Well situated hotel near Aldgate tube station. The Staff was very nice and courteous. Hotel room was very nice and spacious, very clean. Didn't eat at the hotel but would recommend as a great hotel to stay. We had a great deal from last minute.com. Hotel has good amenities.

The check-in was very efficient and the staff were friendly. Our room unfortunately did not have a view but it was spacious and very clean. I thought the different plugs for all the different type of devises were great. The linen is very good quality as well as the fluffy white towels. At night the block out curtains and blinds darkened the room and there was no noise from the street or the passage. As we had a late flight, they kindly allowed us to use the spa, swimming pool and shower before ... Read more

Can't fault this hotel. One of my favourite in London. Great location. Swift check in. Very spacious, luxurious and comfortable bedrooms. The beds are very comfy and great power rain showers. Lonely breakfast - excellent quality and great choice. Did not finish spa but looked great. Very friendly and quick bar staff. Will stay again.

Booked the hotel as a secret hotel at the last minute when my usual London hotel was full. This is the second time I have stayed here, the hotel is lovely. It is a little out of town but easily accessible by tube, train and DLR. You cannot see the Tower from the hotel (it is behind tall buildings in the area which block the view) but it is close by but if you were expecting to see it out of your window a tourist might be upset. Lovely rooms, bathrooms and common parts, it really is a ... Read more

Functional hotel for business purposes. Rooms are clean and pleasant enough. Service well meaning but aloof and unprofessional in several instances. Many staff members appear temporary / part timers, lacking the professionalism expected from a hotel of purported high standards. Room service quality falls far short of a four star hotel. Very unlikely to stay again.

Stayed here with a group of friends while visiting London for special birthday celebration. Rooms large, clean and comfortable Staff were all polite and always helpful Great location 10 mins to St Katherine's Dock, Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station. Buffet breakfast had the usual sausage and bacon but also fresh fruit and pastries. The spa was a treat and made this hotel excellent value for money.

Stayed one night at Grange tower and asked for a room with a view. The room was clean with a lovely big window over looking Tower bridge area of London. It was nice just laying in bed having a cup of tea while watching the sun come up over London in the early hours of the morning. Staff where very helpful and friendly at breakfast with many things to try before a busy day in London. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks very nice and is in a fantastic location. However, the beds were ridiculously hard, and our shower leaked all over the floor. The spa and pool were welcome relaxation point. The dining room and staff were excellent. Was supposed to get a daily paper but didn't, not even on request.

This hotel is reasonably comfortable but is really nothing special, especially for this price range. Windows in the room are floor to ceiling (good!) but are strangely narrow so that large parts of the room feel dark, magnifying the somewhat cramped feel. Bathroom is decent. Free wifi is easy to access and works well. Public areas are not inviting and have an odd layout...you walk by an (open concept) restaurant to get to a bank of elevators, separated in part by a wall of dividers. When appro... Read more

We have been staying here regularly since it first opened a few years ago. Can't praise it highly enough. Cleanliness is up to a high standard, the rooms are consistently clean and well organised. It's a pleasure to stay here. Service is very professional. The spa is great, can get a little busy in the evenings especially at the weekend so if you can get down early. It's all super clean and well put together there - pool/sauna/steam/jacuzzi/gym all first rate. They don't do enough bar snacks... Read more

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable and all the staff greeted you throughout the hotel which is refreshing. The pool a and gym area a first class up I didn't use the spa. Location is great for getting into the city and the abundance of great restaurants in St Catherine's dock Hotel only let down by poor restaurant built for break fast volume and no cosy bar that you would expect in a hotel of this quality.

Stayed here 6 nights with family. Chose this hotel because of the ability to have 2 beds in the same room. Rooms are quite small especially with 2 beds because there is a desk+chair and a couch in the room as well. The breakfast was included and we decided to try it on the first day. The eggs were the greyest ones I have ever seen(must be powdered) and the rest was not great so we went out each morning for breakfast. We booked this hotel because it was a decent price for a 5 star. However, it feels more like a 4 star. The staff were accommodating and professional. The decor is modern and often this results in excessive investment in cutting edge design at the expense of functionality. For example, at hotels like the W. My husband and I stayed at this hotel last weekend for a London weekend away . Positives - Check in and out was painless , staff friendly, room cleaned well, the spa , gym and pool facilities were excellent and were the main reason we chose to stay here. Location was great for access to the Tower Bridge Pier and tube and to walk to London Bridge along the river . Negatives-the room furnishings and furniture were tired , breakfast did not have the full range of fresh fruit and resorted ... Read more

I stayed here in July for a celebration trip but was worried about disabled access as i'm wheelchair bound and hotels are difficult to find with really good facilities! It was brilliant! The room was huge, they had an adjoining room for my PA, wet room facilities were one of the best out of all hotels i'd researched, staff were incredibly helpful too! Only thing i was a tiny bit upset about was at the price of the room per night, you only get a continental breakfast and not the cooked buffet.The... Read more

I booked this hotel for a surprise weekend for my partner via lastminute.com. The room was fine: disappointing view but great bathroom and fairly big, but as we got a good discount we were happy with it. Best part by far is the amazing underground gym, pool and spa. There's a massive pool with waterfall and rain clouds, loungers with free magazines, a jacuzzi, foot spa, sauna and steam room. Booked through Lastminute.com Top Secret hotels and was very pleasantly surprised. It's a modern hotel (perhaps 4.5 star, rather than 5 star? it's not like staying in a West End 5*+ hotel). Room was gorgeous and very comfortable - king-sized bed, two seater sofa, lovely bathroom. Good shower with multiple shower heads (rainfall + horizontal shower nozzle). Big bath. Stayed here a few times now. Never disappointed. Great room service breakfast. It has a great spa. And it has something not many 5 star hotels have, a quad room. Two queen beds, great for families. Tower Hill tube station less than 10 minutes walk. Tower Bridge, Tower of London all on the doorstep. Pay up front if you like and don't need a credit card at check in. (fantastic) We will return again at Christmas. Staff are very helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location right beside tower bridge. The rooms were big and very comfortable. We were short toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived and when we notified reception they were sent up straight away. All in all a nice hotel. Didn't eat there but there's a Weatherspoons across the road which did a great breakfast. The hotel has a spa so there's a lot of people walking around in their dressing gowns.
