This was our second stay (and our third breakfast) and it definitely WON'T be the last! The staff is still as helpful and courteous as ever. They care for each and every need of their customers. The breakfast still offers a huge selection of fresh products (and all of them are still available even when the breakfast time us nearly up). I don't think we would stay any where else in London.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and great way to start the day. The hotel is a 1/2 km from the Piccadilly Line which brings you to all sorts of shopping and site seeing destinations. There is a 24 hr workout room with treadmills, machines and free weights. Very compact, but complete and a nice surprise. I recommend and will stay here again when visiting London.

Having stayed here twice I can confirm that 50% of the hotel is victim to the main kitchen extractor fan which constantly. The only escape is to stay in the other side of the hotel where the busy road is. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy piece and quite or is a. Night worker very unpleasant.

Tired of paying through the nose for central London parking, Congestion Charge, and Mayfair hotel stays, Ealing made for a more convenient and cheaper stay. The hotel is near to a couple of tube stations and overnight parking is reasonably priced. The room was of the usual Doubletree standard,,the cookie always welcome on arrival. The reception staff were super pleasant and efficient with hot cookies presented on arrival. Although our room was air conditioned we could open the window which is brilliant. Air conditiong is great in the day but at night I prefer a window to be open and no air con. The iPod dock was handy and again unexpected at this price. We check... Read more

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this hotel which is comfortable and staffed by excellent attentive staff. We had an initial problem with our room due to a leaky radiator. When we reported this to reception we were immediately moved and also received complimentary drinks which we greatly appreciated. We dined in one night and had breakfast on 2 mornings. Both times the food was very good quality and quite good value for a London hotel. We would happily stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights on business , lobby and hotel bar are nicely decorated , staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are what most disappointed me small can just about walk around the bed, same with bathroom. Food and drinks are cheap enough. Car parking is £13 per night (should be free for guests) . Location wise is central for commuting . I just don't feel this lived up to other "hiltons" I've stayed in.

Avoid the "quaint" Victorian places, they are not "charming", just cramped, often dirty and lacking any comforts. The Doubletree Ealing was easy to get to on the Tube, 1 5 minute walk from Ealing Common Station. The bus stop was directly across the street. The room was great, comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels, fast internet (free), seemed to have plenty of parking, and the complimentary cookies tasty! I booked the night before my stay and got a great rate, 135 BP

I stay here at least 3/4 times per year. They are a recent Hilton acquisition and I can't praise them enough. From check in to check out they are always courteous and efficient. Just a short drive from the centre of London and well worth a visit. If I could level one complaint it would be the car park charges. Surely, this far out of London it should be free? Our walking group had afternoon tea at this hotel, sadly for several of us it was quite a disappointment. At £17.60 per head it was well over priced the Sandwiches had been made earlier and were very dry they included flaked salmon, ham and mustard, Philadelphia cheese and cucumber and free range egg mayonnaise. The sandwiches had so little filling that they all tasted the same. Thankfully the scones although again dry were better with clotted cream, frozen butter and strawberry jam. The Coffee... Read more

Excellent rooms that seem to have been just refurbished. The road outside can get a little noisy during the evening/morning. Yes rooms can be small side but you mostly use the room for sleeping anyways and there is all what needed for a comfortable sleet and relax times. In case you need larger room because to many belongings or space needed for other needs, then it's always helpful to request to be allocated a larger room as not all rooms are on same size. This is our local DoubleTree and one in which we regularly utilised upon my return from the Middle East. The general service is good, rooms are well presented, clear and the staff professional. Do ensure you attend breakfast for the food quality is high with a lot to choose from, do try and obtain a pot of coffee if you can for getting your cup refilled when it's busy is difficult.
