I'd stay again just for the great location - connected directly from its back door with a covered pathway to the train station. Staff helped carry my bags to the station and get Heathrow Express tickets. Seamless connection. Excellent service. Especially Mario and another gentleman at the concierge were so friendly and helpful. They have Heathrow Express schedule on the screen at the concierge to help you check the best train on schedule for your flight. One thing needs to be improved is the ba... Read more

I paid £130 on an advance rate. At this price point it was a solid choice. Though the check in line was long. The room was on the 6th floor, relatively small, clean and very quiet - inside room, overlooking the station. Shower was powerful and as hot as needed. Internet was relatively quick - quick enough for a video call with some loss of quality. Bed was firm and comfortable and I got a great night of sleep. I did not do breakfast, line was too long. I am a Hilton Diamond member so I stay in a lot of Hiltons. Upon checking into this hotel I was pleased to be upgraded to a two-room suite at the front of the hotel. While the rooms were spacious unfortunately, we had a problem with the toilet that would not flush properly. We reported it to the Front Office Manager who arranged for us to move to an even bigger suite that had two bathrooms with two working toilets. I chose the hotel for the location near the station which was great. All the staff were very helpful. I found the room too hot and it was difficult to sleep. The street noise was also disruptive. We had drinks and dinner in the hotel. The meal was great but the drinks were very expensive £9.50 for a glass of champagne was reasonable but £6 for a small filter coffee was ridiculous. I would stay again but would probably not eat or drink there again.

The Paddington Hilton is a great hotel... ideally located both in terms of arriving from Heathrow (15 minutes on Heathrow Express) and the hotel is also located on major bus and tube stops. Ok hotel. I felt it was a bit over priced. Also the diesel fumes from the Paddington train station kept filtering in my room. The bed however was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. I do wish however that drip coffee would be made available in the rooms instead of instant coffee.

We stayed here Saturday night, and being an old hotel we were pleasantly surprised how modern it was. Our bedroom was very nice and comfortable, you can tell it's been modernised instantly by the USB port incorporated in the sockets. The buffet breakfast was very good, the location was perfect we strolled to little Venice, and Hyde Park. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel for a week in June 2016. The hotel is ideally located above the Paddington station. This is ideal to get anywhere in London. Heathrow express can get you to the airport in 15 min, and you are only 15 min walk away from Hyde Park. Also around the hotel you can easily find all sorts of supermarket, fast food, etc. The experience with the hotel itself is rather disappointing. Top notch in every way. Excellent location for getting the Heathrow Express (which is a very short and convenient way to get to LHR). Tower room was exceptionally quiet and the Lounge was terrific. Comfortable room, very good standard of cleaning. Tea, coffee, cookies, water were available in the room and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. It was a bit hot on the day I arrived, but the a/c worked very well. The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well (and I've spend countless sleepless nights in hotels...). Good selection of TV channels. Concierge was very helpful, when booking a cab to the airport on the day before departure.

I would deffenetly use this hotel again. It was easy to leave Heathrow airport in early 5.10 train from this location. As a family of four, our options were limited in London. We settled on a room with two queen beds. The best feature of this hotel is the proximity to the train station. The Heathrow express took us 12 minutes. We enjoyed the Exec Lounge for breakfast and evening snacks/drinks after touring around each day. A few items prevented me from checking excellent: 1. the neighborhood around the train station is not as nice as other parts of London, which is always the case when it comes to train stat... The rooms are a little tired and the entire hotel is heated to around 25 degrees which makes it stifling and does not help you have a good nights sleep. I arrived at 10.30am and got back to the hotel at 8.30pm but had to ask for my bags to be taken to the room, rather than the receptionist organising it. It's the small things that make a difference and for the room rate I would expect better service. If guests cannot check in early at least make it a little easier for them when they finally get ... Everything was fine, great location. Walk out the back and you are in Paddington Station. Easy access to the Heathrow Express and to the Underground; main line for me was the Circle Line to Westminster and Victoria. Last night we were there, the weather in London was hot, A/C seemed weak, so they brought us a fan and cleaned the air filter, everything was good after that.

This area is all about location and convenience, and not a bad place to stay at all. I do not expect too much from large hotel chains as they are what they are; their size obviously prevents them from what smaller hotels can do, but I had no complaints during our stay and we enjoyed the luxury and services that were provided in the room. We did not experience any F&B but we were happy with our room, large and well appointed. Great location for the obvious road, rail and bus links. Buses 7 and 23... Read more

I love that you can chose your own room on the floor plan via the Hilton app, which got me a much larger room than most others in the same category. Perfect location- probably is the most common reason travelers choose the hotel for their stays! It actually right above Paddington Station , so if you are traveling from Heathrow on the Heathrow Express you can easily walk into the hotel right from the station. It's great for a short stay, the rooms are quite spacious, although they do need renovation. The gym is tiny, but the concierge service is really great! Friendly staff, really cute lobby!

