We stayed here during a weekend break down in London and it was a brilliant choice. We flew into London City, so the cab ride was just 10 mins and quite inexpensive. The location is super, right by Westferry DLR station and just 5 mins' walk from Canary Wharf tube and DLR. We had an executive room on the 12th floor with a nice outlook. The room was really comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a good-sized bathtub and a large walk-in shower. Absolutely faul... Read more

Booked as overnight accommodation as we were going to a concert at the O2 arena. Hotel was very easy to get to, just 4 stops from Stratford on the Jubilee line and a 5 minute walk from there. Its also just 1 stop from the O2. Reception area was clean and bright and staff were friendly and welcoming. We had adjoining rooms and both were quiet, clean comfortable and spacious. Anything less than this would have been unacceptable. Can bearly see out the dirty Windows but nothing to see anyway. Welcome gift was a small bottle of fruit juice , one glass (there's 2 of us) and a small box of chocolates. Nice area , lots of upscale restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Wo... Read more

My husband and I visited this hotel for a romantic anniversary. When it comes to London, we usually stay in one of the Executive Suites at the Marriot in West India Quay, where the service is just out of this world. Travelled to London alone in July. Checked in the hotel on 22/7/16. Got a room on 8th floor with river view. Location was great! Only few minutes away to Tube station. There are two options: DLR line or jubilee line. Gym was small but got everything that you need. No pool. No spa. They do have a steam room. Breakfast was optional. I had two days breakfast on weekends, it was a buffet. Not bad. Spent 10 nights in total at Hilton London Canary Wharf. Overall, it's good! HOWEVER, paid £500 authori... Read more

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton, Canary Wharf, for 7 nights in July 2016. Our room was spacious and clean, and very well-priced for a brand such as the Hilton. There was also free in-room wi fi. I purchased a Wowcher for Afternoon Tea for 2 at Cinnamon Restaurant and Bar at Hilton London Canary Wharf. Several hundred vouchers have been sold so I thought I would give it a try, though I wasn't expecting exceptional service or food but being the Hilton brand you think they would make an effort. I was not surprised. Upon arrival we were served our champagne cocktail and later the Afternoon Tea stand arrived. The waitress put it on the table and walked off, didn't explain what was what an... The rooms, as well as hotel, are nice, clean, new and well equipped. The breakfast was really good. The location is also well connected to central London. Nice shopping and restaunts around the place as well. You can also take a boat from there. The only disadvatage was we had to wait for our room a bit long but not too long.

My booking experience wasn't great at first. I emailed a question and got a lazy reservation clerk reply who clearly hadn't bothered to check their own website for availability. Every Hilton is equal but some Hiltons are more equal than others ... The Hilton Canary Wharf is certainly one of the better hotels of this chain as it is modern, clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Price / quality seems more reasonable than other London properties - but this also reflects the fact that the location is particularly suited for business travelers (less so for tourists - although the tube stops just a few hundred meters from the hotel). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated that we were able to check in a bit early(our journey had been especially tiring), and were very pleased with our spacious room on the top Executive floor, close to the Executive Lounge. We enjoyed a much needed lunch in the bar area on the ground floor. Staff were lovely throughout the hotel - reception, bar area and especially the Executive Lounge. The bedroom had lots of storage space for all our things, and we liked the spacious bath... Read more

we only stayed here for one night our last night 01/11/16, the young lady on Early Reception was wonderful, one of the best Check-ins lately, we upgraded to the Executive Lounge which was a nice touch to the end of our London stay for 3 nights, rooms are lovely and clean, mind the window in room 802, I didn't see they have 1 separate window from the double glazed one and I hit my head on it :)! the breakfast was amazing, even if we waited 15 minutes for a cup of tea after being asked once we sa... Stayed last night at Hilton Canary Wharf Hotel. Nice hoptel, clean and modern. Great quality of service from all staff. Used online check-in via Hilton Honors App saved me some time, plus the ability to choose the room. Hotel in great location for Canary Wharf, O2 and London (which is where we were). Will definitely visit here again. RECOMMENDED. Thank you Hilton Canary Wharf !!

