Been here few times and it has delivered what you would expect from Hilton brand, Nice layout, clean room and bathroom. Bartender was great. Price is within London level and quite a few local shops around the hotel, I would stay again. Thank you

Stayed at this hotel whilst attending an event. It is a clean and comfy hotel but the room is tiny. Restaurant not bad and there is a good bar. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. The location is great and close to central London. I recommend this hotel for short stay only. Not luxurious or stylish. It is a business hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and I have nothing but positive things to say. Firstly, I must complement Sarah Sorano, who I must add is a brilliant ambassador of the Hilton Hotel group. I initially had a problem with my room and she attended to it immediately and even on check out was able to assist me with a special request in a professional and pleasant manner. She made me feel welcome and set the tone for my stay. The second room that I was given had all the amenities needed in a l... Read more

Friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help and great bar and restaurant service. I had a couple of things to sort out while I stayed and all the staff I interacted with helped and accomodated my requests without any hesitation. The room I had was a little outdated but clean, presentable and perfectly adequate for my stay. If I'm in the area again I would certainly stay here.

Having been before it was a good choice for location. Quite a big hotel but spaced out well. Our room 6062 was on the executive floor but I would not want to stay in this room again, everytime someone flushed their toilet either next door or above the noise when it was re filling was horrendous, waking up at various points throughout the night. The hotel was typical of its era, public areas spacious but standard twin bedroom was small. Staff were courteous and friendly. Carpark, though tight to get in and out of, had plenty of spaces. Good for public transport and relativley easy to get to and from the North. Slighlty disapointed in the dining facilities main restaurant only open for Breakfast. Bar diner menu was a bit limited.

It was so laid back & a great choice of food. the staff are nice and can't fault them ( but didn't have any interaction with any of them anyway, but the hotel rooms are very old, tired, the bathroom is below any 2 stars standards, it is like if you are staying in travelodge. This hotel is a little pricy but I 5 min walk to the underground and if you are after shopping 10 min walk in a very nice and large mall. All kinds of restaurants are there. The best part is its breakfast. It really is completed. The staff are super helpful to book you any tours or to give you any information. So I guess, that explains the high cost.

The hotel was a usually high standard Hilton one, with very friendly attentive staff especially in the Executive Lounge. As you would expect clean and with all the facilities you could ask for. The room size was not great, but it's what you get in London and my only area of disappointment was the noise in the restaurant at breakfast - no doubt due to the acoustics but it was rather unpleasant.

We booked here on a late deal and have to say we were very impressed. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean with good bed and pillows. Staff were very good and extremely helpful. Only complaint was when booking we were not told it was room only and even when we checked in we were none the wiser until we went down for breakfast in the morning. The tube is only a few minutes walk away so location was good as well.

We stayed here one night for an appointment in Central London early next morning. . Although we are Hilton Honours Gold members for many years we always book the Executive room that we require, never relying on upgrades. Upgrades are what happens to other people, we are always given just the category booked & 2 small bottles of water! Loyalty rewards very poor in our opinion. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions over a number of years. It is conveniently located. The staff are courteous, helpful and responsive to one's needs. Access to the Executive Lounge is an added bonus for those times when one get's back to the hotel during the afternoon before heading out for the evening.

Reasonably priced city hotel, stayed for 2 nights, has all you need for a business or sight seeing trip to the capitol. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again. Has a proper hotel feel with huge foyer, front desk, concierge etc. Spacious, comfortable bar area with food available all day. Book B&B if you intend to have breakfast, if you decide on impulse it costs far more! Well placed for Kensington and a short walk to Notting Hill.

I've stayed here a few times and overall I would stay again. On the plus side it can be very quiet, which is always good. Also, it has a really good breakfast buffet with an excellent choice. You are also about 2 minutes from Shepherds Bush tube and the the Westfield Shopping Centre. I agree it is getting a bit tired, the rooms are small, it isn't central. Personally these aren't a massive issue. Finally, on my last visit all the staff I met were very friendly.

We stayed at the Kensington Hilton as Hilton Honors members and it was perfect. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was typical for a European double standard room, but it was great. Location was also great it was out a little which afforded a better price on the room, but the tube station was a 5 minute walk and a 20 minute ride into the old city of London or the British Museum. Good location. It is also closed to one of the biggest malls we had ever bee... Read more

I work in West London 5-6 times per year and use this Hilton most times but would certainly use it consistently if the price was more competitive. As a HHonours member I receive a warm welcome, free wifi and complimentary water but the benefits are limited really.
