Was here 2 nights, and glad it wasn't longer. Room quite small, lobby very small, and elevator quite small. Long hallways with occasional steps up and down. No mirror in room. Breakfast not included, £16 in the restaurant. We went next door to the coffee shop. Very close tube station, and Hyde Park is directly across the street. Modern bathroom, no tub, and very little storage for toiletries. Join Hilton Honors and get free Wi-Fi and bottled water in room. Staff very helpful.

We had a lovely corner room on the 4th floor, which was very spacious and had great views of the park. I have stayed in Hilton hotels all over the world and I think this is one of my favourites. It is/seems much cosier and smaller than most Hilton hotels and this certainly adds to its charm. Breakfast in 'Aubaine' was a very good selection and staff throughout the hotel were genuine and friendly.

I am been very disappointed at Hilton Hotel, but was pleasantly surprised at Hilton Hyde Park. I was there for one night and sleep was main goal. Checked in with the App and got one room allocated, another when I arrived early and a third when I came back. Anyway the room, King Deluxe was very nice and must have been refurbished recently. Comfortable bed, but poor view into a backyard. Anyhow that made the room very quiet. All in all happy.

stayed for three nights in June on business. Hotel was perfectly fine. Small complaints: shower pressure is very poor, there is nowhere for cars to pull in on front which makes cabs and ubers awkward. Overall though a satisfactory stay and the consistency you would expect from a Hilton. Location overlooking Hyde Park was great, and really good for runs walks etc.

Stay somewhere else. The front desk staff lied that they were sold out but were available if we paid for an upgrade. Then put us in a room that had wet carpets. Switched us into a downgrade but told us it was the same. When we complained that magically had 4 rooms that were available for us to move to either that night or in the morning. A house keeper walked straight in without knocking. And when we came back the next day after being out our key didn't work and the maid without asking question... Read more

I like using Hilton chain hotels for the loyalty points but on this occasion I wish I'd gone for a premier inn. The quality was good, the Internet fine but you generally book a hotel for one thing, a good nights sleep. I'm 6ft and a big build (ie a bit overweight) and groaned as I walked into the room and saw the single bed. I gave it a try, but was one of the worst nights sleep I've ever had. At least at a Premier Inn you always get a big double bed. Lesson learned. The view not so great either... Read more

Elevator is a bit small (but expectable for lots of London/Paris hotel). Staff is very helpful. Location is a big plus. Excellent place to stay if you want to tour London. View over Kensington Gardens was lovely and room was clean but compact. We never ate in the hotel as there were so many restaurants in the area. Staff were welcoming and professional but the maid left our room door open after cleaning one day which caused alarm upon our return. Manager promised to look after us if we ever returned to the hotel which hopefully we will as it's the best location we have stayed at during our many trips to London.

The bathroom was small but it was all nice and clean and a good shower. Although I was offered a room with a view of the park I selected one high up and facing the back as I was told it would be much quieter, and it was. I'll come here again for short visits. Classic Hilton, located near the heart of the city, but the room was small as F, breakfast, like a highway (or motorway for some of you) stop, nice service though. We left our baggages there after we checked out to go and check into another apartment but they wanted us to come all the way to Camden Market. ANYWAYS. Crowded hotel with not enough space. As is the case with most hotels in the city this may be a little expensive but works brilliantly if work is in the city and you also want to get in some sights and sound of the city combing a work and pleasure trip. Hotel per-se is alright with the usual restaurant and amenities.Wifi is a bit patchy in some rooms (had a colleague complain) but they're quite alright in the rooms that face the park/road. Stayed at the Hilton Hyde Park as the hotels I usually use were fully booked. Excellent location with good tube access. There is a brilliant restaurant adjoins the hotel which is way over and above the usual hotel food standard. Rooms are spacious and in excellent condition. A member of staff signed in another guest using my reservation. Although Hilton staff did sort out our stay, it did cause much inconvenience both during check-in and at breakfast the following morning. In terms of the room, which was spacious and comfortable, however, due to the compact nature of the shower-room, I had to assist my pregnant wife in and out of the shower. My wife is otherwise petite, so I dread to think how an average sized pregnant women would have managed. The layout of the roo... Read more

Think again before booking a King Deluxe Guest Room with View. The Room is described as having 'Kensington Gardens view' and 'boast's spectacular views of Kensington Garden's' (both quotes from their website) I was put on the first floor - i would argue any room of this type does NOT have any view of the gardens. What you can expect is an exceptional view of the busy Bayswater Road, the lively pedestrian traffic and the gates / tree's of Hyde Park !!

I stayed for one night and had a tiny room on the 3rd floor overlooking the park. This is not a typical Hilton, it's quite small and the building is old, and all of this makes it delightful. As I said, the room was tiny and I was traveling alone.