I stayed here for the weekend with my partner and our two children (4 and 5) and we were so impressed with both the hotel and the service we received. The room was lovely and a great size, especially considering it had two extra beds in it for the children. Still plenty of room for them to play while we got ready. The staff were really friendly and polite and all made a fuss of the children (giving them chocolates, showing them some fish in a tank in the bar etc), the breakfast was the best hote... Read more

Very nice hotel, very nice service, Izzy Camball the guest relation manager was very helpful and professional. The restaurant was very good with high quality food. Also the rates are not expensive and they have a nice fitness center with sauna and steam room open 24/24.

Quiet comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent, chef was cooking fried eggs in view, which is good to see- I asked for my egg to be cooked to my preference, which he willingly did. Also requested the pillows be exchanged as they were feather and they were exchanged promptly.

great room, modern design, clean & tidy, very friendly people at reception, getting a drink in the evening however from the bar was not that easy as nobody came to take orders to our group, and as i went myself after 10 minutes, i had to bring the drinks in 2 times to our seats myself (several drinks), didn't expect that , as they were at least 2 staff members behind the bar

Good sized, quiet room with all desired amenities such as iron, hairdryer, tea/ coffee maker, usb chargers, safe etc. Clean and everything working fine. Comfortable bed. Reasonable location, a short walk from a shopping mall and fairly close to DLR and tube station. Very friendly and helpful staff (mostly) - None to be seen serving drinks or taking orders when attending formal dinner?! Downside - very expensive, especially during the week. Drinks in the bar also very expensive as was the food.... Read more

I had high expectations when I heard we were staying in canary wharf for the world travel market, and I wasn't disappointed. Apart from a small housekeeping mishap on arrival in the bathroom of my room (which was quickly sorted after I mentioned it to the reception) the hotel ticked all the boxes of a 5 star hotel and service. Rooms were spacious and although I had an inside court view, I was only there in the evenings so it wasn't a big deal. Beds were great and central lighting switches next t... Read more

Stayed here last weekend due to visiting friends in South London. Chose Canary Wharf due to easy access to both North and South London and expect that much from the hotel given how reasonable the price was. However, the rooms were very large and quiet with a very comfy bed, the location was very handy for both the DLR and Jubilee Line, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. All in all a very good stay, would happily stay again.

The hotel staff were very polite and knowledgeable, from reception, bar and restaurant and the room and maintenance staff. The only service we didn't use was room service for meals or drinks. The hotel is well situated. A short walk to either the Light railway service or the underground (subway, metro, etc). Taxis are easily obtained. This is the second time we have used this hotel and if we go to a show at the O2 again we will use this hotel. This hotel is built on the old London docks. You are ... Read more

I stayed one night for work recently. A minor problem with my reservation due to an administrative error resulted in a complimentary upgraded room ?? which was very nice. All the usual amenities for a Hilton. Everything was of a good standard and no complaints at all. Breakfast was very good and a level short walk to the DLR.

Stay here in order to visit our son who works in the area. £628 for two rooms with breakfast is a bit steep for one night. Receptionist thanked us for being HH Honours Silver members but there was no complimentary water or anything to make being a member worthwhile. (A couple of small bottles were delivered after my wife called to express her disgust at this). Bar area was nice and staff friendly (if a little hard to find) Gunness not so popular with guests as it was sour and undrinkable. I exp... Read more

Room on the 12th floor, very comfy, clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast is a decent (if not spectacular) buffet, with omelette station and continental as well as cooked. Nice bar for a late nightcap. A little more light would have helped as we found the low energy bulbs gave out a poor reading light. Hilton Canary Wharf is a more than good business hotel, trying to provide excellent service. And they do. If not satisfied, the Hilton 'tries to make it right'. Although not needed, believe intentions are kept and employees do their best to make you feel comfortable.

We have stayed at this Hotel many times as it is our favourite in London and is perfect for the O2 Arena, being just a short walk and one tube stop away. The staff are probably the friendliest and most helpful we have come across in our travels. Great location in Canary Wharf, I've stayed there over 100 times now and it is always a warm welcome from the staff.