This is my first choice whenever I'm staying in London. The hotel is very convenient, even more so than the ones located by Heathrow. To depart for the airport, you basically stumble out of bed, go down an elevator, then an escalator, and you're within sight of the ticket kiosks and platforms for the Heathrow Express. 15 minutes later, you're at Heathrow. They greeted me as a valued customer when I checked in and during my stay. I couldn't ask for a better staff. The restaurant is convenient and the food is very good. The bar is a nice place to have a drink and unwind after the long day.

It has a perfect location ?? just opposite the Paddington train station. We could even walk nearby places like Bayswater, Nottinghill. Like what we would expect of any 5 star hotels, it offers all the modern facilities (wifi, cable TV, room services). Because our flight lands very early in the morning, we are grateful that the check in staff accommodates our request for an early check in.

The staff and hotel was great. Location was good-lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and tube nearby. Very accessible to airport with Heathrow Express. Unfortunately Paddington station was under construction/closed when we were there so we had to walk to another station which was not too far. We did use Uber and did not pay an arm and a leg since hotel was pretty close to everything.

Stayed at the tower a modern newt building than the old Hilton paddington. The new tower is connected to the old building via the second floor. The rooms are modern and big enough relative to London standard. I had the access to the lounge where they serve soft drinks snacks and daily hot breakfast. Although the breakfast was very limited. The location of this hotel is what makes great being a walking distance from paddington station. Everything was super clean and the bed was super comfortabl... Read more

Usual Hilton standard, very busy positioned in Paddington station. We upgraded as we arrived to include their business lounge. The cost is £25 per person per day which delivers outstanding value for money. A constant flow of teas coffee and soft drinks sandwiches and nibbles all nice and fresh available all day. A selection of wines and spirits for a couple of hours on an evening. If you upgrade to a higher class room for £50 per night per room you get the lounge included for your stay. Just ... Read more

We stayed for a lightning quick stopover and wanted to be near the train station. This hotel shares the same building with Paddington station so transfers to and from trains at the station is convenient. The rooms look to be recently updated and was very comfortable. Of special note, Manoush and his staff in Steam Bar, Kevin in the Restaurant who knows everybody! Mark the doorman is an incredible individual I met him the day the place opened. The staff in the executive lounge are delightful. Rakesh on the front desk is most accommodating, as are his wonderful staff. I must mention James in sales too. No nega... Read more

We travelled to London by train and wanted a hotel near to the main transport hub. Therefore this is an excellent base. I can't fault the hotel in any way; rooms are clean and fresh, the hotel is immaculate, and breakfast is awesome. If you're after a room with a view (we were not) then you might be disappointed as this is Paddington after all. A great few nights, will stay here again.

I am an HHonors member and I typically stay at Hilton hotels in my business travels. Standards at this Hilton are definitely lower than elsewhere. 1) Check-in was a hassle. 2) My room was on the 6th floor. To reach the room, had to walk a good 150 yards and a 7-step stairs (!) in between (not a pleasant surprise esp when you are with luggage) 3) Foul smell in the bathroom 4) Water pressure in the shower went on and off, so did the temperature, overall very uncomfortable 5) No slippers 6)The com... We've stayed at Paddington Hilton a number of times, and some things never change and sometimes, that's a good thing. Rooms are spacious albeit starting to show some aging. It's an older property so one would expect some "character". The convenience is it's directly above 4 tube lines, and a 5th about to be added with the new Elizabeth line. It's also the terminus for the Heathrow Express...so you're never more than 15 minutes from the airport. Room service is prompt, efficient and friendly a... Read more

I think the best feature of this hotel for me was its proximity to Paddington Station from where you can get tube, rail to various parts of England and all the travel pass and tickets to various attractions. Other than that it's a grand hotel with lovely staff and meal. The room is a lot bigger than what you are used to while staying in London so that is a plus.

When in London with girlfriends one cannot miss an afternoon tea with sparkling wine, pepperminth tea, sandwiches and small petit fours. Hilton hotel gives a warm welcomming with polite personel. The tea, wine and cakes are tasty and delicate. The sandwiches are a bit boring with white loaf and cucumber. Traditional, yes, however not an amazing culinary experience. All in all a very nice chance to experience britishh traditions and customs for a reasonable price.

With a direct connection to Paddington Station, if convenience is what you need, you can't beat this establishment. Heathrow Express will take you direct to Paddington Station and you can walk directly into the hotel without stepping outside. Being centrally located in Paddington helps you in getting places as well, so again... Can't beat the location. Otherwise, it's a basic hotel that could probably use some renovations/modernization. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty too.

Great location hotel which is right next door to Paddington train station. I stay here some times if I can get reasonable rates. Staff are always friendly and check in is usuallu very quick and stress free. The executive/club rooms are very nice here and offers a lounge with this also. Have not eaten at the restaurant though seems nice. Has a night club in the hotel which gets busy with people outside it, kind of ruins the ambience of Hilton brand..
