Best nights sleep in months .... I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and have been struggling to sleep however I did not have any problems sleeping here as the mattresses were really comfortable ( I wish I knew the brand and type on matters they use so I can invest in one for home). The only problem I had was I struggled to understand the lady on reception however this wasn't a massive problem because we only gas contact with staff on check in. We used the park and fly service they offered which was... Read more

We arrived at Luton airport and wanted a place to stay before driving North towards the Lake District the following day. We had previously struggled to find a nice hotel near the airport so are glad we found this. The location was easy to find and the hotel looks very smart from the outside and inside. The lobby is nice and the staff were only too happy to help us. The bar area was really busy when we arrived so I am sure it would be great for an evening drink. The room was a little shabby in ... The hotel was perfect for our needs - very friendly and efficient - easy to leave our car before travelling from the Airport (10-15 mins by taxi). Taxis were both arranged through the hotel too. Rooms surprisingly large and comfortable.

We booked a park and fly deal with this hotel, and it was excellent value for money. The rooms were of a good size and very clean. On site there is a restaurant and a bar serving bar food. You self park your car, and are provided with a taxi to the airport and a taxi on return. Luton airport is a total shambles at the moment, due to modernisation so finding the return taxi was a challenge, but apart from that, would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

This is a pleasant hotel about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The large room was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and breakfast adequate. Not the nearest hotel, but a quiet and comfortable overnight stop when travelling. Make sure you follow the hotel directions as the sat nav (GPS) took us the wrong way at first. It's actually easy to find if you just follow the A505 all the way

This is a warehouse type of airport hotel, lots of bedroom units bolted together along very long corridors. However it works, our room was the cleanest room ever, almost clinically clean. The beds were comfortable and there were decent size mugs for coffee (always an indicator of an OK hotel). The lobby is comfortable with a bar and a pantry for out of hours. The breakfast was not award winning, but there was plenty of it and you can have as much as you like.

We stayed at this hotel as we were due at a funeral early the following morning, and the whole hotel experience was positive. The staff were helpful and one or two went out of their way to reassure us about certain questions my father had. The rooms were extremely clean, tidy, well-equipped and quiet - given that this is a Luton airport hotel, we heard no coming and going at all during the night, and no aircraft noise. The rooms at this hotel are large and well furnished with two comfortable chairs, and a fridge, most useful in this hot weather. I spent one night here after a wedding nearby, staff were very helpful and efficient and checking in really late after the wedding was not a problem. Only thing I would say is if you can don't stay in rooms 134 or 137, these rooms are right by the lifts and fitness room, so you do hear a bit of noise of people talking just outside the room (I was in 134).

The hotel is on a main A road and one whole side of the building where the rooms are overlooks this. The windows are decent, but you can still hear a faint murmur from the road. I had particularly said I wanted a quiet room, but still got placed directly in front of the road (and overlooking the bins where rubbish was thrown early in the morning). There was also a party on until midnight, which means any room overlooking the courtyard gets noise from that. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, a... Read more

Really good park and fly service. Efficient, reasonable cost, but the food is well below what you'd expect from any format of a Hilton. Play safe, I thought, go for the burger - what appeared was a chargrilled ice hockey puck that defied any sense that it might once have been tender. And curried new potatoes, served with the fish (I think) was a novelty that my wife hopes not to repeat. The sleep option was good, though.

We stayed here the night before an early flight out of Luton Airport. While our stay was satisfactory and suited our needs I was not really impressed with this Hilton Garden Inn when compared to the brand in the US. The outside appearance of the hotel was what I expected when we pulled up but the lobby was kind of drab and the rooms were not as nice.
