Well situated hotel near Aldgate tube station. The Staff was very nice and courteous. Hotel room was very nice and spacious, very clean. Didn't eat at the hotel but would recommend as a great hotel to stay. We had a great deal from last minute.com. Hotel has good amenities.

The check-in was very efficient and the staff were friendly. Our room unfortunately did not have a view but it was spacious and very clean. I thought the different plugs for all the different type of devises were great. The linen is very good quality as well as the fluffy white towels. At night the block out curtains and blinds darkened the room and there was no noise from the street or the passage. As we had a late flight, they kindly allowed us to use the spa, swimming pool and shower before ... Read more

Can't fault this hotel. One of my favourite in London. Great location. Swift check in. Very spacious, luxurious and comfortable bedrooms. The beds are very comfy and great power rain showers. Lonely breakfast - excellent quality and great choice. Did not finish spa but looked great. Very friendly and quick bar staff. Will stay again.

Booked the hotel as a secret hotel at the last minute when my usual London hotel was full. This is the second time I have stayed here, the hotel is lovely. It is a little out of town but easily accessible by tube, train and DLR. You cannot see the Tower from the hotel (it is behind tall buildings in the area which block the view) but it is close by but if you were expecting to see it out of your window a tourist might be upset. Lovely rooms, bathrooms and common parts, it really is a ... Read more

Hotel obviously quiet due to the night of accommodation, reception staff facilitated the booking in process professionally and promptly.Hotel is a modern themed hotel with lots of glass and stylish lighting, this hotel probably better than the Holborn Grange Hotel which is now showing its age. Functional hotel for business purposes. Rooms are clean and pleasant enough. Service well meaning but aloof and unprofessional in several instances. Many staff members appear temporary / part timers, lacking the professionalism expected from a hotel of purported high standards. Room service quality falls far short of a four star hotel. Very unlikely to stay again.

Stayed here with a group of friends while visiting London for special birthday celebration. Rooms large, clean and comfortable Staff were all polite and always helpful Great location 10 mins to St Katherine's Dock, Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station. Buffet breakfast had the usual sausage and bacon but also fresh fruit and pastries. The spa was a treat and made this hotel excellent value for money.

Stayed one night at Grange tower and asked for a room with a view. The room was clean with a lovely big window over looking Tower bridge area of London. It was nice just laying in bed having a cup of tea while watching the sun come up over London in the early hours of the morning. Staff where very helpful and friendly at breakfast with many things to try before a busy day in London. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks very nice and is in a fantastic location. However, the beds were ridiculously hard, and our shower leaked all over the floor. The spa and pool were welcome relaxation point. The dining room and staff were excellent. Was supposed to get a daily paper but didn't, not even on request.

Not a bad word to say loved every minute, need to book again. A little language barrier at the front desk having to repeat myself at every word was a bit annoying, thank you Sabrina for taking over much more polite and informative. The rooms were clean, cosy and fab. The spa and health team was very helpful I loved my massage I melted. The restaurant was lovely I enjoyed my food and the service. From me and the ladies thank you for the experience (thank you Sebastian)

This hotel is reasonably comfortable but is really nothing special, especially for this price range. Windows in the room are floor to ceiling (good!) but are strangely narrow so that large parts of the room feel dark, magnifying the somewhat cramped feel. Bathroom is decent. Free wifi is easy to access and works well. Public areas are not inviting and have an odd layout...you walk by an (open concept) restaurant to get to a bank of elevators, separated in part by a wall of dividers. When appro... Read more

The foyer is very modern and glitters with crystal. The staff are excellent and were very accommodating when I asked for a higher floor room to have more of a view of the city.
