situated in a scruffy area. A bus stop shelter is directly in front of the hotel doors which gives an odd feeling when going out the hotel. I had to weave through people just standing waiting for the bus. Also, the lack of hotel parking was also not ticking all the boxes for... Read more

If you like to be surprised, this is the Holiday Inn Express to stay. This brand new hotel features the 4.0 (I hope I rember properly) design of this chain. I really found it more friendly, relaxing compared to the usual standard. The room and lobby were very clean, surriundings with various restaurant options.

We stayed there for one night. Nice surprise. Clean and modern hotel. Ealing Broadway station is about 20 min walk of 8 min drive. Getting to central London is about 30 minutes with few tube connections. Good selection of breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. There was a free wifi access.

I was really surprised at how good this Holiday Inn Express was after having stayed in several others which were just run-of-the-mill types. The rooms made clever use of space and there was a safe, comfy chair, desk, big TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, double shower and best of all great air con which was needed. Not sure if it's just been built or recently refurbished, but everything looks brand new and spotless. There's even a tablet downstairs in the bar for people to use free of charg... Read more

The hotel is located in West Ealing with regular buses right outside to Ealing Broadway Tube and about a 20 minute walk from Ealing Broadway Tube on the central line. It is right in the middle of the high street shopping area in West Ealing. The hotel is brand new and sparklingly clean. I was told it only opened in June 2016. The communal areas were small with a small bar area where breakfast was served and little sitting area. The room was a twin and was not huge but big enough for two. There w... Read more

I stayed here on my own as was travelling for business. I often stay in Ealing but hadnt noticed this place and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Though quite small for a double room everything was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was nicely fitted out and the bed was comfy. Common areas were also clean and comfortable and there's even a small bar area. Had a really pleasant experience here. Its a brand new hotel and very elegantly done up. Rooms are a bit small but I guess that is expected from a London hotel. The staff is really warm and helpful. We stayed there for 8 days and had a lovely homely experience. Breakfast is good but wish they had a little more variety. They could have kept something in chicken but sadly it was only pork. Excellent hotel, clean, tidy and good breakfast for the money. Only little issue was that the room was very hot and we were not able to cool it with the air conditioning. I mentioned it to reception on checking out and was then told that they could regulate it from there also. I will bear this in mind for future visits. All in all very happy.

Clean room with great beds to sleep. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly. Although a little bit outside London center, you can easily travel with public Transport. Either take bus E3 to Northern Fields (5 minutes and switch to Picadilly Line) or E8 to Ealing (5 minutes and switch to District/Central). Busses stop in front of the hotel. Travelzone3 but easy to do with the Oyster card.

New, slick and clean hotel design. Suited mainly for business travelers but i would not rule out couples arriving for few days staying here- IF the price is right. Normally, price is more or less the same to rest of the hotels around in the same level, however, once the price goes up, it makes the value for money a little low since the biggest caveat of this hotel is the street and environment around it. Not the nicest shops or even the place to walk around in. 1 mile away you will find nice sh... Read more

The staff was really nice and the entire hotel very clean. Compared to other hotels of similar price categories this one is a jackpot. Maybe it's just us but we really care about hygiene so this was definitely a pleasant surprise. The beds were super comfortable and you could choose between a soft and a firm pillow. You also have the option to control the detailed temperature of the room which was really helpful since the window was really small. We are definitely coming back to this one!

I stay there 3 nights for my business trip. Hotel is great, breakfast is good. Room is clean. No complain at all. From LHR to hotel by uber around GBP22-25. Very reasonable price. Or easy to take the train, then change bus. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Behind the hotel has supermarket, very convenience. The only thing is the surrounding area is pretty quiet after 7 (most of the shop are closed). Hotel security is good. I recommend this hotel.
